These two have wildly great customer service, and appear to be the dream team when it comes to serving fast, tasty, and super fresh sandwiches. Wow I really like JM and one day would love to leave a great review cuz the sandwiches are so good but the employees either choose to not follow, read, can't read, too busy, or just dont care when it comes to the special requests. On my last two visits I asked for the hot relish but got jalapenos and then asked for rosemary parmesan bread and wanted banana bell peppers but got white bread and no peppers. I'm not a huge sub sandwich person, but have been wanting to try to find. Good sub place near me. We opted to go here and try a few subs that they are known for. We got the mikes original, which was mostly ham so it just tasted like a ham sandwich, the other was the steak sandwich, it was good but I'm not a huge fan of jalapeños and there was so much cheese it almost tasted just like a grilled cheese. Now again, it's not my favorite meal, I think I would've been way happier had I gotten a veggie sub and toasted it. It probably would've been a 4 star for me, but my husband gave the subs a 4 star. So between the two of us, I would return and get a veggie sub to try and he enjoyed his steak sub. The service was super friendly, I was actually impressed with how nice they were, because they definitely don't have to be at a fast food place. The service alone would sell me on trying another sub. A much better option than Subway. Although the subs are a little more expensive and not a footlong, the sandwiches are wider so you feel like you get more for your bucks. The ingredients seem fresher too, and portions are generous. Minor gripe is I'm not a fan of the vinegar as it results in a wet sandwich, but that's just personal preference and will be easily rectified next time I order on the app. Speaking of, when we ordered on the app it said 15 mins but when we got there 10 mins later it was already waiting for us. read more

MOST Jersey mikes are fast, this one is not! We ordered online AND PAID yet they're prioritizing the people in line and making all their sandwiches first and then going to online orders which is incredibly stupid you should prioritize the people have already PAID that is quite literally how every business operates. Or zig zag the person ordering who has also paid and then an online order. Also this is a chain sandwich place. I don't expect to wait 20+ minutes for a sandwich at a fast food establishment. Being a fast food place implies your food will be ready quickly. Ignoring people who have already paid is not a good business practice. I will never come back to this location. read more

I really enjoy going to JMs. Customer service is always on point, friendly atmosphere and I really love the Big Kahuna(chicken). My husband like the Italian because it has the extra protein and my son loves the mini ham sub. I recommend the Bothell Ev. HWY location next to Safeway. read more

Well butter my butt and call me a biscuit--why haven't I come here sooner?! My coworker offered to pick up my sandwich today for lunch on her way back to the office (I guess they have gluten free bread which is a need of hers) and after she got back, we left them and went on a walk. 40 minutes later, I was wondering what would happen with oil/vinegar on bread for that long... I work relatively within the area of this Jersey Mikes and order pickup throughout the app occasionally. I really liked this place in the past, and the ingredients often taste super fresh! The downside is that this place either 1.) never has my to-go order ready, even when ordering 25-30 minutes in advance or 2.) my order is always incorrect, like including tomato's when I requested them without or simply not remembering to include lettuce in my sandwhich. If you are looking for a fast sandwhich option, I would reccomend subway across the street or even the deli inside of QFC besides this location. If you really like Jersey mikes and need to satiate a craving, head down to the lynnwood location where orders are ready for pickup more often than not and have more efficient staff. read more

We've given this location another couple of tries and wow has it gotten worse. If you're absolutely itching for JM's and this is the only one around then just definitely avoid lunch time. It seems like only one employee know what's going on and is micro managing everyone. They aren't efficient, never meet their online order pickup windows and if you come into the store to order, expect 30+mins. It's a sub... how could it take this long? I typically go to the location in Mill creek and they do a good job, today it was more convenient to stop at this location on the way home. Boy do I regret my decision! I ordered a giant 43 with EXTRA chipotle mayo to keep the sandwich from being dry....did I get extra? Nope! Did I get regular chipotle mayo? Nope! Did I even get light chipotle mayo? Nope! I had a terrible experience with your staff at the Bothell location  I order a sub with a soda cup and come to find that the soda was flat. I told them this and they just tell me the soda tank CO2 tank is out. They never told me anything about it or said they would refill or offer me a refund or exchange. Your staff refused to give me a number to call or customer service for complaints or even get a exchange, said I had to pay for a new soda bottle even though I wasted money for watered down soda at the fountain. I asked for an email or a phone and the lady that helped (young, blonde, short). Was not helpful and kinda had an attitude. I am honestly so upset because I regularly visit this place every Sunday. They wouldn't give me any refund or exchange and then only tell me the soda fountain was going to be filled after I went up to them several times. I accidentally mobile ordered for the wrong store. The men working only offered to have me call the other store or to try and figure out a refund on the app so that I could reorder and pay again. There was no option to refund on the app and i tried to show them that. The only option left seemed to be to have to buy a whole new sandwich. The Bothell location really struggles to get your order out in time. The last 2 times I ordered via the app they had not started my order and didn't start making it until I walked up through the (empty) line for in-person orders. So what should have been quick pickups turned into an almost 30 minute wait. I do enjoy their cheesesteaks and think the quality of their sandwiches is superior to Subway or Jimmy's. However I can't recommend a 'fast' food establishment where it takes so long to get the order you place in advance that you can't pick it up & eat during an hour long lunch break. read more

Let's all just admit that Dutch Bros has some pretty phenomenal customer service, right? Well, this evening I finally met its match! When I walked into this Jersey Mike's, the young lady behind the counter, (who I later found out that her name is Preslei), was helping a customer who was obviously a regular. Preslei was very attentive as this gentleman was trying to decide if he was going to try something different than his norm. It was impressive that she cares enough to remember what his regular order is. The banter between them was friendly and fun. what a great experience to witness. I'm not a regular because I don't live close, but I was treated as if I was. The store was clean, my bread was fresh, my sandwich was made to perfection AND beyond excellent customer service.
