I tried working with other cabinet suppliers including Home Depot, but the service was terrible. Ofer at Planet Cabinets was incredible from the first email to set up an appointment! We met and he walked me through his showroom, gave me several options, and followed up with a detailed quote in my price range. We talked to confirm measurements, etc. and he always followed up quickly. He was present when the cabinets were delivered and quickly replaced a damaged cabinet. Thanks to him I have my new beautiful, functional kitchen!!!

Ofer was patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy -- he took the time to walk us through our options and helped us feel confident in our decisions. We went with Orange Cabinetry, a more budget-friendly brand that Ofer endorsed in terms of quality and customer service. Even though there was a delay in stock (which we were informed about in advance), the team encouraged us to stick with the sage green color we really loved instead of settling for something else just to speed things up. I'm so glad we waited -- the cabinets are beautiful, well-built, and exactly what we wanted. We've gotten a ton of compliments. Planet Cabinets also helped us source Jeffrey Alexander hardware, and their support with sizing and quantities made that process easy. Overall, we felt informed, supported, and never rushed. Highly recommend Planet Cabinets if you're looking for a company that balances affordability with honest, thoughtful service.

I bought my CabinetsToGo cabinets Oct.2014 & installed them myself, gut kitchen remodel. Now, I…read moreLOVE my cabinets even 6 yrs later. Workmanship is fantastic, even impressive. Assembly was easy enough for 12-yr old. Directions are well laid out, quite illustrated & simple to understand. After a few cabinets, I timed one---14 min., box opening to wall-ready. My paperwork clearly mentions the assembly & I think my rep (Bill?) mentioned it too. Several people complain about not knowing about the assembly, but I can't imagine the company making it less obvious over these years. That'd be illogical. Folks, pls check your invoice & ppwk before slamming a company. Only after that, accuse only if you honestly don't see it. You've got to be honest & fair. Long ago, I worked for a carpenter, all new house construction (in Joliet). We installed all the cabinets (3 options of cabinetry quality). I don't claim to be an expert, but I know more about cabinets than the average customer. Very impressive design---so creative & logical. Drawers open to 100% accessible, and glide so smoothly. If ever needed, it's so simple to take out a drawer & place back on its track. The connectors used in assembling sides together are impressive -- strong, simple. The "soft-close" drawers & doors are convenient, accurate & pretty cool. Even the hinges were designed brilliantly. I accidentally slammed a heavy object into an open door & the hinges snapped in two! Sounds odd, but that's impressive! Would you rather a cabinet door break/crack/splinter OR an inexpensive hinge break? Try finding an identical door in color, style & dimensions in 10-20 yrs. I highly recommend CabinetsToGo. Things go over budget, timelines shift (sometimes by months as it did in our case), and you find yourself washing dishes in the bathtub cursing both the project and the contractors. The thing that makes all the difference is having the right team in your corner. We worked with CraftedWild, led by Kyle and supported by his awesome crew. While the renovation removed years off my life in stress, they helped us weather every storm, sometimes with very late-night therapy calls. What really stood out was their honesty and accountability. When things went sideways (including a few mistakes on their end), they owned it. No dodging, no blame games. They offered solutions professionally and fixed the problems. Kyle and his team were trustworthy, reliable, and truly cared about both the quality of the work and our experience throughout. They communicated clearly, offered great design guidance, and brought a level of craftsmanship that showed in every detail of the finished kitchen. In the end, it's not about a perfect, problem-free renovation--it's about having people you trust to get you through it. CraftedWild is that team. Highly, highly recommend.

They were patient with us and the process (after we fired our first contractor for leaving an open gas line after demolition, not getting permits, and other issues). Kyle and Kornel collaborated with the new contractor, measured, re-measured and measured again to make sure everything was perfect. And it is! We have a small kitchen, but they made us feel as if we were their biggest and most important customer, kind and super responsive. Even after the job was finished and fully paid for, they came back to address a small issue to limit a cabinet from hitting another cabinet adjacent to it when we opened it. Like I said, it's a small kitchen. Their attention to detail, patience, consideration & integrity is amazing! They took time to answer our questions and explain everything. To say we are very happy with our kitchen and CraftedWild is an understatement!

I have added before and after images, I'm very impressed with the final product, you can't tell they were painted, they look like they were installed like this and quality is important to us. We also try to be environmentally thoughtful so this option of keeping the cabinets and not just throwing them out really made us happy. Dealing with this company has been easy and the team is always friendly. In addition, we had some more remodeling done after the cabinets were done, and ended up with some small damage to the newly painted cabinets. We called the company back to see if we could pay for some touch ups, they came out quickly, did the touch ups and didn't charge us! If you're looking to remodel, look at this company as a possibility to keeps your cabinets and just give them a face lift instead of going all new. 110% recommendation!!
