Their focus is on unique, hand-crafted cocktails and globally inspired bites. Named for its elevation of 5,430 feet, 54thirty Rooftop Bar in Denver is at a whole new level. After 6pm, entry is restricted to guests 21 and over. The rooftop views are amazing, it is a great spot to relax, especially around sunset. The vibe is lively but still comfortable enough to enjoy a conversation. There is plenty of seating but it was crowded when we arrived but we were able to find some seats close to a fire pit to stay warm. They offer a menu of shareable bites with a global spin. We ordered the chips and guacamole made with avocado and fresh made tortilla chips. We split the braised short rib tacos with avocado, cojita and radish that came with three tacos per order. The steak tacos were very tender and plentiful with toppings. We also tried a variety of cocktails from their bar. Their winter drink menu that highlights warm and spiced cocktails, a curated wine bottle list, and a spectrum of Denver's favorite craft beers. I tried the mezcal hot chocolate that was served with toasted marshmallows on top. Also tried a peach mocktail and asked them to add mezcal. Both cocktails were elevated and hand crafted. Other people in my party tried the Elevated Old Fashioned with Brush creek strait bourbon, angostura amaro, dry curacao, honey. Service was friendly and efficient, and everything came out quickly. It's a great spot for drinks with a view, light bites, or for a fun night on the town.

Be aware though, it is not one of those manufactured dive bars seeking to draw in the youngsters looking for a prefab thrill - the Rose is very much for people who want to escape the craptastic churched-up over-priced swill joints and enjoy the company of hard working blue collar/no collar men and women who are not interested in anything but chillin' like villains. There is plenty of parking in the back, and a large, comfortable smoking patio. Noticed a few signs posted inside advertising a potluck Thanksgiving feast this Thursday so if you have no place else to go maybe you can stop in with a side dish to share (or at least a veggie tray). Don't be a dick though, as it appears bad behaviour will definitely not tolerated. Pro tip: This is a local watering hole, everybody apparently does know everybody, which might imply some familial serving priority by the staff. That is not the case though, as they proved to be friendly to new faces and if you courteously ask the barkeeps for their names and offer yours, chances of exceptional service increase.

I was curious about a specific specialty drink and the barista told her that one is not quite her favorite and steered me towards my go-to, which I massively appreciate. I had a nitro cold brew which helped my headache subside for a brief moment, and enjoyed the interior and the whole space to be honest. This area is nice and I could see working here all the time if I lived around it.

Headed up to my FAV - Arvada, Bluegrass Coffee & Bourbon Lounge, There were a plenty of Halloween children walking down the street, dress in their Halloween costumes, and at the Bluegrass, all was decorate and BUSY. Many on their computers/free wifi!!! It rocks. And the food, teas, drinks at the bar or tables or "get to meet others tables", all bustling, with families and Halloween children with their "filling up pumpkins" treats everywhere in Bluegrass, on the streets, businesses offering treats. I sat in the corner with my Aspen Pretty Eyes, with only ONE ITEM MY STOMACH WAS CRAVING, Pesto - Artichoke - scatter GREENS Pizza and English Hot Tea. And get some work done searching information regarding Pre-fab Homes. Learned a great deal, I could save $$$$ And my pizza arrived, I do not know who was more hungry, Aspen or myself. Normally even a small pizza is Huge for me, but we gobbled that Pesto Pizza down so fast, I thought I might wish to order another!! Naw, let it settle and wind our way through the clamor of children petitioning; "Trick or Treat!" I LOVE Bluegrass, and there are two locations. Arvada is special with it's small artful historical feel, with parks and friendly people, pooches and plenty of parking a block n 1/2 away. Writing this, I WANT TO GO BACK AND HAVE MY FAVORITE PESTO PIZZA!!! Do enjoy this place, open 7 days weekly, also it does have a back patio and front patio, GREAT food; place is family, bar, wifi working and friendly banter!! Aspen made it to their headline photos!! Their second restaurant is super Dog friendly!! Enjoy

The staff here was SO sweet, very friendly and had great vibes! It wasn't busy while we were there but our server was fantastic! The decor in here is soooo cute! It's all outdoor stuff but brought indoors! There were bag hooks underneath the tables(love that!!) And some many large spaces to bring a larger group! We got the Nadene pizza and the viral crunchy chicken Caesar wrap! They were both phenomenal! I'm so sad we don't live local because we would absolutely be back!! The food service and vibes are all on point at this place! If you haven't tried them, get moving!

The entrance is a cool, twinkle light arched "hallway" that leads up to the host stand. We were welcomed in and seated at one of the high tops near the bar. There are so many cool seating options. Rebecca welcomed us and took our drink orders. I chose to have a glass of Les Sarrins Rosé. My husband got a drink called Trailer Park Queen that consisted of prosecco, St Germain & lemon. My son went for a mocktail called Ginger Baby that had Seedlip Grove, ginger beer, cucumber, mint & lemon. My daughter chose the peach flavor of High Noon. We chose two appetizers from the Happy Hour. Jalapeno Homies, jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese, bacon, cheddar and tomatoes. It came with a side of BBQ sauce. These were a hit! The barbeque sauce put it over the top. Our second appetizer was the hummus. It was roasted red pepper hummus with kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes and feta. It was served pita triangles, carrots and cucumber. My son ordered the Chicken Pesto Sandwich. It had grilled chicken, pesto, white American cheese, arugula, sun-dried tomatoes and was served on focaccia bread. It came with fries. He is a huge pesto fan and thoroughly enjoyed his sandwich. My husband, daughter and I decided to share two pizzas. We chose Matt, without mushrooms (I'm allergic). So that left us with the following toppings: mozzarella, Canadian bacon, pepperoni, Italian sausage, green peppers, black olives, cheddar and ranch. Our second selection was the Street Corn pizza. it had mozzarella, roasted corn, cotija cheese, cilantro, avocado crema, cream cheese and the cutest mini tajin bottle to shake on top. We chose the Tavern style, a thin crispy crust and cut into squares. There was enough left to bring home for all of us to have as lunch the next day. Both pizzas were delicious. My favorite was the Street Corn. Overall great experience. Nice staff, great food, fun beverages.
