I ordered a dipped butter cookie, triple berry, pecan pie and apple. They arrived cold and half baked. I am pretty sure they were a day or 2 old. Just tried this place for the 1st time and they are delicious! I ordered several different cookies which were all tasty. But the one item that stood out and was amazing was the turtle brownie. Prices are not the cheapest but you really can't complain for what your getting. Highly suggest Twisted Cookie! read more

This place is the sugar rush 2020 needs. we had the cherry pie cookie, the plain dipped brownie, the marshmallow brownie, the Oreo cake and the triple chocolate cupcake cookie. Everything was DIVINE. My first time stepping foot into this establishment was two days ago when I was delivering for Uber eats. Upon walking in I was greeted by two really nice women. One was filling and taking orders while the other tended to order pick up. The desserts looked so good i knew I would be back. Today I placed an order online for myself and proceed to follow the same process I did two days prior, however, when I asked about the line, my question was met with attitude. The rude associate/manager proceeded to tell me that no customer gets special treatment and everyone receives the same service. I was not looking for special treatment, I was simply asking a question. When it was finally my turn this particular associate/manager then walked away from the counter and completely ignored me. I was very surprised by the blatant disrespect and if I had not already paid for my order online I would have left. While the milkshakes were awesome, the behavior of the associate/manager and her lack of unbiased customer service left a sour taste in my mouth. I will be returning, only this time I will try to avoid the times I think this particular associate/manager is there. Stay away from Saturday nights! She was such a horrible person! read more

Adorable and open, it has a great atmosphere for sitting and enjoying one of their many coffees (I love the lattes the best) and one of their many cookies. They had a fantastic cherry pie cookie for Mother's Day (but then they had to go out of season! NOOOOOOO!). Their sandwich cookies (filled with icing and topped with icing, oh my!), are something else, especially the key lime cookie! They also serve soft serve ice cream, which I've never had, but my friend's little boy was very happy to have. Oh, and they allowed my very well behaved dog in, which is why I go here instead of Starbucks when I need a walk and a caffeine fix. Great job! read more

The lady who helped me out was very kind and the place looked pretty cool inside. However the shake that I ordered tasted awful. Thinking I'd get vanilla based off what I ordered, I ended up getting chocolate for my shake and a few sips in I couldn't stand it. The blueberry pie cookie was one of the best cookies I've ever had in my entire life.

The chocolate chip cookies are great but my favorite was the pecan pie cookie. It is crumbly and not overly sweet. Their tuxedo iced coffee was deliciously smooth and not bitter. Next time I would ask them to go easy on the ice. read more

Baked goods were good, not spectacular. Ice cream was a bit icy and not creamy. Husband liked it, I prefer something closer to a creamy frozen custard myself. Went here to try their cookies and was told when I bought them that they should be refrigerated as soon as possible, unfortunately I was a long way from home and was gonna be out for a few more hours but did eat one cookie after purchasing a which was the chocolate covered chocolate chip cookie and it was pretty good. The plan chocolate chip cookie wasn't bad but it was just ok. Was glad I tired them out, but not sure if I'd go back again. For the price I don't think the cookies were that good but then again maybe if I was able to follow the instructions that were given the regular chocolate chip cookies might have been better. read more

Hmmm, well let me first say that my one major vice in life is that I am a sugar addict. That being said when a place with "cookie" in the name popped up near my house, I was obligated to try :) This is a super cute shop nestled in the main strip of Forest Park on Madison. It's bright and friendly and the free smells are lovely but that is where my love affair ends. I went for a turtle stuffed/choco coated brownie and a berry pie cookie. The one issue I have with most bakeries is the freshness, I fully realize that they can't just throw away unsold items every day but I also don't want a brownie that was baked more than 3 days ago.. when I bit into the brownie it was dry on the inside and the only saving grace was the caramel from the turtle flavor, the chocolate on the outside was dark and well coated but I would have preferred milk chocolate. Also the berry pie cookie, while inventive and different I think I should have heated it (as the cashier (who was super sweet by the way) recommended. It was good but not great, for the two items it was nearly $10.00 which seems a bit steep to me. read more
