Being someone new to getting massages, I felt very comfortable and like I was guided through the entire experience. My masseuse was great, and I really enjoyed the experience. I didn't feel rushed afterwards either, even though they would be closing soon. Overall, highly recommend! The place is clean, relaxing, staff was very kind and patient, and I had a great experience. I knew it was time to get my hair done. Other than highlights and a cut, I wasn't 100% sure on the color or style. Ashley asked questions, explained the color options, and made suggestions. Her explanations of color, as it pertains to my hair, made a lot of sense. It was information that had previously never been explained to me. Ashley's knowledge and expertise equaled a result I am happy with. I feel like she really listened to my input. It should also be noted that conversation flowed pretty easily during my visit. They were able to get me in a couple of weeks. I didn't have to wait long. There is a $25.00 fee for new patients (non refundable) which I understand incase of no shows. This place is pretty big, not only do they do dermatology, it's also a place they do Botox and other cosmetic procedures. It's so clean and the staff is attentive/ super friendly. My dermatologist was Emi Dougherty, CNP - Certified Nurse Practitioner. She was very patient and answered all my questions. They prescribed me Opzelura cream for my eczema.
