I was just in here and was impressed enough to write a review. There were four guys in the place and when they weren't helping customers, they were prepping, cleaning, and restocking. Their kitchen looked immaculate. The restroom was spotless. Each guy I dealt with was polite and friendly. The sandwiches were well made and neat. I've always enjoyed Jimmy John's but this particular one I will never come back to. There were 2 what appeared to be Asian and a White guy working. They were playing rap music which contained curse words including the 'N' word, the 'F' word, the 'P' word while minors and people of color present. Don't eat here! I ordered a sandwich with extra veggies. They literally don't give you anything on your sandwich. If you go to any Jimmy John's that is not Bothell or Kirkland, you'll get a sandwich twice the size! Restaurant is clean but when you go in you can tell nobody is happy working there. The service was great. Quick. The cashier was super nice when I forgot to get a receipt and she created a new one for me. 5 stars for that. I got the tuna lil John with chips and drink. The size of the lil john was perfect for me. They have their own brand of chips which I didn't know about before instead of the national brand chips. Got the bbq flavor. I ordered Jimmy John's for lunch today. I ordered via the JJ app. When my sandwich was delivered .. it was the wrong sandwich! They sent me a lil John which is a skinny version of a regular sandwich. I called the store and he said .. " no we sent the correct sandwich, maybe the bread is smaller since it's the first bake of the day" I was on my 45 minute lunch so I could not wait an hour for them to redeliver the correct sandwich( he wanted me to put the wrong sandwich back in the bag and wait for the correct one) His attitude was terrible. Ordered 2 sandwiches for lunch, and after about an hour of waiting we decided to call the store to check in. During the call, our order was marked as "delivered" but never arrived. It was delivered to the wrong address, which I understand is a simple mistake, but it has already happened multiple times from this location. For context, I live 0.9 miles away, on an extremely direct route. What really upset us, was when the sandwiches were delivered and one of them was so drenched in mayonnaise that it was completely inedible. I'm convinced the driver went to the incorrect address and just grabbed our sandwiches off the porch to bring them to us instead of remaking them. I called back to tell them my sandwich was drenched to the point where liquid was pouring out of the unwrapped sandwich, and the guy was extremely rude, and said he would just void the sandwich....I told him that I had already waited over an hour and would just like it remade and someone would come pick it up, and he said "ok," didn't offer an apology, and hung up on me. read more

Orderd at 1:23, got a notification that it was out for delivery at 1:26. Waited, waited, waited...by 1:55 I looked on my porch-there was my order. I clearly asked the driver to knock-they did not. Jimmy John's in one our favorite lunch spots, especially their porker sandwiches. Last week I stopped to pick up my online order and experienced the rudest service from the owner of the franchise. I requested for couple of napkins and my sandwich in a bag, he rolled his eyes, commanded me 'over there' pointing to where the have the napkins & bags and slammed the sandwich into the paper bag. I requested him to handle the sandwich like it is food and he didn't even acknowledge my comment. I don't think our family will go back to that that location again. I had JJs when I lived in Cali & I live their fresh subs. I was hoping I could find one equally as goid and I did! JJs in Bothell. Not only are the employees extra helping, friendly & helpful but the subs/sandwiches are delicious! I'm partial to the #10. Roast beef, provolone cheese. Extra meat combo. With drink & a pickle or chips. A small sun is more than filling in my tummy. They deliver but check their delivery map. They are very quick here & you get a wonderful good meal! read more

They made me wait 30 minutes for my pick up order. I ordered at 12:09 pm and exited the place at 12:50pm. They said my order was not ready. Then, they gave a bag (that was already there when I entered), to a lady and she said it wasn't hers. I asked what name and it was mine. Waited an hour after order was confirmed/received via app, then called and nobody answered after 12 rings. Called gain 10 minutes later and now ETA was given because "there weren't drivers." I received no messages or calls from the app/store informing me of a delay. Jimmy John's customer service chat says they are "here for many things" but do not help with orders. This particular store needs some help. EVERY time I ask for easy mayonnaise. And EVERY time it's slathered in disgusting Mayo. Seriously, is it so much to ask for less than 1/4 cup of mayo on my sandwich?!? I usually end up scraping off the mayonnaise, but it's already soaked into the bread and tainted my sandwich. I don't require super meaty sandwiches, but the meat in this was practically non-existent. And why is there only provolone offered here - It's a sandwich shop after all. I've been a long time (since the day it opened), frequent customer of this store due to its proximity to my work. Including $1000's of dollars of gift cards and catering purchased for our work force. Over the past year I've noticed a consistent and increasing amount of cheating the customer out of the meat on orders that are delivered. Today's experience was grievous and crossed the line. I ordered the new beefy crunch sandwich and when I unwrapped it there was so little roast beef on the sandwich that it was actually hard to find it and tasted terrible. It's becoming a rip off store and I would not recommend it. Once or twice is forgivable. Now it's obviously their intention. read more

My husband and I LOVE Jimmy Johns! We ordered 2 sandwiches for delivery to a brewery across the street and it took FOREVER!!! When I called to complain that it hadn't been freaky fast and took way too long, would you be willing to allow another delivery to be sent another date because we were so disappointed and weren't able to wait that long at the brewery, the lady on the phone told me straight up "NO". No explanation was given, it seems like they lost our order and were trying to backpedal. This location seems to have a lot of young kids working there, hopefully their manager works a little harder to teach them customer service. Hope this review gets to the appropriate hands because I am not a happy customer. Update: Finally call the store back and hear from the manager... finally!! She says the assistant manager felt threatened by me calling. Accused me of being drunk since i was calling from a brewery and told me i made the kid feel unsafe. Had no apology, and told me that she had in fact called me and left me a voice-mail 1 week ago and that I never received it (I don't even have a vm set up). Also told me that she doesn't believe me and what happened and that I was not welcome to come in there anymore. I didn't get any money back, and EVEN WORSE... NO APOLOGY. Really not sure why this place has such a low rating, it's one of the best Jimmy John's I've been to. I come here all the time before class to get a beach club sandwich. It's prepared perfectly every time! They run a really tight and efficient system here. Workers are friendly and have no problem answering questions about the menu. Jimmy Johns used to be an establishment that would greet their customers with enthusiasm any time you entered the store, but that seems to have been lost. I enjoy getting a sandwich here every so often, but every time I do go, I feel less than welcome. The employees make me feel like I am bothering them by coming in to order a sandwich. My family loves Jimmy John's and have been regulars here. Usually service has been decent. But today my wife had a terrible experience when she stopped by for a take out order. The person that helped my wife YELLED at her, "What do you want?!" and then scolded her for her large order (as an aside, the order was like 6 sandwiches cut in thirds; not that large of a order at a place like this). Anyways, after the order was complete, he again shouted at her in a hostile way that the order was ready. We don't expect amazing service every time - we understand Jimmy John's is a fast food joint - but at at the very least, the workers should not be yelling at paying customers. Ordered food to be delivered from Bothell WA location, It was 30 min since it said out for delivery. Called to get an update or cancel the order. The young man who answered the phone had an attitude from them minute he answered. He told me it was only 29 min. I told him it was longer and asked for a refund. He told me it was on it's way and hung up on me. I called back 3 times before someone would pick up. Asked for a manager. She was just as rude. Said the driver was back and it was at my door. I looked it was there. No one knocked, the app didn't say it arrived. It was almost 45 min. I understand things can run behind. However, I asked her how she was going to deal with the guy on the phone that spoke to me, She said your order already arrived. I said if you won't help me I will call someone else. Today, around 6:00PM, we were craving some delicious sandwiches so we ordered 3 Italian Night Clubs and one additional sandwich of the turkey variety. A female employee said they will "be right out." At 6:30PM instead of our food, we received a phone call from the store. We were told "I talked to my driver and you are out of our range." Our house has not moved in 25 years, not sure how we can suddenly be outside their range. We are literally two miles away. She claimed she was the manager and her name is Jordan (Jordyn?). I ordered using the JJ app with Tmobile Tuesday promo code. We have 4 lines so we have 4 codes. We did not want to create JJ accounts for our young kids so we used the 3 codes under 1 account. The app accepted the codes. I went to pick up the sandwiches and was greeted by an angry and rude store owner, accusing me of abusing the promo codes and refused to give me the sandwiches. He basically humiliated me in front of 4 other customers and 6 workers. I learned he even called my wife to yell at her and hung up the phone on her. We are trying to keep kids home due to Covid, However this ownder demanded everyone to be there in person to pick up the sandwiches. Clearly this ownder thinks the pandemic is a hoax. This is unacceptable. And to think I went to this JJ location on a regular basis. Guess I'll have to find a different location. Such horrible customer service!! read more
