The fried soft shell crab in a bao bun with green papayo slaw, coconut mayo and cilantro nam prik was sweet, perfect crunch and memorable. Two for two with one dish left. The cold spicy sesame noodles with seasoned chicken, granny Smith apple slivers, arugula, cashews and nanami togorashi, a perfect closing dish for an exceptional meal.
