Update: Wonderful cheese bread. The service was great and the pizza was much better than last time. It was still pretty greasy. Great option for pizza, though! This is not the most high-quality pizza out there. I was disappointed when I got the pizza. It was more greasy than normal and less than average tasting. There is nothing worse than a soggy pizza, especially due to grease. Yuck! If you want something simple, convenient, and typical, this might be the place to go. If you want something of better quality, there are a ton of other great pizza places nearby. read more

Visited here on a Tuesday night with a group of Yelp friends. We had a blast! That was mostly to do with the cool people I was hanging out with, but the food was good too! Our group came in rather scattered, I think we ended up making about 4 separate orders, but the employees were unperturbed and brought our dishes out as they were ready. We ordered a lot of different items, but I specifically tried the cheese bread, Two Jack's combo pizza (like a supreme anywhere else, only they add pineapple, too, what?!), hot wings, and the cinnamon iced bread for dessert. I really enjoyed the combo. The dough is pretty similar to any other pizza place. Toppings seemed like average quality. The price is right with the small (8") pizzas running somewhere between $5-$7 each. I'd say orders took maybe 10 minutes or so to prepare, so it would be a good place to stop for a quick bite to eat. We ended up staying a bit past our closing time (I hate to be that person!) but they were really nice and didn't try to rush us out. I'd definitely go back again when I'm in the area. read more

This is such a great pizza shop! Not only is it in downtown historic Provo you also can get a window seat with some killer views of the 7 peaks. My other half and I stopped in for an early lunch and we were so impressed! Not only was the quality of the food amazing, the price for the sidewalk special was a steal! Service was friendly and our food was delivered quick to the table. Their ranch is bomb because we all know how important that is when your eating pie. All told, this is definitely our new favorite spot for pizza when we are out exploring. read more

Stopped in here back in March when my husband had a gig at ABG's down the block. We were hungry after setting up for the gig and took a stroll down the street. I was on a strict eating plan and nothing else on the block seemed to fit and we needed someplace quick. We stopped in to Two Jacks after scoping out the reviews. The place was packed and it didn't appear to be many open tables. We promptly walked up to the line of people waiting to order and snagged a table after a few minutes. We placed our order at the counter and sat down. The tables that were all so full were mostly people waiting for their to-go orders, so if you happen to walk in and it's packed, just know you will be able to find a seat in a few. We ordered a 12" veggie pizza with pineapple and fresh tomatoes, and we got an order of cheese sticks with a side of alfredo and ranch dipping sauces. After you place your order, you take a number to your table and someone brings out the order (no typical restaurant service--you get your own drinks from the soda machine and they just bring food out when it's done). We didn't have to wait too long for the cheese sticks to come out so it helped keep the hunger at bay while we waited for the pie. The cheese sticks come in an 8in pie size baking pan. The edges are nice and crisp and the center is nice and doughy. They were covered in cheese and oil and just scrumptious. The alfredo sauce comes out hot and was nice and rich and creamy ($1.49 for the side), and the ranch sauce ($.59) was creamy and similar to the ranch from the Pie Pizzeria in SLC. The pie was LOADED with veggies. Seeing as how I was trying to pick healthier options for dinner with my strict meal plan, I was excited to see all the fresh veggies on the top. The fresh tomatoes really made the pie! The pizza, like the cheese sticks, was perfectly crisp on the outside and the chewy everywhere else, and the crust was perfect. I had to hold back and keep myself from eating the whole thing. My husband certainly benefited and got to have all the leftovers. The staff was friendly and the place was relatively clean. Definitely a great spot for some delicious pizza and to hang out with friends. A bit pricey for a college town, but worth it. read more

Their pizza is honestly perfection and their smallest personal pizzas are decently filling, to the point where I usually take some home for leftovers! Pretty good pizza for a great price. $15 for their 2 person meal thing is what I would recommend. You get their bread sticks, covered in delicious garlic butter and parmesan cheese, 2 8-inch pizzas so you don't have to pick off mushrooms/onions, and 2 drinks. The bread sticks were unique, and really, really good. The ranch they come with is great as well. We ate those things up. The pizza is good. I had a pepperoni and olive one. It's a smaller pizza, and the crust seems to make up a good amount of it, but it is pretty good. It's a decent place, definitely better than the chains. The price is great for a good meal as well. Oh, and they have Apple Beer, so you can fill your cup of with 1/3 drink and 2/3 fizz 5 different times during your meal. If anyone knows a trick to make Apple Beer not so much fizz, please let me know. read more

We love the calzones! But what has stood out to me is the service. We always seem to end up going on a Friday night, and they are SLAMMED. But the staff is polite and helpful. As we and others were waiting around for to go orders, sometimes the staff (who were so busy running around) would stop and notice someone who needed help (like getting a lid for a sauce container). Or they'd just check in to see if we needed anything. When we were handed our to go order, there was a moment of connection explaining that utensils and everything we needed was in the box, and the boxes were labeled so we'd know what was what. These are small things, but I really appreciated it because they were so busy and it would have been easier for them NOT to do these small things. Or, to have a bad attitude or be inconvenienced by it. They could have just thrown us our pizzas and said "here" and moved on. So thanks for good pizza AND good staff! read more

I recently started working in Springville, but live in Salt Lake County. Some coworkers took me here a couple of weeks ago and I was blown away! The pizza was incredible, and I'm usually a harsh critic of pizza - super picky. Typically I only like thin crust, but Two Jacks has this down. If you like your pizza a little crispier, just ask them to get it well done. I've actually been 6 times since I discovered it three weeks ago. I was hoping that Two Jacks would live up to the four-star rating it has on Yelp. However, I was very underwhelmed. I think if I could describe Two Jacks in one word it would be "mediocre". There was one server who was very sweet and asked us how we were doing and if we needed anything but other than that, the service was "mediocre" (had to ask for the sauces we ordered, didn't really get followed up with, etc). The ambiance, also very "mediocre" -- a little dated, nothing too special. The pizza was also just your average pizza. Nothing I would ever rave about but a safe bet if you needed to order pizza for a party or if you were meeting a group for dinner. The one thing that did stand out to me was the cheese bread -- I would definitely recommend trying that. The other thing Two Jacks has going for it would be the location. Not bad if you are downtown and want a cheaper bite to eat. read more

When I worked in Provo, coworkers and I would often order pizza. We liked Two Jacks because they delivered, and because they have the most amazing ranch dressing, which is maybe second to The Pie Pizzeria. I'd only experienced delivery from Two Jacks until we decided to stop in on a weeknight. There was only one other group in Two Jacks at the time, a fairly large group, so a lot of tables were already taken up. We managed to make the tables they had left work for us to accommodate our fairly large group. We ordered a variety of pizzas and appetizers to share with one another. For myself, I ordered an eight-inch pizza with breakfast bacon and lean ground beef. This is one of my absolute favorite combinations on pizza, and it did not disappoint. As a starter, I'd ordered us the cheese sticks, which I absolutely love to dip in ranch sauce. Some days, I could totally eat just cheese sticks as a meal. The chicken wings were pretty small, but they were juicy and the sauce was decent. I probably wouldn't order them again, but it was fun to try them. The staff was really friendly, but as the night began to wind down and it came closer to closing time, they already got into the mindset that they were waiting for us to leave so they could get out of there. Employees were chit chatting in the back, playing on their phones, and generally not being as available to us as when we first walked in. I was the first to go up and ask for a box, and it was a bit of a challenge to get the attention of the cashier so I could get a box; she was busy looking at her phone and having a personal conversation with her coworker. The pizza toppings and the cheese are the best part; I've never been a fan of the crust because it's really chewy. It does taste better fresh, so I'd recommend dining in rather than getting delivery. If customer service is big with you, I wouldn't advise you to go as close as we did to closing time; they tend to get a bit distracted and put their customers second. read more
