There's nothing twisted about this amazing restaurant. In fact, it's terribly, ridiculously, fabulous. Indeed, Twist Fells Point will far exceed all preconceived notions or expectations, given the location on the block and the surrounding area. I've visited Baltimore, Maryland, several times, especially Fells Point. Fells Point leaves a lot to be desired, but because of its potential and sense of community, I return often, not to mention the fact that it's on the waterfront. That said, I've strolled down the streets of Fells Point many times and have passed Twist several times, but I've never been censored from going in. I must admit, I judged a book by its cover (surroundings) and assumed I would not have a good dining experience. Oh boy, was I wrong. Not only was the food amazing, but the staff were extremely attentive and focused on creating the best dining experience for me and all customers. If you go, and I pray you due, know that it's a BYOB restaurant and just sitting in the restaurant will evoke conversation as you look around the room and find art and crafts that will leave you feeling nostalgic, that's if you can even keep your head for enjoying your meal. I recommend you try the Harbor Lingerie with shrimp and a Greek salad to start. Also, don't skip dessert because the Gelato is absolutely delicious and served with excellence.

I love this place! Everytime I'm in Baltimore, I love going here for brunch, and Fells Point is the perfect place for this to be at! The service is fantastic, they are always very attentive, friendly and this time we had a group reservation and they were very understanding of us being late when I called. I got a matcha to drink and the color and flavor was on point, and they included some cute animal crackers. The food is always tasty. I got the smoked salmon Benedict and it was delicious from a great presentation, to the hollandaise and capers on top, well made hash browns and add on of fruit. This was the perfect breakfast. Thank you Twist, I will continue to come back when I'm in the area Always happy to come here when in Baltimore

Hey friends! We were in Baltimore for Monster Jam and wanted a nice brunch nearby. It's a nice option as it's less than 10 minutes(driving) from CFG Bank Arena. Twist is a Mediterranean style restaurant that offers a BYOB brunch. They have few overpriced options for juice if you would like to make mimosas or cocktails. We ordered a pineapple juice pitcher($15) to go with our bottles we brought in. I ordered the breakfast burrito, it came with a side salad & potatoes. The food was satisfactory! Service was slow and poor. Yes it was busy, but, the amount of times we had to call for service was unacceptable. Our server brought a cooler to place our bottles in then we were forgotten about. Our server finally came and took our order with no machine or notepad. We were skeptical about our order being wrong, and SURPRISE, it was wrong. My boyfriend ordered the Twist Royale with pancakes but was brought French toast. We informed our server and Not only did he only bring ONE pancake back, he also took the French toast slice. What's the point of taking it back? It cannot be re-served so it would've gone in the trash anyway. He also never apologized for the inconvenience. -Beware of the $8 corkage fee per person for BYOB. -Parking can be rough especially on weekends. -Prices are high. We spent about $90 for two people.

I really did not want to like this place- why? Because it would be a reason to come back!!! This place was delicious! The service was so friendly and patient as we fought thru the desire to order one of everything! The food was spot on I went with the lamb burger- ohhh the flavors and the fires were perfectly seasoned!!! What not to love! Small intimate setting with lovely decor- definitely will have to go back

Twist is still such a great spot for all my brunches. My friends and I come here every few months for a good solid brunch and Twist delivers. For the last couple of visits, I've ordered their Salmon Scramble which I've really enjoyed. The portion is huge and there's plenty of salmon in the dish. Other brunch items we've been enjoying are the Benedict's and omelette's. There's not much that can go wrong here!

Twist Fells Point is such a cute, delicious local spot in Fells Point. The menu options all look incredible and delicious. The workers could not have been more kind. Truly some of the best hospitality I've had in a long time. I opted for a more savory option. The salmon was fresh and delicious, I just wish my bagel was toasted more. I've heard the French toast is amazing so I can't wait to try that one day. Twist is BYOB so my friends and I brought champagne. They have a gallon of OJ for $10 to buy and charge a $8 corking fee. Not pictured: eggs Benedict and a waffle. The friends I was dining with thoroughly enjoyed their meals! Nearby, a lot of individuals were ordering the breakfast burrito and it looked delicious. We sat inside but there are a few tables outside. We got a seat right away on a Sunday morning and the food came within 10 minutes of ordering.

Love it! Staff was so kind and friendly! Food was DELICIOUS! And it came out super fast! Cute little spot near broadway market! We will be coming back!!

What a cozy restaurant! We were able to make a reservation for 3 last minute on a Saturday night which was so convenient. The service was quick and the food was solid. The chicken wings with blue cheese were our favorite. We also had the lamb burger and the chicken panini which both came with fries. It's definitely a small space so plan to make a reservation for a bigger group.

We were on a trip and, as we usually do, we had to find a breakfast spot. We stumbled upon Twist as we waited for a spot at a different place. Clearly, the smells and sights made us change our mind, and we chose wisely! The decor, vib, and menu were very eclectic. There's Parisian, Roman, Morrocan, and Mediterranean motifs and the menu has huevos rancheros and breakfast burritos. Quite the combination can be found next to the broadway market. The service was from the get go attentive and eager to help us out. Our food was out in no time and looking really pretty. I ordered the eggs Benedict and the lemon hollandaise was bright, zesty, and creamy. My partnered ordered the almond croissant French toast and potatoes and bacon for sides. The croissant and almonds were perfectly crunchy and sweet. The bacon was crispy and the potatoes had the sweetest grilled onions to pair with. Overall, we were so glad our plans changed and chose Twist. With nice and fast service, great flavors, and great eclectic location, this place is worth visiting.

I came here to have dinner with a friend around 5:45 p.m., and the atmosphere was honestly one of the highlights of the night. The restaurant felt very romantic and intimate, and it wasn't crowded at all, which made it perfect for a relaxed, cozy dinner. I ordered the lamb shank with vegetables. The lamb was tender and satisfying, and the vegetables were especially delicious. The dish could have used just a little more seasoning, but overall it was still very enjoyable. My friend ordered the lamb wings, which he didn't love he felt they were a bit tough but he didn't send them back or make a big deal about it. The restaurant itself is really cute and tucked away nicely in Fells Point. It has a warm, inviting vibe that makes you want to linger and enjoy your meal. I'd definitely come back again, especially for a low-key, romantic evening or a chill dinner with a friend.

I've been to Twist a few times and have sadly never been too impressed with the food. I wish there were more flavor- for brunch and for dinner. It's always too packed and very cramped. There is a $8 corkage fee even though it is BYOB.

The service was a little disorganized-- we had to wait a while for our reserved table, and our server forgot about us initially (took drink orders, delivered drinks and took food orders of a table that sat after us before greeting us). The food was ok. I had the pancakes and they were disappointing. very small and pale, and maybe 10 blueberries between all 3 and all smooshed in the center. I wouldn't recommend paying $18 for this (no sides included).

What a cute spot in Baltimore's Fells Point. The service was good. They get 20% automatic tip which I hate because they don't work that hard. The food was good. I had the lamb meatballs dish. The cappuccino and bread pudding were decent. I liked that it was a short walk to the pier. It was about to storm so we left shortly. It wasn't crowded but it was difficult to find parking. I walked a few blocks. I really like Baltimore's food spots. They seem to be more reasonably priced.

The service was attentive throughout our meal, and every dish arrived beautifully plated with great attention to detail. We started with the Beyti Sujuk Rolls and the Beetroot Hadiqa. The rolls were one of my favorite appetizers. They were crispy, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the yogurt and tomato sauce. The Beetroot Hadiqa was equally impressive, with beets, apples, walnuts...it was a refreshing combination of sweet, savory, and creamy flavors. For our entrees, we ordered the Riyash of Lamb and the Freekeh Short Rib. The lamb chops were cooked beautifully and served over couscous with broccolini, while the pistachio crust added a nice texture. The Freekeh Short Rib was incredibly tender and the rich beef jus paired perfectly with the mushrooms. It was hearty, comforting, and one of the best short rib dishes I've had. The cocktails were just as memorable. I ordered the Asfar So Good, while my partner had the Ashita Affair. Both were beautifully presented with a silky foam on top and were as delicious as they looked. The Asfar So Good was light, refreshing, and well-balanced with subtle floral and citrus notes, while the Ashita Affair had a smooth, creamy texture with pistachio and rose flavors that made it feel almost like a dessert cocktail without being overly sweet. This is definitely on the pricier side, but the quality of the ingredients, presentation, atmosphere, and service justify the cost. Every plate felt thoughtfully prepared, and the overall experience was memorable from start to finish. If you're looking for elevated Middle Eastern cuisine, creative cocktails, and one of the most beautiful dining rooms in Baltimore, Ammoora is absolutely worth the splurge.

We had an earlier dinner reservation so it wasn't as crowded at the beginning but was quite busy at the end. We tried a couple different cocktails and I loved both of mine - Ashta Affair and Asfar So Good. The Ashta Affair was sweet and creamy and the Asfar So Good was deliciously refreshing. My friend really enjoyed his Old Fashioned Date and had a fun experience trying the El Massaya Arak. For appetizers, we ordered Muhamara and Mousakhan Chicken Rolls. The Muhamara came with pita and was such a great dip. The chicken rolls were equally as good with their own sumac labneh dip we enjoyed. For entrees, we shared the Braised Lamb Shank and Makloubeh. The portions were large and the meat was tender. Neither were over seasoned and were absolutely delicious. We couldn't finish it all and saved the rest for leftovers - yum! We wanted to try their dessert and ending up getting the Ashta Bil Asal and Ruz Bil Karaz. The Ashta Bil Asal had cotton candy which made it a fun dessert to try and the Ruz Bil Karaz had a great caramelization coating. Neither were overly sweet which we preferred. It was such a great ending to our meal. I absolutely loved my experience here. Our server, Miriam, was friendly and attentive. We even chatted with the GM, Iman, who also made sure we were provided a great first experience. I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone who's looking for a boujee but amazing time!

I can't speak on the customer service because I didn't talk to anyone. I ordered at the kiosk and they called my number and that was it. I paid $19.45 for my meal. I order a side of falafels (3) and the street bowl with beef flank, tzatziki, and mild red pepper sauce. The falafels were way too crispy. I feel like compared to other falafels I've tried these were on the hard side. Thankfully I had some tzatziki sauce to dip them in, if I didn't, they would have been a little hard to eat. The flavor was okay but the texture was not appealing. I really wanted to get beef shawarma but they were out so I opted for the beef flank. I wish I would have just gotten chicken instead. The bowl came with rice and a lettuce salad that was underneath the beef. I'm not sure if the lettuce had arugula in it as well, but the lettuce gave sort of a bitter taste which I did not care for at all. Did not taste good so I would add a lot of tzatziki sauce to it to cut down on the bitter taste. The beef was okay, nothing to rave about. I was just very underwhelmed with my food. Not sure if I would give it a try again. If so, I would definitely get something else or build my own bowl maybe. Try it for yourself and see how you like it.
