He came to our home and made a preliminary template of the very irregular horizontal surface in order to give a quote. After we accepted the quote, he came a second time to make a very precise pattern of the necessary cut-outs for the surface. In a little over a week, he returned for the third time with the fabricated glass to make sure the fit was exact and perfect. He came with tools to expertly fine tune the glass so that it could easily slide out if cleaning is necessary in the future.
