The workers were so very knowledgeable and skilled. The head worker spent considerable time explaining what he was working on and how long each part would take. The job was made more complicated by our mansard roof and some rotted wood. He had the experience and expertise to know how to handle these obstacles. He took pride in his work and it showed. He was excellent to deal with, with a friendly disposition and positive attitude. He kept his workspace clean and was very considerate of our cars coming and going while he worked. Several neighbors stopped to compliment the work. We highly recommend Nyberg exteriors for any exterior work you need done.

We've used Andy Nyberg's company 3 times over the past 20 years. The first two times were on our…read more"old" house. The first job was a complete tear off and replacement of our roof shingles. As we were first-time home owners at the time and confronted with a severely aged roof, I appreciated the fact that Andy and his crew took the time to assess the condition of the plywood sheathing and the quality of the attic ventilation rather than simply rushing to slap some more shingles on the roof. Several rotted pieces of plywood were replaced, an ice dam membrane was installed, a ridge vent system was implemented, and the soffit venting was dramatically improved. When we went to sell the house 15 years later, the roof still looked pristine. The second job a couple of years later on the same house consisted of aluminum wrapped soffits and fascia along with new gutters and downspouts. Andy and his crew were able to modify the original gutter and downspout sizing and configuration so that the runoff from the roof was far better managed and the water discharge was positioned to ensure much better drainage away from the house. This work, just as with the roofing project, performed well for many years and also looked pristine when we went to sell the house. With our "new" house, I was confronted once again with a gutter situation that was not properly managing the flow of water and wooden soffits and fascia that had been exhibited a few spots of rot and numerous patch / repaint jobs by the prior owners ... so I contacted Andy. As it has now been about 2 years since the installation of new gutters and the aluminum wrapping of our soffits and fascia, I can report that everything is still functioning very well and looking great. Should we ever get to the point of needing new shingles on this house, I won't be going to anyone other than Andy.

Unfortunately, our experience with Performers Flooring & Design Gallery has become extremely…read moredisappointing. We paid a $5,877.50 deposit for a flooring project that was later postponed while a separate legal matter involving our existing flooring was being resolved. When we eventually requested the return of our deposit, we made repeated attempts to obtain a response, including written requests in June, July, and August 2026. We were ultimately sent a check for only $1,142.50, with $4,735.00 deducted for alleged material purchases, annual replacement of finishes due to shelf life, and an $850 inspection charge. We dispute these deductions because, as of the date of this review, we have not been provided with signed contractual language authorizing them, written approvals showing that we agreed to these purchases or replacement charges, supplier invoices, receipts, proof of payment, or adequate documentation explaining what happened to the materials. We previously trusted this company, maintained a positive relationship with its owner, and referred multiple clients to them. The lack of communication and the manner in which this refund has been handled are unacceptable. The matter has now been referred to legal counsel. I will update this review if Performers provides the requested documentation and resolves the dispute fairly.

Roland advised that he would follow up directly with the customer to schedule the corrective work. Unfortunately, more than a month has passed, and the customer has not received a single call to schedule the repairs. In addition, I have repeatedly attempted to reach Roland by phone and text for updates, but my messages have gone unanswered. The quality of the flooring work was generally acceptable, but the complete lack of communication and follow-through after the project was completed has been extremely disappointing. Customer service does not end when the final invoice is issued, and this experience has made it difficult for me to recommend this company.

Christy always makes sure all materials are ordered and delivered on time prior to the job and can always be trusted to lean you in the correct direction both in terms of style and quality. Mike, their project coordinator, is beyond great. Just as with the first job, he is always a phone call or text away to answer any questions. He also send the best people he has to complete the job, both in terms of skills needed as well as adhering to your timeline. No matter how many jobs he has going, he consistently checks in with his workers and you to make sure items are going smoothly. Added onto this, the workers are not only skilled, but a pleasure to work with. They are professional, have always left the areas they are working on clean - even throughout the job- and communicate with you throughout the entire process. More importantly, they problem solve as needed to make sure the job is completed with exceptional quality! I am currently saving and working with Mike and Christy to have my shower/downstairs bathroom remodeled and cannot wait to have an updated shower and a beautiful downstairs bathroom! They were very helpful and then after everything was installed and paid for when I needed help with the oven backsplash design and other things they suddenly became too busy. I called Mary the owner to ask her for help with selections and she said that because they didn't make enough money selling us our kitchen that helping me now was costing them money. I was so upset and hurt when she said that. I am left with a kitchen that is unfinished. Be careful they do nice kitchens but they don't keep their word. I should also say that the girl Shea who works for them is really sweet and friendly. She is great. At least they have her.
