When I returned to have my glasses adjusted, the experience was disappointing. The assistant manager who helped me acted as if I was inconveniencing him. When I asked for an additional adjustment, he made a comment about my nose and said the glasses couldn't go up any further, which came across as rude and unnecessary. I am seen by the best staff who are always on time when I get there. I need to see the doctor every 4 months so I am there often. I see Debbie and other great staff to get best treatment and the utmost care. Doctor Peryea is on the top of his game with what is going on in the eye care field. I have an eye disease that he has kept in check for many years. I have never seen any other doctor so I can only remark about Doctor Peryea and his care with me. This office sees my family, 3 other persons with the same great care. After 4 months of this, I asked for my money back for the reading glasses as I had no confidence they would ever get it right. 6) 2 weeks later still waiting for my reimbursement check and I have no reading glasses. I went there a few years back and it was terrible. I tried it again last year, just on case the first time was a fluke, and the glasses were even worse; and the optometrist gave me a wrong prescription, then denied he did so. Eventually, after bringing in an old pair of eyeglasses, he took that prescription and just wrote it for the new glasses. DON'T DO IT!! you will be sorry.
