The employee, Leila, was rude and dismissive and even hung up on me before I could explain my situation. When I went to the store in person, the manager (possibly Edith) behaved in a similar way--refusing to listen and continuing to push insurance I did not need. Another employee eventually stepped in and confirmed that I was correct all along. No customer should ever be treated this way. This situation caused me significant stress and left me with no trust in this location. I have filed formal complaints with corporate.

Brion has been incredibly patient, professional, diligent, and meticulous with me and in helping me get the proper glasses and tools for me to function and live my life. With my prescription, the slightest margin of error can create distortion and loss of function for me. And the type of Glasses I can use are limited. It has been a lot to get used to and very frustrating and scary. But I'm grateful I have Brion as part of my team to help me navigate the eyeglass side of it. He is a master at his craft. John is a good salesman, but not a good optician. Found out about a year and a few months later…read morethat the anti-reflective coating was coming off the inside of the lenses, but they were out of warranty. I've had glasses where the coating remained in good shape for 5+ years, but now these are unwearable after 2. Went to a new optician and then found out the frames were way too small, with the temples bowed way out as they reached my ears. At $800, the price paid was exorbitant in relation to the fitting and longevity/quality of the service. Never returning here.
