Not always, but sometimes these guys take a long time. Today it took 35 minutes to get a sandwich. I know they might be busy, but they advertise freaky fast delivery so. They Also charge 1.50 delivery fee per sandwich so if you buy two it's 3.00 extra. I'm just not impressed with their service. read more

We have only been to this location a handful of times, but it's one of my favorites. It's a lot larger than the Everett, Lynnwood and Northgate locations and it's convenient, with lots of parking. Food is typical Jimmy John's, which for me is a good thing because I love their sandwiches (Club Lulu is my favorite... I get it every time). The only downsides to this place would be that (1) it's always so darn cold, even in the summer. And (2) no root beer, which is my beverage of choice. But it's a small price to pay for great food. read more

By far the worst jimmy johns I've ever been to. They continually mess up orders and nobody is paying attention. They've forgotten bacon and lettuce on several of my orders, even like literally 15 minutes ago. How do you forget the lettuce!? I only came back here because of convenience but it's not even worth that. They really just try to push you through the line. And no wonder they deliver fast, they don't go further than a mile from the store. I never have any issues with any other jimmies! The owner needs to figure something out, you're giving jimmy johns a bad name. read more

Disappointed, must be used to Subway. Order 8" Italian, yea they made it fast. Good meat and bread. Used to being asked if I want pickles, peppers, olives, mustard, oil, vinager,salt and pepper and given a bag with napkins. Here none of that. read more

Wheat bread (loaf width and slice thickness) continues to get smaller as the years progress. For example, #13 or #9 sandwich is basically now the size of a 8-inch white bread sub sandwich. And you pay full size prices. read more

My first time in this store a few months ago was not the best first impression.... the food was great, but the customer service was lacking, I almost didn't want to go back! But my kids absolutly love the slim sandwiches and I cannot refuse them. We came in on halloween day and I must say, the turn around on this store was night and day in comparison to my first visit. I was greeted right at the door with a simple "hello, welcome to jimmy john's" followed by a polite man in glasses who asked my then how my day was going, (last time there was no greeting) he followee that up by offering myself and my kids some halloween candy treats while we wait for our order. Before we even picked out our favorite pieces our order was finished and brought to us at the register, the man in the glasses asked of I I would like him to bag it for me (last time they just pointed at the bags and napkins and said help your self). Upon leaving the store we were meet with the same hospitable good bye that we got when we entered the store, with an added happy halloween. I am now very happy to call this store my favorite store, please keep this up and ill keep coming back. read more

I got an online order the other day and I was very hungry, normally I get my food in a matter of minutes, but that day It was taking a bit longer... like 25+ minutes. I didn't want to call and complain, but I felt it almost necessary, so far this seems like a complaint, but this is where it gets better! I was given a call from one of the managers directly and he appologized for the wait and gave me a brief description as to the reason it was late and quickly told me he would take care for the payment on the order. I quickly responded, telling him it wasnt necessary, but he insisted and I accepted, he was very kind and curtious and when my food arrived the driver was also appologetic. I'm a regular at the totem lake and kirkland locations. Tried this new one with a pick up order. No pleasant greeting upon entering. Instead a young teenage girl leaning on the counter with her chin on her hand looking bored, didn't have the energy to say hi. I was there for a pickup - she motioned that someone else could help me. She was too busy being bored and upset I interrupted whatever it was she was doing. The sandwiches were alright but this new store needs to work on their customer sevice read more

I love Jimmy Johns and their "freaky fast" service but this location disappoints. I live .3 miles away and it took them more than an hour to deliver to my house. I've gone to location other times and waited considerably long for my order when they aren't busy at all. Today was the final straw when, after the long wait, I brought the sandwich home to find dry, burned bread. Will not come back here. read more

ordered my food online, only to have to go and still wait in the line at the register to pick up. which was 10 people long, talk about not convenient whats the point of ordering online if I still have to wait in line. to top it off they got my order wrong, 2 strikes not sure I will give them anothet chance. read more

We ordered an Italian Club#9 and Tuna club extra tuna#15 got home and found both especially the #9 had bread that was very hard, gave the top of the sandwich to my dog. The EXTRA TUNA club had almost no tuna at all cant imagine what the regular amount of tuna would be like. Will never return to this place. read more

SO disappointed. When they had the $1 sub special, I called in advance to see if I could place an order for my small group who was willing to hold off on their lunch. Was told I had to come in and order in person. Ok. Stood in line for 30 minutes. Ok. My turn. Sorry, one per person. Um, what? I called this morning. I told him it was for a bunch of us and he never said that was a problem. Manager recognizes that we order from them a LOT and says it's ok. I start to order and a very tall scrawny blonde lady behind me that clearly needs to 'get some', declares that it's unfair that she and everyone else has to WAIT. Um, I just had to wait, too sweetheart. We are talking 3 minutes to toss together simple subs, not steak dinners here. "It's on the website!" Did you see the miniscule print? I didn't, obviously. Besides I CALLED THIS MORNING and nobody said anything. "There's a sign right in front of you!" The one at crotch level that everyone was standing in front of? No, sister, I didn't see that either. She gets so obnoxious that Junior Manager changes his mind and tells me no. Can't help ya. Wow. Just wow. I could have been done and out of there in the time it took this to transpire. Little Princess needs to take a deep breath and learn to play with others and Junior Manager needs to learn what Customer Service means. I made an honest mistake, the Manager STARTED to use good management skills and come up with a resolution, but threw it all out the window by allowing a crazy lady to intimidate him. And others were watching. This did not play out well and their store has lost a good amount of future business. Happy to pay more for better food at the new ZOUP down the street! read more
