Perfection. Oh, that's not necessarily just about the food. I mean, I don't think you can wrong with the pizza here. But if you were going to open a pizza place in this exact location, along Center Street in Provo, I don't think you could design something better. Stuck anywhere else, and you still have a solid pizza place, but it may lose a bit of its charm. What makes it so wonderful? Well, for starters it's not outrageously priced (although you can add a lot of extra charges with sauces, etc.), and there's plenty of seating inside. The decor is simple, and while not terribly dated, it's certainly not torn from the pages of an IKEA catalog. This is the kind of place where you go with a big group of friends, order all the things, let them sit on the table and everyone shares everything with each other. This is where you laugh together, and where you flirt with the pretty redhead across the table, and years later, where you go back and visit together just to reminisce about those silly, awkward days. This is where you meet up after your important job interview, where you take off your tie, and tell your pals how it went. This is where you sit quietly fidgeting with your glass and tell your folks you're dropping out to pursue your music career. This is a neighborhood pizza joint. I've tried a lot of the things on the menu. From pizzas, to wings, to cheese sticks, and the dessert pizza thing--and it's all really solid. The crust is traditional American style--not too thin, not deep, just pizza. None of it was "the best I've ever had" but all together nothing really missed the mark terribly. I have a lot of fond memories of Provo. I still go there often. But some really warm memories of Two Jacks still swirl in my mind, and right now I'd love to be able to go back and reminisce, grab a pizza, and laugh together about all the things. read more

Yum...Traveling through Provo and staying at the nearby Marriot we found ourselves hungry. Although there are a few restaurants nearby, there isn't too much of a variety. At some point you typically fall back to pizza and as always...open up the YELP app. The photos and reviews caught my attention. I placed an order for a two jacks pizza, minus the pineapple, lasagna and some wings. The prices were great and the customer service on the phone was friendly. It didn't take long to receive my delivery. The food was delivered warm and both the Parmesan and crushed pepper were provided in ample portions. The pizza looked just like the pics topped with plenty fresh toppings. And the taste, it was definitely a VERY GOOD pizza. A pizza I would not hesitate to have again. The lasagna was warm and the portion was more than adequate. The sauce, filling and pasta were all great. And yes, I would order it again. The wings although small were VERY tasty. Really great pizza with quality ingredients and yummy crust. We tried the combo and Hawaiian, plus cheese sticks and salads. The cheese sticks were garlicky and loaded with quality cheese. The combo is unique in that it added pineapple. I don't normally eat pineapple on pizza (so can't speak to Hawaiian), but I thought it added a great unique touch. The sausage on the combo was YUM and I don't usually like sausage on pizza. Salads were basic, but dressing was homemade. I'd go back if in the area again. read more

The pizza here is so delicious, and I love how much they value making great specials for lunch or different types of pizzas! You can always find a great deal, and everything is made so perfectly. Even after ordering here a bunch of times, there aren't issues with consistency of quality - they always put a ton of toppings on and make everything to-order so beautifully (as opposed to some national chains whose names I won't invoke here). This place was really jumping on a weekday at the lunch hour with the local business crowd. It's very popular. It's also just across the street from the Utah County Convention Center. The pizza was good - we had a Jack's combo without pineapple because pineapple just seems weird on a combo (who knows, maybe it's great?) and a pepperoni to go. Located on Center St. in Provo, Two Jacks is a popular spot for the college kids in town, especially on the weekends. The pizza is better than any of the pizza chains (like Pizza Hut and Dominos), though it's not my favorite in Provo. For COVID-19, the restaurant is currently closing every other booth to allow dine-in customers to social distance. Staff are wearing masks. read more

The service wasn't too good at this location. It took so long just for them to bring out two wrong orders at different times. There was an extra 25 min for our actual order to get acknowledged and they told us they lost our ticket and hadn't even started our food?? so we took the refund and went somewhere else. The inside of the store was clean the service was prompt but this is just not good pizza. This is typical commercial utah pizza with no real flavor. You're talking dough sauce and cheese and any toppings that you want to add onto it. Prices are a little bit Steep snd this is a thicker crust. read more

Tried a few different types of pizza. Didn't like any of them except the pepperoni but the pepperoni was awesome.

Recommended to me by my cousin and his wife. Definitely above average quality and the breadsticks were outstanding. I need to bring my wife here next time we're in town together because breadsticks are her culinary love language. The toppings and sauce were very solid and the crust was good. I prefer it to be a little chewier but it was very close. The service was friendly and it had a college town vibe that I'm sure the local appreciate. An overall pretty good pizza joint. Pizza is average (on the good side). I did love that the pepperoni crisps up a bit on the pizza. And that they aren't afraid of cheese. As others have stated, the cheese sticks are definitely a good option. And their ranch dip is really good. It is a bit strange to me that you have to pay extra for any dip and that breadsticks/cheesesticks don't come with it. But at least it's a fairly good size. We ended up getting a "family deal" that had pizza, cheese sticks, sauce, and a 2 liter soda for $20. Pretty fair deal overall. And I would come back. read more

This place caught my eye while I was in town and I decided I would give it a shot. Needless to say I was not disappointed. Upon entering the store I noticed that it seemed to be quite a popular little pizza place as almost every table was taken and there was a line to order. I placed my order and was able to grab one of the stools by entrance. I ended up ordering the lunch special which was the dinner special that included a 8" two topping pizza with a drink. For my toppings I had pepperoni and sausage. I also ordered a cup of ranch. I waited a few minutes before one of the employees brought my pizza to my seat. I can usually tell if a pizza is good by the first bite and this first bite was amazing. The pizza dough was thick and had a nice crispy crunch. It was also loaded with toppings and had plenty of cheese. The ranch was a incredibly delicious and didn't taste like it had just been poured out of a ranch salad dressing bottle. I'm usually a thin crust pizza person but I would definitely come back to this place again. They have a rather big menu and next time I might try a calzone or one of their amazing looking salads that they kept delivering to other customers while I was there. Okay, we have been coming to 2jack for nearly 2 yrs since our kids got into BYU, every time the pizza are outstanding. This visit was by far the worst service, we have ever had! The host was slower than a sloth, with the personality to match! There were two tables with people sitting and eating. Every other table was a mess and hadn't been cleaned! The host asked if this was to go or eating in? We said eating in if there is a clean table! She tells us they have been real busy and will get to the table as soon as possible! Mind you we were the only people ordering two others were waiting for their food! "To go". The sloth starts to go clean a table and one of the guest sitting asked for a plate? OMG she was so damn slow! She slowly walked over got them a plate then as fast as she went to get the plate she went back to the table, finished cleaning it! There was only a napkin and number from previous guests! Final got the table cleaned, we sat down then she started to clean other tables! But had to stop and go to the back for an unknown reason! Finally came out and started cleaning again! The time it has taken me to write this review "no new guest" she has cleaned two tables. We ordered at 1345 and finally got our food at 1415! 30 minutes to clean two tables! We will continue to get this pizza, but they need to step up the service side of this place. The place and cheesesticks came highly recommended. They were okay, but swimming in grease in the bottom of the box. The best part of the experience was the cashier that was incredibly kind and helpful. They offered me a water cup while I waited for my order and went out of their way to open the door for a mother with a stroller. I was very impressed. This is not the most high-quality pizza out there. I was disappointed when I got the pizza. It was more greasy than normal and less than average tasting. There is nothing worse than a soggy pizza, especially due to grease. Yuck! If you want something simple, convenient, and typical, this might be the place to go. I love two jacks. they have the best sauce. pizza is cooked to perfection. not doughy like pier 49 in springville. the 1 thing I don't like is the finley chopped toppings. they are these teeny tiny pieces. and the top of the pizza is covered in them. Two Jacks is delicious. I got a pepperoni, a Hawaiian and a Jacks Combo. I also got a cheese bread. Ham/Canadian Bacon is my favorite pizza topping. The Hawaiian was amazing. I hate that everyone is going to stick ham, but this ham was legit. Thin slices just like it should be. And when I opened the box, I thought that the cheese bread looked like a cheese pizza without sauce. I was wrong. The cheese bread is incredible. Easily the best cheese bread I have ever had from a pizza place. It would be hard to find any major complaints, but if I had to nitpick something, the sausage on the combo was meh. Seemed like cheap sausage. Not great. Conversely, the veg on the combo was clearly all very fresh. Don't try to convince yourself otherwise Texture: The crust was near perfect, a nice crisp bottom with a warm soft layer of bread between itself and your toppings of choice. They don't add extra unneeded seasoning because their crust isn't trying to compensate for flavor. Sauce: I can only speak for their white sauce as that's what I ordered. It was good, creamy, and had a full flavor. I felt it was a tad bit heavy on the salt, but not to the point of it overpowering the overall taste of the pizza Toppings: I personally tried their Alfredo and chicken Bacon Ranch specialty pizzas. Their chicken was sliced thick giving a nice hearty helping of protein to both pizzas. Their bacon was cooked well, not too crunchy, not too soft. Overall, great pizza!
