The green beans we added to the array were also awesome 3. the egg rolls were, you guessed it awesome We got the pork dumplings and the chicken dumplings. They were well prepared. The dipping sauces were the traditional style and quite good. As is my new tradition i tried to spicy mayo, it was spot on. I came here for dinner with a large group of 14 people on a Friday night and there was enough space to accommodate all of us (we pushed a couple tables together). We ordered through a kiosk and our food came out pretty quickly. The spring rolls were kind of cold and the fried rice was a bit salty in my opinion. Do not google what kinds of things can happen when you eat raw pork. Do NOT do it. i ate here for the first time and will not be coming back. i ordered pork dumplings and the first bite texture was off, and chewy. Also, i should have realized it wasn't burning hot like they are suppose to be. Dumplings were raw, i checked chicken ones, i bite it, also raw. i checked one more dumpling, and they were raw as well. i told the server, if they looked normal to her but she said she would ask the kitchen. they said they looked normal, but that they could steam them again. But the 3 raw ones i opened were not replaced and they just steamed the ones i didn't open. I ended took them home, and microwaved them just to be safe. I'm actually now annoyed i payed for 22 bucks for 12 and they cheated me on 3. at 1.833333 per dumpling thats like $5.5 WTF? after cooking them, they were very tasty, but i will not be going back, service was indifferent too. One of the worst experiences i've had at a restaurant in a long time, and i'm booking my yearly physical early just do mention this. read more

2.5 stars! Ugh everything was kinda mediocre. We got the combo #1 and the only thing that was good was the spicy wontons. The egg rolls were so basic and had no flavor. The popcorn chicken was missing something. The different colors of the dumplings were weird. The truffle was not good. Don't keep them stacked up because they will overcook. Wasn't a lot of soup in the dumplings. Everything seemed to be frozen. The inside was fine and the seats were comfy. The had cute signs. Order taker at the front forgot to put the number 1 combo in the computer but when we ordered it she remembered to ask what drink. We got the drink and not my friends food. Now we wait another 10 minutes for I'm guessing another cold food delivery to our table. The girl at the front is not even cleaning tables as people leave. She picks up the tray and walks away. We were just looking for a quick snack and shared an order of spicy pork wontons Yumm. So they were so good before we pulled off we placed an online order for spicy wontons but this time chicken pork n shrimp. Both orders were hot and fresh and had just enough chili for the perfect spice. Surprisingly we preferred the wontons with just pork. Ordered quite a bit too! They do have combo options and standard fountain drinks along with boba. We ordered from the kiosk not realizing that was for take out and dine it was ordering at the counter . People who did order to-go were dining in though so that didn't seem to be an issue . Staff were friendly and attentive to clearing tables and keeping the dining area clean. The bathroom was clean as well. For dine in, your dumplings do arrive in a steam basket! So, to the food right? We ordered: pork wonton soup, cucumber salad, chicken soup dumpling, pork soup dumpling combo (it comes with fried rice, a drink, and spring rolls), pork and crab soup dumpling, pork shrimp and spinach soup dumplings. When you order to-go you get a utensil package that has the soup spoon, chopsticks, a fork, and napkins. You also get packets of black vinegar which is extremely convenient :). Since the restaurant is new there are some kinks to work out and that's ok! The wonton soup was a bit too salty but the wontons were good. The soup dumplings were good, they were a bit too steamed so the bottoms broke on some so we couldn't get soup in those . Addition of black vinegar and ginger is a must. The cucumber salad was crunchy but there wasn't much to it. I had the fried rice at home later that night. It was a bit greasy. I did add extra egg at home though. The spring rolls were fine. Giving this 4 stars because of the staff, the layout of the restaurant, and hoping to go back after giving them some time to work things out. I do recommend you giving it a try! read more

Been here 3 times. First time good, server was very attentive. Second visit we never got all of the items we ordered. Third visit, restaurant was busy, and service not as good. We had to ask for an item we had ordered. Also had to ask for refills on our drinks. We do enjoy the food, however service needs improvement. I love this place! Stumbled across it a couple of days ago and have been there three times since. Now I don't like dumplings much so my review is based on the appetizers and other entrees. I could eat a crockpot full of the garlicky string beans alone. It's sad to see others didn't like this place but so far, I'll be there very often. I'd rate probably a 6.5/10 -- food is tasty, but not really worth the price in my honest opinion. I wouldn't tell someone they HAD to go here, but I do actually like the steamed bbq pork buns and the sauce they have for it. The sauce gives a nice spice to it. The soup dumplings aren't much to write home about, but the regular pork ones were my favorite out of the sampler. The service was good, better than a regular fast food restaurant. Ambiance was actually nice as well. The music was pretty soothing and not overly loud and the walls didn't make everyone's voices bounce around. Tried this place in Frederick, MD for the first time. - Wonton Soup, generous portion (definitely for two), with eight Wonton. Very little taste or flavor, had a small amount grissel in the Wonton. - the spring rolls, not crispy at all (in case you are expecting them to be crispy). Very soft, and lack any special taste. The ingredients in the stuffing was blah! They are depending on the dipping sauce to provide the entire flavor profile. Sauce we tried was chili oil, which was medium hot. - steamed BBQ pork buns, they were ok. Best eaten quickly. - orange chicken with rice - opted for the fried rice. My dinner guest sampled this dish - vote was ... lacked sauce and flavor with taste was just ok. Staff were very friendly, and nice. Restaurant seemed nice and clean inside. Hope they can figure things out, will look to try again after the holidays. But, there are too many places we enjoy in the area to waste time at mediocreviile. read more
