Ofer was patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy -- he took the time to walk us through our options and helped us feel confident in our decisions. We went with Orange Cabinetry, a more budget-friendly brand that Ofer endorsed in terms of quality and customer service. Even though there was a delay in stock (which we were informed about in advance), the team encouraged us to stick with the sage green color we really loved instead of settling for something else just to speed things up. I'm so glad we waited -- the cabinets are beautiful, well-built, and exactly what we wanted. We've gotten a ton of compliments. Planet Cabinets also helped us source Jeffrey Alexander hardware, and their support with sizing and quantities made that process easy. Overall, we felt informed, supported, and never rushed. Highly recommend Planet Cabinets if you're looking for a company that balances affordability with honest, thoughtful service.

The collaborative design work by Robert turned out beautifully and with high quality materials from great cabinets to tiles and the Kohler fixtures, tubs and toilets. The project oversight was great by Robert and by Matt and the price was comparable to other quotes received. The detailed workmanship by Dario and Alex over the five months was outstanding, and they kept the work area neat and organized, so the mess was kept to a minimum (and there is a lot of mess to bathroom remodels!). Other than a slower-than-expected start date, we are extremely pleased with their work. All their personnel were quite courteous, and obviously experienced professionals - most notably, Ross. The lengths they went to prepare and protect the kitchen were amazing. Their cleanliness was unmatched by any contractor we have retained previously - limiting all of the dust to a tightly sealed area, and diligently cleaning up every night. Most importantly, the end results met all our expectations. Yes, we would certainly hire them again, and we strongly recommend them to anybody with similar needs.

They refaced/painted our cabinets, extended our island and added custom woodwork, replaced our countertops/sink/electric, etc. Our kitchen was completely transformed, and it was done in EIGHT DAYS. Each day the team clearly communicated what time they would be arriving and what they planning to accomplish. One of their sons who spoke perfect English was always present, so there was never any confusion or miscommunication. I could go on and on, but I think it's easiest just to say HIRE THEM! I found them on Yelp and was skeptical simply because I didn't personally know anyone who had used them. Don't hesitate! We have nothing but the highest praise to give to them for delivering such a fantastic end result. The team we worked with was fantastic. We really enjoyed the hands on process of working with Elizabeth, our designer, who helped guide us through the entire process of creating our dream primary bathroom. We had a fair bit of back and forth throughout the design process but it resulted in some highly detailed and thorough design plans, which included realistic renderings, all the selected hardware and finishes, and overall layouts. We felt like we got great advice from Elizabeth, and she really listened to what kind of look and feel we were going for. We then got with Daniel, our project manager, who helped turn the plans we received into reality. He was also a pleasure to work with and always provided very clear project updates via text and phone. The teams he assembled for electrical, plumbing, and carpentry were all very professional and did great work. Daniel was also a great problem solver who was able to come up with clever solutions to any issues that came up. In summary, we are very happy owners of two completely new bathrooms spaces designed and built by the lovely team at Chi Renovation.
