Everything sounded so good that we wanted to try them all but limited to: - Shaken Pho Americano (5/5, it was light and mellow) - Ca Phe Sua Da (5/5, mild taste for Vietnamese coffee lovers but can ask for less condensed milk if you want a more sharp taste) - Coconut Matcha Cloud (6/5 for coconut lovers like me, it was so balanced and the matcha foam definitely complemented the drink!) Candyleaf Cascara Tea (4/5, the sweetness was definitely a surprise and almost tasted like a sweetened Chai tea. Inside they have the cutest interior design and very welcoming tables and chairs and benches. The employees here all greeted me when I went to the shop, including the ultra-friendly owner. I really enjoyed both their coffee offerings and their pastry offerings. Their coffee tasted familiar to me and when I expressed that to the owner, he mentioned that was most likely due to the fact that they provide their coffee to many restaurants in the Sacramento area. One of this coffee shop's biggest business endeavors is that fact that they roast and sell their coffee beans in bulk. They have a pretty awesome looking coffee roasting machine located near the rear of the shop. I was lucky enough to get shown a demonstration of how it worked by one of the employees when I visited the shop. It is 100% owned and governed by coffee farmers from Peru, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Mexico, and Ethiopia, so you are basically supporting the farmers directly when you buy their coffee. I really like this concept! The coffee is smooth, rich, and not too bitter. Their cappuccino is creamy with a nice roasted coffee flavor. I also like the Honeybear Cold Brew: smooth, slightly sweet and refreshing. The Mexican Mocha is another good choice if you like chocolate with your coffee. The coffee shop is spacious with high ceilings, good natural light, brick walls, and an industrial style with metal tables and stools. There are communal tables, board games, and an area that can be rented for groups. It is also right by the Saturday farmers market, so it is a very convenient coffee stop after walking around the market. Definitely recommend checking this place out!
