The beer is usually cold and affordable. Yes, there might not be more than one or maybe two IPAs to choose from. But, if you're looking for a good old American lager, there are several standbys available. And, top shelf liquors might be of a limited nature, but if you're looking for a decent booze at a reasonable price there are plenty of options. To me the Squeeze is a magical unicorn. It is a neighborhood bar. It is a frequent stop on the motorcycle aficionado circuit, albeit I find these people to be some of the nicest people you ever care to have a drink with. There's also a goodly amount of people who have been coming to this place for decades, people who remember when this was more the northside and less what it currently is. Popcorn is free. Sometimes other snacks are available. They like to offer free hotdogs and brats on Wednesday evenings, when the weather is cooperating. The bar staff and owners are uniformly friendly. And yep, you may have guessed it from the name, it's a small place, and it is a bit of a squeeze to get from the front to the back or even to get a normal sized man's shoulders through the door to the men's room. And the patio is more functional than fancy. However, they are also very dog friendly (which is always a plus for me). And I'm very glad that they are here.

She still refused to look at me, now mind you I don't know this person and as of now, I don't care to know this person, at one point one of my friends asked her why she wasn't being nice and she said she was too busy to be nice. I totally did not understand that comment to all .... We had a group picture that was taken. I guess it was for all the regulars there because me and my girlfriend did not get invited to take the picture and once again, my friend asked about it and they said that we were not normal, ?!! I will say one thing being treated badly because I'm Mexican or because I was dressed differently. Does not give you the right to treat me badly. Niiiiiiiccceeee. Numerous high four top tables along with some five tops that would be choice for playing cards. Long around J bar. ATM. Pool table. A nice quiet spot to watch the Broncos or regular NASCAR games. Come and be nobody or stop by with your friends. No complaints. This bar is a bit more lively than most dive bars but that's not a bad thing. Twins Inn isn't too far off Sheridan if you want cheaper banquet or even less "frills." Certainly a younger crowd but still very mixed 23-60 I'd say. The decor here is nice. Usual Budweiser signs but also a good amount of Firefighter memorabilia. Not too far from a station and training building so I'm sure that's the connection. Ambiance? Check. Service? Good enough. Food? They have jerky, popcorn, and various lays chips available. They used pickled jalapeños which was a weird taste in the drink. We were expecting fresh ones. The margs were also $10 each for a tiny glass filled with ice. Overall we were not very impressed with the drinks especially for them being known for their tequila selection. Maybe our rating would be a little bit better if we ordered food.

We ordered and sat back down at my table, when I ordered another burger for my girlfriend a few minutes later, she very rudely told me she needed to see her ID, I explained to her my girlfriend isn't drinking and is well of age (28 years old) No one checked our IDs at the door so there was no reason for us to believe we weren't allowed in the establishment without her ID. Asked her to cancel the entire order because we clearly aren't allowed in and she charged my card anyway walked back to our table and said we had to leave immediately. I tried to diffuse the situation and she accused me of being rude to her from the beginning. Definition of literally doing too much. (by the way it's 21+ after 8pm we were there at 8:15) I guess I should have known.
