The best pizza in Pico Rivera, in my opinion. The crust, crunchy outside, soft inside. It's almost like toasted sourdough. Toppings are never skimped on (I'm looking at you, Petrillo's) and fresh. They do get busy, and there are only two of them working there, so be patient when calling. You may have to call several times to get through. But it's always worth the wait. This is one of the mom-and-pop's pizza places that I definitely recommend out in the city of pico Rivera. The pizza is great the sandwiches are fabulous. The only thing is the place is probably not big enough to fit a lot of people however, if you're on a rush to get lunch in and out this is a place there quick. After finish shopping at Target and buying a copy of Disney movie Coco I love that movie but anyway I was really hungry but haven't eaten breakfast in the morning. I was thinking fish tacos but,I was craving for pizza but I know one place that is next to Baja Tacos the places for fish tacos my wife and I been there. The pizza joint call Two Sam's pizza I check on my Yelp app to see the reviews they good reviews I decided to go there. It was a rainy Friday but arrive safe found parking and I went in the restaurant quickly from the rain. I look the menu on the wall and see what to get I decided to order a submarine sandwich then I saw one my favorite pizza cheese it a mini cheese pizza I got one. A couple minutes later my mini cheese pizza was ready but I was waiting for my submarine sandwich. The mini cheese pizza was hot out of the oven I grab a slice and the cheese was lazing hot cheese I love that. I took a bite wow great slice,the cheese was really good somehow they know I love cheese. The crust was really good and crispy that's kind of pizza I like. I got my submarine sandwich I open it up it look so good. I took a bite wow good flavors in the meat and specially the avocado that a extra charge I really enjoy the sub. Great community pizza and sandwich shop! The owners are nice. Same menu for years and it's what works for them! If it's good no need to change it right? Their turkey sandwiches are bomb they are like a foot long stuffed with turkey provolone and avocado and lettuce tomato and pepperchini's! There pizzas are very good! The only thing is the shop is run by husband and wife and they can only do so much. Sometimes because they are busy completing orders they can't answer the phone so you have to keep calling until you get through. Also they close early, I believe 6:30 during the week.
