The yolk breaks, and all the goodness adds a little extra flavor to the already delicious burger. The shoe string fries were seasoned perfectly- I highly recommend this entree. The only thing I would add next time is an element of spice to take things up to another level. My wife ordered the BLTA sandwich , with sweet potato fries. I didn't try a bite because I had enough bacon on my burger , but I did sneak a sweet potato fry , and it was fantastic. My son order the chimichurri steak , he seemed to enjoy it although it may have had too much sauce on it for his liking. Perhaps it would been better if he ordered the sauce on the side. My picky daughter ordered the pesto chicken sandwich ,and she said it was pretty good. My family and I were full , but weren't going to let the dessert options pass us by. The food and vibe of this place deserves 5 stars. I will deduct one star for the mediocre service and inconsistent food prep. What made it worse was that the tables around us were seated after us and received water, drinks, and even an appetizer from the same server, while we were completely ignored. When I spoke to the manager on the way out, instead taking ownership, her first response was an apology followed by, "The host must not have told the server." That may explain it, but it doesn't excuse it. The manager had a great opportunity to own the mistake and try to make things right. Instead, she offered an excuse. Very disappointing experience.
