I went ahead and did a Maps search for whoever was close to me but the shops i looked into - their reviews sucked butt. I went further into my search.... Hmm, Pro Car Audio. I'll see what they are all about. How many miles away from me though, I went ahead called. I spoke to the owner of the establishment and with his knowledge on speakers, amps, and whatever was needed, I decided to make an appointment with him. At my appointment, from the outside of the shop, it looks like a hole in the wall shop, but when you step foot inside, it was like the Taj Mahal!! The lobby and what was displayed was pretty awesome, and very organized. Sohail gave me a quote that sounded very reasonable to install the speakers to my vehicle, but I had just recently purchased another vehicle that needed a dash cam installed. Instead of getting speakers for the vehicle I originally wanted done, I got the installation for my dash cam instead, and they were pretty professional and on point on how they did the installation. Very clean and very impressive. I've been in many car stereo shops before, but never like this just for the fact that the owner and his brother know what they're talking about and what's good.. no, GREAT for your vehicle! Sohail and Faisal - the best in Austin for sure. And if anyone is reading this, COME TO PRO CAR AUDIO. The word "PRO" is there for a reason!

They did an awesome job and they made it look outstanding. They custom built a rack for all my amplifiers and concealed all the wires so it looks nice and neat. When it was ready to be picked up, they even took the time to go over all the new features of the stereo system so I would know how to get the most out of my system. Although I did not purchase my equipment from them, I now know that they also sell the same equipment that I purchased directly from Wetsounds as well as several other brands of marine audio products. I was so impressed with my boat's system that I used them for my whole house prewire and Crestron for my entire house. They are honest and beyond knowledgeable. They live and breathe electronics and will figure solutions to any obstacles. Their business has grown tremendously in the 4 years I've known them but their service remains the same...pure excellence. I trust these guys with anything I own. My house system sells itself as evidenced by those who see it in action and are blown away by the cord management. Even my wife doesn''t complain about the well spent $. These guys will not install junk that they can't stand behind or you'd be unhappy with.

It didn't work with steering wheel controls, sounded awful, etc. I hated it on day one of install and scheduled my next visit that day. ---------------- STINGER HEAD UNITS ---------------- TCAS only sells and installs what they put in their own vehicles, and I understand why. This Stinger head unit has my 2016 4Runner feeling more like a 2026. Everything works and integrates well, and the sound quality is incredible. ---------------- COST ---------------- $100/hr. Don't let this scare you. Whenever I stopped in for surprise visits over the days they had my 4Runner, there were almost always two or all three working on it at the same time. ---------------- WORK ETHIC ---------------- Find a chair in their shop. I triple dog dare you. When these guys are on the task, they're working and working hard. ---------------- WORK WARRANTY ---------------- Unfortunately for me, the dash cam rear view mirror main unit and one camera were faulty. The manufacturer sent me a replacement and TCAS worked 5 hours at no cost to me on a Saturday to get me fixed up.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE -- DAMAGED PAINT, GHOSTED BY OWNER, AND SHADY "FIXES." 0 STARS IF I COULD…read more I brought a brand new 2026 Ford Raptor R to Xtreme Auto Detail, Inc. for a premium full front-end paint protection film (PPF) wrap, window tint, and ceramic coating. What I walked away with was a ruined vehicle, completely unprofessional customer service, and a total lack of business integrity. To date, nothing has been documented in their system. I paid completely in cash and via Zelle, and they have refused to provide a shop order or a receipt for my records. THE "SECOND CHANCE" WAS WORSE THAN THE FIRST I initially tried to handle this amicably and gave the owner a second chance to correct their terrible first attempt. He promised me in writing that his shop would completely remove the film and redo the job properly as a fully custom, hand-cut bulk wrap. Instead, the second attempt came back significantly worse than the first: * SEVERE DEFECTS: The film is completely overstretched, leaving jagged, short corners, along with visible rips and tears right on the edges. * TRAPPED DEBRIS: There is actual dirt permanently trapped inside the bubbles of the film. * SHADY COVER-UPS: Instead of fixing mistakes on my double sunroof tint, they literally used black marker or black nail polish to try and hide the gaps. * VEHICLE DAMAGE: Their installer left deep razor knife scores directly on my truck's paneling from trimming the film. GHOSTED BY THE OWNER TWICE After I raised these issues, the owner personally requested twice to meet with me in person at his shop to inspect the vehicle. I cleared my ridiculously busy schedule and made my way to his shop both times, only for him to completely ghost me and fail to show up either time. I was left to deal with an employee who openly admitted to me during the walkthrough that the entire job was incorrect, the edges weren't wrapped, and the printer templates were lazily used again. NO MORE CHANCES They actually had the nerve to ask me to leave my truck a third time so a new employee, who is a "better installer" could try to fix it. I flatly refused. I requested a full refund and demanded that they safely remove their defective materials from my truck. They refused. I was forced to take my vehicle to an actual professional facility to get a diagnostic and correction quote. On July 6, 2026, I received a formal estimate totaling $4,660.81 just to strip Xtreme Auto Detail's botched film, bubbling tint, and ruined windshield protection, and to finally have the job done correctly by a competent shop. They took thousands of dollars of my hard-earned money, damaged my brand new truck, hid their mistakes with nail polish, and then hid from me when it came time to face the music. If I could give them a 0-star review, I would. Save your time, save your money, and protect your vehicle by staying as far away from this shop as possible. If you doubt me, take a look at the images for yourself.

It was easy to make the appointment to have the Jeep towed in and they got back to me by the end of the day with the diagnostic. My brake line had blown out and they were going to replace it. The next day they called to tell me there were no brake lines available for my Jeep anywhere with MOPAR, or any other manufacturer. People in my situation are all waiting months for these things on back order. Most shops would have probably told me to come tow this Jeep out of their way until a brake line was available. Not Juke! They thought outside the box and let me know a hydraulic shop they work with could build the part for me, and it would only be $80 more! Perfect! Even though they had to run around town with these brake lines, and rely on another shop to hunt down parts and fabricate custom brake lines for me, they had my Jeep back to me after just 6 business days! The other great thing is Miguel kept me updated the whole time and I never had to worry about if my vehicle was being taken care of. The people at Juke actually care about their customers and I recommend them to everyone I know.

I spoke to her Monday and Tuesday this week to re-confirm address, pricing and details of what was to be tinted. Lo and behold she waits until one hour before her team is supposed to show up at my house today to tell me oh by the way she made a mistake and it's going to be $600 for me instead of $500. She is blaming it on the fact she didnt know our home was so far. She had opportunities to punch our address is on Friday, again on Monday and again on Tuesday but she claims she never did until one hour before arrival and now I've wasted 2-3 days of time when I could have gotten this job done elsewhere Monday morning or Friday afternoon last week. Horrible business practices this place has and I will never recommend anyone to them.

This guy that he sent had to come back because break line and components came off next day while driving. I have pics and texts to prove. My GM 6.2 V8 come to find out common problem for that motor lifters went out so I went to him for the engine replacement. His price quoted was pretty good so I gave him a shot. My car was not even drivable this whole time (we had to wait on engine and things for months) yet I get a call the day he test drives it for the first time and he tells me I need new steering column. The car did not go in for steering issues. It was completely fine. He blames it on wear and tire from my lift and big tires. I call the people who did my lift and I called covert Cadillac certified mechanics and gave the history of car and lift and all and they called BS. My fault for not driving to Frank's place to see for myself. So I pick it up after engine replacement and steering column replacement. I get not but a mile down road from his shop and no acceleration and engine is just revving up loud . I coast off the road to luckily a gas station right there. What looks like oil and grease is splattered all over undercarriage and side and back windows. I have pics of all this. Transmission line came off. I won't give any more specific on this because I'm in process of filing the lawsuit and taking him to court. So He has a guy come meet me, I took video of his mechanics actions and what he did and Frank telling him on the phone I'm good to go, needless to say he screwed up. I get home and next day the car does it again right as I drive out of my home. I call Frank to get it towed back to his shop which is about 45 min to an hour from Lakeway. Frank gets car back, now he tells me I need new transmission. After transmission I go back to car to pickup and I go to open my door and there was mechanic grease all over headliner and seats, spilled oil on my rubber mats, bird shit all over the outside and dust and pollen caked the interior. He left windows cracked. I took pics of everything as proof. He decides to offer me a detail, so he sends me down the road. He paid for it yet I waited 3 hours. What I'm paid for my time in work you could say was a bigger loss. The fact alone my car was in that condition when he called to tell me it was ready is reason alone you shouldn't use him. I've included pics with this post. I could go on with several other smaller things I asked him to do while he had my car for engine replacement and transmission repair that I needed done. He never fixed them. I again have proof where he acknowledges he forgot so now I have to reschedule to have him finish the job. I also recorded most of our phone conversations that prove he apologizes for messing up. It came to the point where I was recording the convos because prior to me doing that it was just word salad on his part and I knew it this point I needed to document for the court. You would be amazed how many texts I have where I have had to constantly follow up and check on him after he would give me a supposed timeline or update with a promise he would keep me updated. I'm convinced all these reviews on here that are high stars aren't legit whatsoever. I have meticulously documented everything with pics, texts and phone conversations. If you're smart and reading this don't give him your business no matter how well quoted he may be . He may try to defend himself with a reply like some others he's done to on here. I've got it all though m, the truth. I was always extremely nice in all my texts to him, I was at the mercy of his screw ups and didn't want to be a jerk. No matter what when your rude or a jerk you run the risk to be even more screwed over so I chose to take high road and he knows it. I've verified and shown all my proof to several different master General Motors Master technicians and they all came back with resounding response that Frank was at fault. So now it will be in the courts hands and I will update this once it's over. For anyone that would like to know more you can contact me. I've got all you would need to run as fast as you can from this mechanic. I've even documented some new mechanics that showed me what things he did that they couldn't believe from when he did the engine replacement. His shop spliced so many wires and I took video the moment the mechanics found these issues and they talk on camera about it. I've asked Frank over the last several weeks and really last 6 months to send me an itemized list of repairs like a receipt. His reply was he texted me the cost every time he had to charge me for something. Last thing, he never once showed up on time for any of the jobs that he did. I have proof of his reasons for being late and apologies for every one of them. What kind of professional does that. All the more reason to believe these reviews are fake
