After the install, I had a question about one of the windows since it looked like there was a small crack at the top corner and they sent someone out to look at it right away. It turned out it was just some glue residue that was attached on the inside of the window that made it look like a crack and was easly scraped off with a razor blade. John met me at my home in the late evening and provided a quote. There's no sales pitch, used car salesman tactics, demonstrations that have little real-world results, etc. With other Window companies, they push their "Cadillac" windows that give a marginal performance increase for an exponential cost. Not with Best Windows. I knew beforehand they installed Kensington brand windows. They started with the manufacturer's basic line. I inquired about the mid-level line and John provided his input on why he didn't think they were really worth the additional investment. John's pricing was straightforward. There was no "oh you get a Yelp discount" or "oops I forgot to add a window to your quote, I'll throw that in for free." It was refreshing to talk to a non-pushy company for once.
