Always like to eat here. Ramen broth is so tasty. Introduced my friend to this place and she loved it. She added shoyu and chili to her broth. I may have to add chili next time. Server helpful and friendly.

Look, it's a restaurant in the airport, I get it. It's busy. If I could do a half rating, I'd give it a 3.5/5. We were seated fairly quickly, but there aren't many seats. They do have bar seating. There seemed to only be one waitress, and she was working her butt off. We got our order taken and waters. And then we waited. And waited. And waited for half an hour. Somehow they forgot to either input or make our order- luckily we weren't in a rush. I got the Tokyo Shoyu, and I'm a bit torn on it. The broth was essentially flavorless- I added soy sauce and chili oil to try and liven it up and it barely helped. The pork belly is outstanding though! Thick cut and tender. Decent portion of noodles.

I think this is the best airport food I've ever had that's not from a lounge, and it's no wonder because I learned that Uncle has other locations in Denver and a lot of people really love it! Had to stop by Uncle Restaurant when I saw the menu and they were serving Ramen. It was a cold rainy afternoon in Denver and I need something hot. I was promptly seated, given a menu, and was able to order right away. The Chicken Ramen was amazing, the broth is perfect, the ramen was cooked right, and was served hot. Service was fast and quick. Our connecting flight to LAX was upon us in 50minutes and with the gate nearby, we decided this noodle/Ramen shop was going to be the fast eatery to dine in and take off (no pun). We saw that the line to dine in was not that long and got in right away. The waiter noticed us and after clearing the bowls from the previous customers, we were seated immediately without fail. Our waiter got us all a round of water and proceeded to get our orders. Looking around, there are roughly 6 tables seating 2 to 4 persons and a ramen bar area seating about 8 person stool. A nice wall with liquor and beer draft is situated by the ramen bar. We ordered the Tokyo Shoyu and Duck Shoyu Ramen. Within less than 10 mins the noodles arrived piping hot and looking very delicious. Three slices of pork belly and a half medium egg is laced in the middle. The broth is very well made and just about right. Very delicious and to the point. You can add some ingredients to your liking but it is already the best to be enjoyed as is. Different not bad for a quick dine in at an airport setting. I'm recommending this place for our next flight through Denver at Concourse A.

Uncle is my go to dinner when I find myself in the airport around lunch or dinner time. I haven't been to the restaurant location so I'm not sure how it compares - but for airport food it is pretty good. I always get the pork belly noodle dish and that runs about $23 but is filling. I've never sat in the restaura side but I like to take it to go and sit on the outdoor patio at the end of the A concourse. Sometimes it can be a touch salty or oily, but the arugula does a good job of cutting it.

Absolutely delicious. Great food, great staff, great music. They have joined the "Clean Plate Club" in my book, so I will make effort to stop by when I pass through DIA again. You can order To-go or sit down, as they have tabled enough for individuals or small groups. I ordered the "Pork Belly Noodle Bowl" which was the perfect amount. Filling but not heavy, garlicky with perfectly marinated and cooked pork belly cubes. The arugula and garlic gave the bowl a wonderful crunch while the pork belly was melt-in-your-mouth tender. With the Raichi Martini, it was a fantastic meal. It was a highlight in what was otherwise a long, tiresome day of travel. Thank you to their team.

Decent ramen restaurant but the price markup is high, average of $20+ for a bowl of ramen and the cheapest entry was just $20 even. I posted it was "skyway robbery" but maybe being at the airport they have to charge much higher for the exorbitant rent - not sure what the prices are at the brick and mortar location but it reminded me when I was in the Brickell location of Miami for a clerkship interview with a U.S. District Judge in the Southern District of Florida, one ramen restaurant was charging $30+ per bowl maybe to offset the high rent. I got the dried noodle pork belly one which was good. Check it out if you are around Terminal A of the Denver Airport!

Super delish - & not just for airport food! Pork Belly Mazamen - chewy fresh noodles, bright arugula & scallion, a load of crispy onion, a perfectly seasoned jammy egg & unctuous pork belly chunks I also got a side of chicken (thigh) thinking it may be more soy flavored - but it was plain, which would make sense in the cold sesame noodles. Service in the dine in area was spot on & warm. It felt more like a noodle house experience than airport food, in a memorable way. Definitely worth it!

Highly recommend for a quick bite that will satisfy your noodle cravings! I'm picky about my ramen/Asian food and this almost hit the spot. The dan dan noodles were really good! The Tokyo Shoyu ramen lacked a little bit of flavor, but it was still pretty good! Service was super quick and the staff was very friendly. A little pricey but thats airport pricing for you! Although there were plenty of options at the Denver airport, we chose this Ramen place to dine. Very few options for vegetarians and we got the Veggie Miso Ramen bowl. Very lucky to have found Uncle on our way out of Denver through A Gates at DIA. We had been craving some Asian food since leaving the mountains, and the Dan Dan Noodles and Shoyu Ramen hit the spot! It was also surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of the airport and in a relatively small space. We didn't have any wheeled bags so this wasn't an issue for us, but the space may just be a bit tight if you have a larger carry on. I also would have appreciated more outlet availability, as anyone in an airport would, but I know that's not always something the restaurant can help. Overall, great experience and we will definitely be coming back here next time flying through Denver! read more

Very yucky ramen I ever had, no flavor at all, didn't have bamboo shoot, or nori. The pork meat so yucky. A few pieces of raw cabbage. Broth no flavor. And very expensive$24.50. San Francisco ramen at airport so much 1000 X better for only $17. So disappointed. Throw out the whole bowl. read more

Uncle is an Asian Fusion joint in the airport is a a great place to get a bowl of ramen. The food is a bit expensive but again it is in an airport so you pay more anyway. I have had a meal here several times now and each time was truly a very tasty experience. The Ramen was chewy, the broth was hot, creamy and comforting and just yummy! If you want a good dish get the pork belly ramen and you will be a happy eater! read more

Came to the airport an hour early specifically to eat here because your website says you're open later. Nope. I arrive and I'm told, "We close at 9 today." When I explained I came early for your food, the response I got was: "Well that sucks for you." Not only is the posted info wrong, but the attitude was worse. If you're going to close early, update your hours--or at the very least don't talk to customers like that. Plenty of other places in the airport managed to stay open and be polite. read more

Food is good but the service is very lack luster and need better training. I ordered mazemen to go and the bag was missing sauce, and napkin. I had to go back and try to explain it didn't have any sauce just noodle and toppings. And the girl at the front literally had to question my question and offer Sirracha. For a mazemen... what the actual f. I try to explain to the manager for a sauce or even just shoyu sauce and she then just say you want just soy sauce.... So your ramen shoyu is just soy sauce with Water?!? She finally explain you just put the sauce in the noodle. I had to explain I DID NOT have the sauce!!! Just omg. Forget it. read more

Nice new sit down spot in DIA. Wasn't in the mood for ramen so I got the dan dan noodles - great flavor but not a lot of pork and heavy on the peanuts. The service was great and the woman working there was efficient and friendly for being pretty much solo, a good option in A Terminal! read more

I lived in Japan and am a huge lover of ramen. I visited this place twice and was so disappointed! Some of the worst I've encountered. I was shocked the owner was nominated for a james Beard award. What's happened to Denver? Sad.... Luke warm tasteless broth with and sloppy toppings. Now I admit it was years ago, but I left vowing to never go back and I'm sticking with it. The Boa buns were a poor unimaginative copy of Momofuku's in NYC. read more

First of all, they have Asahi on tap. Already a win in my book. Second, some of the best ramen I have ever had and I've had ramen in Japan, Portland, OR, and more. The service was spectacular. I mean, this server ran to check a flight status for an older couple dining in who was new to traveling so that she could time how fast they needed to eat. I wish I knew her name because she deserves a lot. She was the sweetest human. Another thing that was amazing was the playlist. Just banger after banger. Not over the top but just the perfect music vibe to go with a fresh Asahi and ramen. Anyways, if you're in terminal A at the Denver airport then you need to stop here. End of story. You're welcome. Wow this place was such a pleasant surprise!! I was very weary of $24 airport ramen and wasn't too keen on just throwing that money out the window for bland, tasteless ramen as my dinner. I quickly glanced at Yelp and saw a couple 5 star reviews and decided to check it out. And WOW I'm so glad I did!!! All around delicious and better than most ramen I get at restaurants in Southern CA! I got the spicy garlic ramen and the broth was super rich, the pork was full of flavor with the perfect balance of garlic and spice ratio. Also my food came out in under 5 minutes, which was great to grab and go to my gate! Highly recommend if you're in the A terminal - it's so worth it! read more
