Definitely consider getting a shot and a beer when you come in here. And they've got snacks, because it's not like you're walking anywhere else to get any food near here. Do you like dead animal pieces and parts on your wall? Well then you are in luck. Do you like a barstool that is padded and has a back, and you can actually swivel on it? Well, then you're going to enjoy this way more than those metallic butt and back wreckers that you will find it most breweries these days. How do you feel about a bloody Mary that is both amazingly over the top with things stuck on a skewer, but yet somehow also served in a red solo cup? This is just cognitive dissonance at its best.

It breaks down like this: Are you looking for a relaxing day with some locals and regulars who love this place (maybe a little too much) and have built a legitimate community around it? I suggest weekend afternoons for some tunes on the jukebox and sports on the TVs, Tuesday nights for open mic and Wednesday nights for Poker. Looking to find the broad of your dreams with those child bearing hips and a vague interest in the trad wife movement? Try Thursday and Saturday nights for Karaoke (and wear your square-toed cowboy boots and trucker hat, the ladies love that shit here). One thing is always true though, the management and bartenders are friendly, warm and great at their jobs. Regardless of the day or time, you'll find a professional behind the bar ready to make you feel welcome- but don't be a douche, even pros have their limits. So, pick your time wisely but whenever you go, you'll likely leave feeling a little better than when you arrived.

She slid it over to me without even looking at me. I asked her how much she told me I gave her the correct amount plus a little extra, and she proceeded to ask me if I want to change back, I said no and walked away. My friends finally showed up they were greeted immediately bartender came over to the table and asked them what they wanted to drink. She still refused to look at me, now mind you I don't know this person and as of now, I don't care to know this person, at one point one of my friends asked her why she wasn't being nice and she said she was too busy to be nice. I totally did not understand that comment to all .... We had a group picture that was taken. I guess it was for all the regulars there because me and my girlfriend did not get invited to take the picture and once again, my friend asked about it and they said that we were not normal, ?!! I will say one thing being treated badly because I'm Mexican or because I was dressed differently. Does not give you the right to treat me badly. Being in the service industry myself, I know how important it is to treat people kindly! We ordered some food that they were serving Philly cheesesteak sandwiches and nachos. Great idea we enjoyed eating. I will go there to see my friends that work behind the bar but I will make sure that I don't go in when that bartender is working that treated me rudely. Visited after playing some league pool games down the road. This place may well be near its end as with the owner. Very saddening to see such a nostalgic place with such a vibrant history become an aging relic. Can't speak for the younger bartenders or other shifts but this brief visit will most likely be me and my party's guests last.
