Solid spot, used to be Bella Balducci's. Still similar prices and great gyros & kabobs, and their fries still have fry sauce. One of my favorites to stop by when I'm in the area for lunch or after a ski day. Kabobs and gyros are always moist with flavor. The lamb here is not gamey so definitely try it! The lamb plate was $16 and the gyro is $10 so pretty reasonable.

I am local to this area and have not came since they changed to Kabob corner. I am now regretting not coming in sooner. I had the Vaziri Platter and added lamb skewer. Everything was amazing, the rice, all 3 meats and the charred tomato and onion paired up quite nice with it. Also included was a side salad to balance and to add more freshness. The take out and the person at the front counter greeted me nicely and my food was ready earlier than expected. The place was packed on a Friday evening and super clean. I highly recommend coming in here for some delicious Kabobs! Keep up the great work!

We came to this restaurant thinking it was Bella Balducci's, as we've frequented whenever we are in Monroe. It turned out that the food fare was similar to what was at Bella's, but more. I ordered the lamb shank and my wife had the beef kabob. The lamb shank was delicious, served on a separate plate from the rice dish. The sauce was good and the meat was soft. I just wished there was salad with the dish (I'd trade half the rice plate with some Greek side salad). Okay, so I had some of my wife's salad which came with her beef kabob. The beef kabob was tasty as well. The waitress was nice and helpful when we asked about the changes there and the menu items. Overall, the restaurant was clean and was not busy.

    Great lunch with Bill.

Most of the time, you're just paying for a lukewarm tortilla and a dream. Then I found Mi Tierra, and hope finally returned. First off, the ambiance is so authentic that I halfway expected a relative I've never met to walk out of the kitchen and ask why I haven't called. The place is decorated like a true Hacienda, and honestly, the décor does some heavy lifting--it's like the stucco walls and rustic charm trick your taste buds into believing you've just crossed the border, even if it's actually 40 degrees and raining outside. As for the food: it's spectacular. In a land where "spicy" often just means either "we added an extra grain of black pepper," or "we added uranium", Mi Tierra serves actual, authentic flavor. Whether it's the rich sauces or the well seasoned meats, eating here feels like a victory over the bland Mexican-food desert we call the Pacific Northwest. Best of all, the prices are incredibly reasonable. You get a massive portion of "real-deal" food without having to sell a kidney or take out a second mortgage. If you want to stop eating "tacos" that taste like sadness and disappointment and start eating like you're on vacation, get yourself to Mi Tierra. You may want to check out their menu on the Mi Tierra Official Website to plan your escape from mediocre salsa and to avoid the feeling that you are sitting for a test that you havent studied for as the wait staff can be pretty fast to take your order

We were one of three tables and felt like the staff didn't really have eyes on us or the other tables. They came often enough but definitely on the slow side. It wasn't super clear to me what was gluten free since they had a lot of different sauces. My first few options didn't end up being gluten free, but I landed on spinach enchiladas. I found the enchiladas to be very odd. They had no cheese in them, just spinach mushroom onions. And barely any sauce. It was like a salad inside a tortilla. I wanted wayyy more cheese. My fiance got a burrito and it was half the size as the one at table next to us so he was bummed but said it was good. I would eat here in a pinch or if I was hungry coming back from the mountains, but I'm not rushing to go back.

We were seated right away and shared The King's Platter. Portions were HUGE and delicious, I regret eating it all in one sitting because I was still craving it the next day. I loved that we casually came in, but it was still an immersive experience - it was my first time having the sheets, mint, and butter as fixings. Not a scrap of food left between my fiancé and I. On top of that, the cook was super speedy and also was showing off his vocals. It was a vibe.

The service is attentive, professional, and always consistent. The food is absolutely outstanding. I actually order the same dish every single time because I love it so much, and what impresses me most is that it tastes exactly the same every visit. The flavor, the seasoning, the tenderness, the freshness, it's consistently perfect. That kind of consistency is rare and shows how much care and pride they put into their kitchen. If I had to drive two hours just to eat here, I would do it without hesitation. That's how good it is. Amazing food, incredible service, and an authentic experience every time. Highly, highly recommend.
