The Pizza Nazi! Haven't been here in awhile. No ambiance whatsoever. Almost no one eats there. It's a take out place. Pizza is very good. The sandwiches are very good. you'll be happy with the food. Don't show up here expecting a happy face, smiling and laughing when she greets you. Nope! Just get your good food and take it home. We call her, "The Pizza Nazi". Okay. Apparently, the previous owner has sold the place. I thought he was just a fill in, but I ask him about it. He is the new owner. Good news, is this guy smiles and will comunicate with you. I visited during the lunch rush, and despite the crowd, the service was prompt. After about 20 minutes, my pastrami sandwich with cheese arrived. It was delightful, earning a solid 8/10. My only suggestion for improvement would be a touch more hot sauce and extra mustard to enhance the flavor of the pastrami. The ambiance exudes nostalgia, with a traditional menu that hasn't gone digital like many other places. I look forward to returning to sample their reputedly excellent pizza. read more

I have not been disappointed by any of my orders. Pizza is great, sandwiches are tasty and the lasagna is delicious. Antipasta salad is also great! I would give them 5 stars but they never answer the phone in the evening. I understand that there is only two of them but it only takes a few minutes to get a couple of phone orders out of the way. I have to order at the counter every time and it takes about 25 minutes for Lasagna and 30 for Pizza. Not so convenient. read more

He's a toddler, embarrassed, covered in vomit, and I was trying to manage the situation as best as I could. I immediately notified a staff member, who initially told me it was okay. I took my nephew to the restroom to clean him up. When I came back out, the same staff member approached me and said, "Excuse me miss, I put the napkins on the table for you. Can you please help clean it up? Sorry." This was said while I was holding a pizza box in one hand and a sick toddler in the other. Trying to be understanding, I told him I would. I took my nephew to the car, changed his clothes, and returned to clean up the mess only to find nothing there. When I asked the woman at the front, she responded with an attitude: "We already cleaned it." I apologized and explained I had to change my nephew, and she gave no response at all. The lack of compassion and basic customer service was disappointing. Families have children, and children get sick. How a business treats people, especially those who can't offer them anything more because they've already paid, is just as important as the food they serve. The pizza may be good, but after this experience, I won't be returning.
