I stopped by for a gyro salad and fries and it was all pretty good. Although the salad only had tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions, the gyro meat was plentiful. The fries were crinkle cut and made fresh. They were some of the best fries I have eaten - crunchy outside and soft inside, perfect amount of salt. If I were local, I would make the Gyro Stop my usual place for a salad, fries, pita wrap, and/or gyro plate. The restaurant is a simple place in a tiny strip mall. There are a few tables inside to dine in - just place your order at the counter and wait. the dining area was a little bit sticky and the grill makes the whole place very hot. If you want to dine in, just know it's quite warm inside. read more

The vegan falafel sandwich was really good. The pita bread was soft, the tahini was nice and creamy, the veggies were fresh, and the falafels were crispy on the outside and tender in the middle. I also really liked their gigantic side of crinkle cut fries. Highly recommend this place for vegans and non-vegans alike. read more

We dropped in to try the Gyros here as we have seen the Gyro Stop pop up in our Door Dash app. My husband and I both ordered the lamb and beef gyros and the choclavas. I have to see how impressed I am first of all of how nice the gentleman was behind the counter. The restaurant was clean and well cared for, and the food counter looked fresh. They were very generous with the food. He piled on the meat cheese and salad mix that went into the Gyro, so you're getting your moneys worth for sure. We bought it to go, and we had a couple other errands to take care of first but the way he wrapped up the food. It stayed warm the whole time. At home, we enjoyed the euros and the Choclavas and found them to be tasty and fresh! We highly recommend you support this business. read more

I had a gyro and fries. My son had a Shawarma plate with rice, hummus, and pita. The gyro was reasonably good, well put together. The fries were Excessive, both in fries and quantity. My son told me that he enjoyed the Shawarma but not the hummus. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly. The biggest disappointment is that Yelp says they are inexpensive (one $) but we spent $45 before tip on two lunch meals. read more

Came here for an early dinner and the setting is that of a basic Mediterranean food shop, the actual food was pretty good. The place really kind of reminded me of a Subway. You know how they start from the left and the food prep person works their way to the right sort of asking what toppings and such that you want. It was a little more involved here of course though. I went with a Falafel Pita; a growing veggie friendly favorite of mine and it was hot and nicely stuffed with decently sized falafel. My friend got a falafel platter which also was loaded with fixins and more with no charge. We also got some Tzatziki garlic fries which were nicely seasoned. The order was to go and about a 20-minute drive back, the food was still hot and ready so that's a good look. Gotta take a star off though because a week later, I'd mistakenly go looking for Pitas again and end up at a differ Gyro spot. I'd get virtually the same order, but I guess it being a combo they allowed me 2 free canned drinks. Other than that, a solid gyro spot. read more

Was always wanting to try this place when a coworker said she was ordering, so I had my chance! I ordered the chicken Schawarma plate. It didn't take long to get delivered, and it looked great and was a good amount of food. The hummus had good flavor and consistency and the rice did, too. Although the chicken had good flavor, it was overcooked, very dry, and many pieces were hard to eat without drinking a lot of water. The salad had no dressing on it and tasted plain, but I ended up putting some of everything on my pita bread (fresh and light with just the right texture) and eating it like a taco. I heard from my coworkers that the fries were excellent, so I might try those next time, but I am hesitant about the dry chicken. read more

I've come here a few times and I love it. I'm a bit of a gyros snob and even though I've had some amazing gyros in my life (especially in Europe), and there is nothing at all wrong with these gyros! Gyros are one of my favorite foods and I'm very happy to come here. It's always clean and the service is always good and friendly. Prices are reasonable and it's always been a good experience. I had my beef Shawarma plate delivered by DoorDash. DoorDash did a fine job except my food arrived cold. I don't recommend anything with the beef lamb shaved meat. We go out of our way to Bothell to stop here. We have always gotten it to go so our experience has not changed. The gyro plate is what I always get and like it so much. There is no picture because I am so ready to eat my meal I dive right in and all my yelp instincts are gone. The hummus and tzatziki are both great. My only critique would be more of both. I usually go to the evertt location this ones closer to my house. It's not the same.I ordered the beef lamb kabob plate to avoid the gluten. The kabob usually comes cooked with onions and tomatoes I had to remind them at the end of overlooking my food. I asked for no pita that put in in the container on my food now I can't eat it. 30 dollars for nothing. Guess I'll drive 20min away for editable food. read more

I LOVE it when people take pride in what they do, regardless of what it is. We found Gyro Stop by searching on Yelp for gyro restaurants with one $ and high ratings. We'd spent the morning running around Stocker Farms in Snohomish, so we arrived ready to crush some food. The guy who prepared our food did not disappoint. We got a lamb/beef gyro plate for the Fenglets and a lamb/beef gyro for my wife and I. These were easily the biggest gyros I've ever had. As our food was being assembled, you could tell the guy enjoyed what he was doing and was proud of his work, piling on meat and veggies in ridiculous proportion. The meat was seasoned perfectly, the tzatziki sauce was smooth and refreshing, the veggies provided a nice crispness, and the pita was perfectly warm and soft. We ordered fries to share, and he said it'd take 2 minutes to make. When he called me up to pick up the fries, he saw how big my eyes got when I saw how big a portion he'd given us and he laughed. During the pandemic , safety should come first for all--Regardless if you believe in this virus or not. To see a worker adjust his mask repeatedly wearing the same gloves he just touched his nose with, while prepping / touching your food, is against ALL food and safety protocols. Then to have the other worker try and get an attitude w/about what MY order, I'm the wrong one... I'll admit. The food is good, but the safety measures of the one guy + the attitude of the other prick working today was fucked up. Although he did change his gloves as I requested, he continued to "adjust" his mask w/ the gloves off. Which leads me to my next issue...He didn't bother washing his hands. He just replaced the gloves. ‍ Let this be a warning to all choosing to eat here. To the owners: don't bother saying a damn thing to me. To the big dude, fix your attitude. My kiddos wanted French fries and (I'm assuming) the owner asked if they wanted Greek fries or plain and my daughter was unsure if she'd like the Greek fries so he made her a little plate, then as we were eating my son mentioned hummus and he overheard and brought him a generous side of hummus too. I have ordered food here numerous times both via carrier and to pick up. Always been a staple. The last THREE times I have placed an order for carrier delivery they have rejected and canceled the order. Not sure what is going on here. Perhaps understaffed.....who knows but I'm tired of that excuse here in the Seattle metro area...(I've hardly seen that's the case in our particular geography). I went here with my hubby and we when we try out new gyro places, we always get the chicken sandwich and the beef/lamb plate. The sandwich was good and the chicken was really declicious, the beef was a bit on the drier side and my plate was missing zaziki which would have helped with the dry meat. The side salad was good and we also enjoyed their baklava. Overall a good option in the area, the food is solid and the prices are fair for the portions. (don't expect leftovers though) read more

From the start the guy has an attitude toward me when I was ordering but since I was there with my kids so I let it go and ordered the food, the way he talks to you he doesn't want customers to come in. Being stingy with their sauce is one thing charging for extra sauce and when I turn around they start to talk crap in Spanish. Lot of people nowadays understand Español, you should learned to talk in different language if your going to talk crap about your customers. Stop in Bothell and looking for lunch. I came across this place and I enjoy a good yhear-oh. I was very pleased with the gyro and I even went with the Greek fries. These fries are somewhat unique and worth the effort. If you never have had them, go for it. You will not be disappointed. I went with the beef/lamb gyro and it was a good portion and tasty. I do not like raw onions, so a bit bummed that it is included in the cucumber, salad relish. Thankfully they were not overly abundant, thus no problem finishing it. Service is a lot like Subway.
