My situation was unique and she was very accommodating, there were a few hiccups in my experience but she found ways to make it right.... I myself have worked in customer service for a long time and I can tell you it's rare to find someone like this. She cares about the customers needs and tries to suit them as best as possible. I went here with my sister and dealt with Ronit directly. She dealt with our situation kindly and professionally. She was so sweet and understanding and I felt like she really cared about helping people. I was so impressed with her! We also dealt with Dr. Weissberg who was also wonderful and kind. I felt like they took a situation that was very stressful for my sister and turned it into a fun and enjoyable experience. There aren't too many places of business you can say that about anymore! The place is very nice, they have a limited selection of eye wear to choose from though. They tell you your glasses take a 7-10 days but it is more like 2 weeks. Alex and Kristina are the most polite and helpful people in there. There is also a small dark feature chick in there that is also very nice, polite, and helpful. The only problem with this store is the waiting from what I hear but I always get assisted immediately when I go in there, unless they are busy of coarse, but they always helped me, they do anything I ask for. read more
