Had to stop by Uncle Restaurant when I saw the menu and they were serving Ramen. It was a cold rainy afternoon in Denver and I need something hot. I was promptly seated, given a menu, and was able to order right away. The Chicken Ramen was amazing, the broth is perfect, the ramen was cooked right, and was served hot. Service was fast and quick. They have a bar if you're into sake and cocktails. Casual and cozy ambiance. Check it out!

Settled having ramen here as I needed to eat something and thought soup would be good. Everyone was pleasant, but the prices are high. The one bowl I got was good, but not worth the price. I took it to go and ate it on the concourse. They do have a small seating area though. I'll need to pass next time I'm flying through just on prices alone.

Our connecting flight to LAX was upon us in 50minutes and with the gate nearby, we decided this noodle/Ramen shop was going to be the fast eatery to dine in and take off (no pun). We saw that the line to dine in was not that long and got in right away. The waiter noticed us and after clearing the bowls from the previous customers, we were seated immediately without fail. Our waiter got us all a round of water and proceeded to get our orders. Looking around, there are roughly 6 tables seating 2 to 4 persons and a ramen bar area seating about 8 person stool. A nice wall with liquor and beer draft is situated by the ramen bar. We ordered the Tokyo Shoyu and Duck Shoyu Ramen. Within less than 10 mins the noodles arrived piping hot and looking very delicious. Three slices of pork belly and a half medium egg is laced in the middle. The broth is very well made and just about right. Very delicious and to the point. You can add some ingredients to your liking but it is already the best to be enjoyed as is. Different not bad for a quick dine in at an airport setting. I'm recommending this place for our next flight through Denver at Concourse A.

Uncle is my go to dinner when I find myself in the airport around lunch or dinner time. I haven't been to the restaurant location so I'm not sure how it compares - but for airport food it is pretty good. I always get the pork belly noodle dish and that runs about $23 but is filling. I've never sat in the restaura side but I like to take it to go and sit on the outdoor patio at the end of the A concourse. Sometimes it can be a touch salty or oily, but the arugula does a good job of cutting it.

Decent ramen restaurant but the price markup is high, average of $20+ for a bowl of ramen and the cheapest entry was just $20 even. I posted it was "skyway robbery" but maybe being at the airport they have to charge much higher for the exorbitant rent - not sure what the prices are at the brick and mortar location but it reminded me when I was in the Brickell location of Miami for a clerkship interview with a U.S. District Judge in the Southern District of Florida, one ramen restaurant was charging $30+ per bowl maybe to offset the high rent. I got the dried noodle pork belly one which was good. Check it out if you are around Terminal A of the Denver Airport!

Absolutely delicious. Great food, great staff, great music. They have joined the "Clean Plate Club" in my book, so I will make effort to stop by when I pass through DIA again. You can order To-go or sit down, as they have tabled enough for individuals or small groups. I ordered the "Pork Belly Noodle Bowl" which was the perfect amount. Filling but not heavy, garlicky with perfectly marinated and cooked pork belly cubes. The arugula and garlic gave the bowl a wonderful crunch while the pork belly was melt-in-your-mouth tender. With the Raichi Martini, it was a fantastic meal. It was a highlight in what was otherwise a long, tiresome day of travel. Thank you to their team.

Super delish - & not just for airport food! Pork Belly Mazamen - chewy fresh noodles, bright arugula & scallion, a load of crispy onion, a perfectly seasoned jammy egg & unctuous pork belly chunks I also got a side of chicken (thigh) thinking it may be more soy flavored - but it was plain, which would make sense in the cold sesame noodles. Service in the dine in area was spot on & warm. It felt more like a noodle house experience than airport food, in a memorable way. Definitely worth it!

We have eaten at various places in the airport and we've had our favorites. This place blew those out of the water. The server was friendly and helpful. The restaurant clean and bright. It was cool to be able to look into the minute kitchen from the outside. They have take out food items and there's a bar/counter area. We were a little sad panda not to have different sando choices. They only have an egg sando to go which you can eat at a table. We chose Dan Dan noodles and spicy garlic ramen. It was a rainy day so hot soup appealed to me. The servings are aesthetically presented. The dan dan noodles has an egg which I love. So did my spicy garlic ramen. Both dishes tasted amazing! The Dan Dan noodles were well seasoned and not bland. My spicy garlic ramen was to die for. The broth was rich and flavorful. Soft pork belly and the best noodles. We ordered the egg sando as well to try it and she wanted to tamp down some of the spice. I dipped my bread into my broth and yum! The egg salad was good. We will definitely be back as this is our fav restaurant here.

Wanted to try something new in the A concourse at DEN. Stopped by Uncle and had no issues getting a table. Service was quick and attentive. Got the shoyu Tokyo ramen...pork was very tender and broth was delicious. Great for a quick meal in the airport!

    Chicken Katsu

Chicken katsu and the sushi roll we got were incredible. I really enjoyed the jiro and spicy chicken ramen. I would like to try something other than the jiro next time. Bao bun was also incredibly good.

9:15 pm closed. DEN site is incorrect.

Came to the airport an hour early specifically to eat here because your website says you're open later. Nope. I arrive and I'm told, "We close at 9 today." When I explained I came early for your food, the response I got was: "Well that sucks for you." Not only is the posted info wrong, but the attitude was worse. If you're going to close early, update your hours--or at the very least don't talk to customers like that. Plenty of other places in the airport managed to stay open and be polite.

The menu leans classic izakaya--small plates meant for sharing--but everything comes out with care and confidence. Skewers are grilled properly, not rushed, with just enough char to matter. The ramen is rich without being heavy, and the broth tastes like someone actually paid attention to it for hours. Even the simpler dishes feel deliberate, which isn't always the case with izakaya-style menus. The atmosphere hits a nice balance: lively without being chaotic, cozy without feeling cramped. It works just as well for a casual dinner as it does for lingering over drinks. Speaking of drinks, the sake and Japanese whiskey selection is thoughtful and well-paired to the food. Tatsu doesn't try to reinvent Japanese cuisine--it just executes it well.

Uncle makes me want to move to Denver! To start the ambiance is really chill and inviting with warm lighting and offers countertop as well as table seating. Our server was amazing and explained the menu well and made some recommendations that did not disappoint. We ordered way to much food but I do not regret that because I got to try so many amazing dishes. Despite ordering so many options they even brought us a chilled tofu dish complimentary (no clue why but not complaining) and it was lovely! We shared the uncle salad (amazing!), thai shrimp, eggplant buns, several different nigiri/aburi nigiri and sashimi and the toro toro and spicy tuna roll. All of the sushi was fresh and had excellent pairing of accompaniments. The only dish that I remember being a miss was the soft shell crab buns. The proportion of bun to interior was off and there was way too much mayo. Everyone got their own ramen which they seemed to love. I ordered the Veggie Khao Soi per our servers recommendation and I am still thinking about it weeks later. It was a curry/ramen mix and had big chunks of trumpet mushrooms in it and the perfect amount of spice that I love. What a cute little place!!…read more It was late in the evening and I was getting hangry. I was craving ramen and Neko came up during my Yelp research. They were open late, so we decided to go. The restaurant was popping at 22:00 on a Friday. We were greeted warmly by staff. It was intriguing to us that we ordered via an iPad kiosk as if we were at a boba place, but we didn't mind. However, usually only to go orders are placed on a kiosk. In my hangry state of mind, I had not realized that Neko only serves their ramen with chicken broth, so for those of you who prefer tonkotsu broth, this isn't the place for you. For that reason, my husband had to order a chashu rice bowl instead. Personally, I enjoy both paitan and tonkotsu. I went with the black garlic ramen. It didn't take very long for our food to arrive. While we waited, we dispensed water for ourselves from the soda fountain. I was a little confused upon receiving my black garlic ramen, as I thought the black garlic oil would be more prominent. I was assured that I had the right bowl. My husband enjoyed his chashu rice bowl. I had a small bite and the pork was tender and well-seasoned. The paitan broth was very umami indeed. I would have liked to have more of a black garlic flavor, but it was still good. Next time I would just pay the extra $2 for more black garlic oil. The noodles were bouncy, and the chashu was tender. The egg was deliciously jammy (alas no photo because I devoured it). I saw they had soy sauce and hot sauce, but wish they had the classic chili powder so I could have added some to my ramen. Neko Ramen & Rice hit for late night noms, and the cat-themed decor all around (since Neko means cat in Japanese) was such a vibe. They also serve curry, poke, and various small bites if you want some apps to enjoy before your entrees. If you don't mind chicken broth for your ramen or will be ordering rice bowls instead, Neko is a fun little place to come dine at, especially since they open late.
