Alex assessed each window carefully and gave a clear breakdown of the work and costs the next day. In fact when I had a question about one of the line items, Alex came back home again to fully explain. They gave an appointment for the work but when a two weeks earlier slot became available, we grabbed it and so got the work done much earlier than anticipated. They came bright and early on both the days allotted. We could see that they, especially Alex was an expert. All the work of creating the new frames, sills etc were done right in our driveway. I moved into an older house with three very large glass patio doors all with rotted sashes frames or sashes and one of the two layered glass windows with a broken seal. I didn't know if it could even be repaired. A team from Window Quality Works came out and took the bad parts and right on site the created 3 new sashes and fixed the broken seal after cleaning both sides of the glass! They used my matching paint to paint the new sashes and completely clean up after themselves not even a speck of saw dust was left. They even took their shoes off when in the house, without me asking. I would never use anyone else if I had a window problem. And the cost of my work was much less than I expected. Alex and his crew did a great job on 8 rather large original wood windows and storms on my 80-year-old home that needed work. They replaced rotten sills and reglazed, painted and cleaned up the windows. They worked really hard in the heat on this very difficult job and I couldn't be happier. Excellent Work. The owner and his crew were very knowledgeable in repairing our 18 casement wood windows. They were well equipped in removing each window to ensure sills, sash and brick moldings were in good condition. They removed all decayed woods and framing, sash, sills and brick moldings and replaced them with new wood, primed and paint. They were very nice to work with.
