I also need my haircut as well so that's $195 not including tip. Also, I asked him about the woman who had a bald head on the top. He said that she was laughable. I'm not totally sure. I can't take his word for it or her word for it but it seems like something went wrong. I wish the best for this company, but you do not charge children adult prices. That is another huge red flag.

He and his assistant Amber made me feel right at home and are so very welcoming. I am letting my silver grow out and after a great consultation Jim went to work, adding highlights and lowlights, doing all kind of magic, and gave me a fresh cut afterwards. I was super nervous of how my hair would turn out since this is not an easy transition for me going from medium brown to my now silver. My fears were unfounded and my hair turned out amazing! She was the only one with recent availability. I think she did an ok job on the cut, which was $110 for long hair, $132 after tip. She styled my hair after the cut which was nice. Unfortunately the experience was very painful for me. My scalp felt like how my teeth would feel after a dentist appmt. Her long nails kept scratching me when she was grabbing my hair and she also pulled on the hair really hard while cutting and blow drying.
