I've worked with Remodelers in Hillside twice now for my kitchen designs for family & friends. Christina as well as the team there are attentive and kind. This type of project takes time, many decisions and lots & lots of measurements!! They were all gracious and patient. We had our original design, cabinets & counters all picked in Spring '24, then actually had a couple changes and fully ordered all in Sept '24. Christina recommended Antonio for cabinet install, who did an amazing professional job with "pride of workmanship" installation for us, even with a 1-day delay. THANK YOU!! Christina Clary is an incredible designer. The cabinets, which are very high end quality for a great price, arrived on date promised. She was accessible via text/email and helped us every step of the way as we were our own general contractors. Our plans changed, we added and deleted items, no problem, given credit without any hassles. Call for an appt with Christina and I promise you will not be disappointed. This place was great! The prices are low and they have a huge selection. They have such a variety of merchandise, i only need a kitchen sink, but i left there with cabinet hardware and some mosaic tile. The service was wonderful, they are a good mom and pop shop. I will preface by saying I have yet to actually have them fabricate anything, so I will have to do a post script, but after meeting with Daniel who handles the on-site work at my house and going to their retail location to look at stone, they have impressed the heck out of me so far. They just let me take a sample with me after looking at my sad iPhone pictures of the existing countertops and hearing my feeble attempts to explain what we are trying to do. Sadly I didn't get the name of the extremely nice and helpful woman who assisted me at their store. She made contact with me when I entered found my order despite my lack of any information that a typical grown-up might have, and was knowledgable, helpful and took the time I needed to go over the materials and their cost. After we picked the material they had excellent follow-up, Daniel fabricated a mock-up and come to the house to put it in place so we can confirm that it is the shape and size we want. Once we confirm he will arrange to have the quartz material cut and is coordinating with our GC to get it installed. Overall they have impressed me greatly so far and I have no reason to doubt that the rest of my experience with them will continue to impress. read more

This is a current review 2017. Called earlier in week as Remodelers Mart was recommended by a friend, ask for Christina I was told. So I called ask for Christina she was all booked up for this Saturday, but has Assistant, Dawn who could help me, and 10A.M. this saturday would work. I get there a few minutes early, place is closed sign says they open at 10, look around parking lot 3 or 4 people waiting in their cars, lights go on, everyone enters. I ask the only salesperson in place her name, its Christina and I identify myself as having talked with her, and that I am Dawn's 10 A.M. appointment. I was told she should be right in and with me. As I begin looking at quartz samples I notice other customers lingering, Christina identifies her 10 A.M. and gets to work, another employee comes in and says she'll be right with me, and proceeds to work with the gentleman lingering. At 10:15 I noted the time, still waiting, at 10:20 I ask the other lady waiting if she had an appointment she said NO. At that point I got up speaking loudly that I had an appointment scheduled for 10 A.M. this morning and this was ridiculous. As I left, made for the door I turned and told the 2 employees how unprofessional to keep a customer with an appointment waiting while you saw a different customer, "you ladies knew I had an appointment so don't even pretend." As I walked to my car the gentleman being waited on ahead of me walked out, the saleslady, Dawn came out to talk to me, denying she knew that I had an appointment. Perhaps it would help if you came in a few minutes early, or review your appointments ahead of time. said "Good Bye" and left. If Christina is in charge and Dawn is her assistant, WHY, DID SHE NOT KNOW OF THE APPOINTMENT? Makes no sense. If you choose to go there, just know you might not be treated with respect, in a timely manner and with professionalism. Some things to think about when you are spending a few thousand dollars for countertops. read more

After getting a terribly high quote for cabinets I was given a recommendation from my sister to try remodelers. I was a little reluctant because of the distance, but Christina was able to give me a quote via email and I decided to make the drive. She was great to work with and made the process incredibly easy. We will use them again for another rental property this spring or summer as long as Antonio is available for install. He was great! read more
