I think I found my new favorite coffee shop in town! I love everything about this place. Even getting there was an adventure of its own. The shop is tucked inside a schoolhouse, and walking through those tall blue doors felt like stepping into Narnia. Cozy, whimsical, and full of surprises. I came for a drink and left with gifts I didn't know I needed. They also carry stationery, books, and children's toys. I love that they support independent artists and authors! Now the real star: the Matcha Fig Latte with matcha cream (absolutely to die for). The matcha flavor was bold, smooth, and not overly sweet -- exactly how I like it! What a cute coffee shop inside the Clara building. I wouldn't have known it was there unless I was specifically looking for it since it was inside a building. There was plenty of parking on the street on a weekday. I liked the quiet inside the building and there were plenty of spaces of places to sit and chat with my friends inside the shop and in the hall. I'm visiting from LA and needed a place to get some work done outside of my hotel. This was a 6 minute walk from the Fort Sutter Hilton and I'm glad I came across it. The coffee shop is located inside of a building with multiple businesses and exudes community. There are tons of little items that you can browse/purchase as you wait for your beverage/food. I purchased a cute sticker to gift to a friend. The decor inside is very unique but carefully curated to feel worldly yet cohesive. Lots of natural lighting available if you choose to sit inside, but there are also options to sit in the hall/common space of the building where it is slightly dimmer. I had a chai latte and it was a solid choice. Would definitely return since it's a comfortable and cute place to work/study. read more

The cafe felt like a community filled with cute stationary supplies as well as plenty of seating for guest that reached outside of the cafe as well. There was a community board right out of the cafe that had multiple of business cards relating to different businesses! The servers were nice too. I had an ice matcha with matcha whipped cream and it was delicious! The matcha didn't taste bitter which I appreciated because I prefer my matcha more tamed and sweet. Was in the area for lunch so walked here for an afternoon coffee fix. Wow the building is so amazing. I love the repurposed old school structure. Stepping into the shop I immediately spy the cute items for sale. I'm a sucker for cards and stickers and loved the journals etc. what a great variety of goodies, perfect for gifting (to others or yourself !!) My usual drink is an iced brown sugar oatmilk latte. 4.50- seasons coffee has been on my list forever! Finally me and my gym bestie hit it up after the gym! It's located in this old brick building that I believe used to be a school or still is! They teach ballet in the building! The coffee shop has signs and is so so cute! I got an iced chai and it was delicious, so much flavor! My friend got a hot apple latte. She said it was great! They also have food and pastries. This coffee shop also sells a lot of different local stuff.. cards, gifts, clothing, etc! I would for sure come back again to try more of the menu! Just updating my review to include a photo of their current winter specialty menu. My friend and I came recently and I tried the earl grey matcha and she got the butterscotch matcha. Both so so good, the earl grey flavor was the perfect combination with their silky matcha and the creamy whipped cream. This coffee shop is so absolutely perfect for reading with a delicious drink, an intimate date, or a stop when visiting the farmers market just a few blocks away. Finally got a chance to return to this cute boutique cafe, located inside the Fremont School. I was introduced to Seasons at a Yelp Elite Event (one of the perks of being a part of the Yellp Elite Squad). This is such a hidden gem. The staff were sweet and polite, and the drinks were outstanding. I ordered a chai tea latte and a blueberry bliss arnold palmer for my husband. The blueberry syrup is made by the owners out of blueberries from their farm. It is so good and naturally sweetened. My latte art was so beautiful and the chai was mildly flavored. I think their matcha and ube drinks are popular choices. I also grabbed some chocolate chip cookies that were scrumptious. The cafe sells a lot of artsy and cutesy products and the decor is shabby chic. It's a chill environment, but if you're looking for more open or somewhat private space, there are tables, chairs, and couches along the hallways outside, along with the restrooms that will remind you that you are, in fact, at a school! read more

I came here because I've seen many reviews about this place. It was not what I expected, but I'm glad I tried it anyway. The location as some previous reviews mentioned was hard to find because it's within a school facility. The inside is quite busy with items and artwork but if you can catch a seat, it's quite a nice Environment to work in. Online I saw the Matcha latte with Ube cream and wanted to try it so I ordered something very similar after talking to the barista asking for little ube flavor. instead my drink came out purple so I asked if she had made me an Ube latte instead she said no, and that she actually reduced the amount of Ube. I told her I was sorry and that this was too overwhelmingly ube and not even a hint of matcha. I offered to buy a new drink and she said she would remake a normal Matcha for me which I really appreciated. To be fair the Matcha itself was actually very good. I would give it a 4.5 out of five however, the ube experience and overall look of the café was not what I expected. read more

This was such a lively little girls coffee experience. The ambiance is incredible. I love how cozy and comfortable it feels. It reminded me of my grandmother and tea parties as a child. The staff is incredibly friendly and answered all of my questions regarding the food and dietary restrictions. The coffee was lovely. I had a Gibraltar and it was delicious and beautiful. I just love it here at Seasons! I met a friend for a coffee date because I hadn't been in a while and she'd never been. It is such a charming spot. Love all the decor, drinks are great, and it's so cozy inside! Service was great and fast. Plenty of street parking around the building as well. My ONLY complaint is that I never get to try the matcha whipped cream when I'm there. It was left off my drink this time so I asked for it, but they said they were out. Such a bummer, but I'm just glad they have whipped cream in general. Idk why coffee shops hate whipped cream so much, but it's the perfect topping IMO. Not a big fan of cold foam. read more

This place is a hidden gem! I was a little confused when I first arrived since Maps didn't make it super clear, but once I realized it's located inside the CLARA building, it all made sense. Just head through the big green doors--it's on your right. There's plenty of street parking (6-hour limit!), which is perfect for me since I love taking my time to study here. The space is super cute, with lots of fun and unique items for sale. There's also tons of seating both inside and along the hallway, which makes it a great spot to hang out or get work done. I discovered Seasons Coffee from a recent Yelp hosted event and have been here several times since. I mostly get the chai latte or matcha latte. The matcha latte is frothy, creamy with strong matcha taste. I've also purchased their locally made coffee bean for my home Keurig machine. They can grind it by your preference. Besides coffee, they have some food items like pastries and sandwiches. They also have a collection of random gift items like books, candles, stickers, toys, and knickknacks. It's such a fun place. If you want to get away or change of scenery, this is an ideal spot for coffee. The unique décor and mismatch furniture will temporary transform you to a desirable surrounding. It's street parking only, but I haven't had any problem finding a spot. The entrance is on N Street, look for the bright aqua color door. Once you're inside, turn right and you will find the coffee shop. read more

I have lived right around the corner from this place for over a year now and can't believe this was my first experience. I am now mad with myself for not going sooner! Before even entering, the hallway leading up to the shop is already decorated wonderfully with a variety of couches and unique seating. As soon as I stepped in I was taken aback by the thoughtful decor. A mix of antiques, fine china, blooming plants, and handmade crafts tie together so nicely in such a small, cozy space. While standing in line there are shelves of different craft makers items for sale. This is such a great way to keep customers occupied while waiting to order. I typically stick to a simple vanilla latte but the chai latte caught my eye. My mom tagged along and ordered a vanilla latte but they were out of syrup and suggested a brown sugar latte instead. I can confidently say both of our drinks were amazing and ranked way above our expectations. Due to this experience, I feel comfortable exploring other drink options and trust that they will likely be delicious. This place will be seeing a whole lot more of me! read more

Seasons Coffee has been on my list of Midtown coffee shops to try, and I was excited to finally stop by over the weekend. Seasons Coffee is a hidden gem tucked away inside the Clara Performing Arts Center. I routed how to get there on Maps, but admittedly, had trouble finding it since there's no signage outside. After walking inside the building, there's no questions about where it is since there's usually a line out the door! Seasons Coffee was jam packed on Saturday morning, and I was lucky to snag a table outside in the hallway for two. I read their menu ahead of time and knew that I wanted to order the Ube latte and Bacon Cheddar scone for a sweet and savory pairing. I completely missed the sandwich board of specials but am sure I'll come back to try them. The Ube latte was a personal standout. I ordered mine hot with an expresso shot (added cost), and I loved the subtle flavor and deep purple color. The latte art was also a plus! The Bacon Cheddar scone was also delightful, and it had a nice crumb texture to it. By the time I was leaving around noon, Seasons had already sold out of expresso. Pro tip: arrive early and walk if you're local to avoid parking. Midtown is lucky to have Seasons Coffee! read more

Tucked away and rather difficult to find, this spot is absolutely wonderful!! It has a clunky, over-the-top clutter vibe, which I'm not opposed to because my family of boomers are hoarders. It is a busy space loaded with stuff. I am not even sure if there is a better word than stuff. I absolutely love trying Chai at new shops, and of course, I had the espresso shot with fresh made whipped cream. I could do without the whipped cream, and just hammer down the espresso. But, it was definitely worth a try. The homemade blueberry chai was very interesting, and not my favorite, but it was pretty good. The fresh crushed blueberry flavor doesn't go well with the chai, but an A for effort. I look forward to coming back for another round soon! read more

First things first, this place is ADORABLE! I love the building that it is in, I love the decor, the gifts, everything! I purchased several things while waiting in line including a special travel journal for my next adventure. Everyone we interacted with was very pleasant and we got our orders quickly, we came twice once on a slow day and one on a busy day. I loved their Strawberry Matcha and their Oolong tea and my husband enjoyed his Vietnamese iced coffee and his latte. We also enjoyed their ham and egg breakfast sandwich but I think the winner was their Grilled Cheese on Focaccia! The cheese pull was amazing and the bread was so soft and fluffy. This is definitely one of the most underrated, hidden gem coffee shops in Sacramento. I love the cute vibe in this place. They have a lot of decor and small gifts for purchase as well as a great variety of offerings of beverages, pastries, and lunch items. I noticed a few extra cute decor item around for the holidays, but their eclectic, maximalist, and greenery aesthetic is top notch. The staff are friendly and responsive and this place seems to have a lot of regulars. I sat at the window, looking out at N Street while working on my laptop and it was an idyllic morning. Free parking out front too! I enjoyed an iced matcha latte and an avocado toast. Both were decently priced. All I want to say first is... man, I wish I took a photo of the sandwich I had here one time. I'm not sure if it was seasonal or what, but it was a breakfast sandwich on brioche with a hashbrown on it. Any time someone puts potatoes on the sandwich I *will* go feral for it. Anyway. This place is within walking distance to me so I am a little biased, but their matcha is SO light and airy. They also offer if you want matcha whip on top which I never knew existed and omg?? Slaps. It's always quick and it if isn't, they communicate to you how much time you'll be waiting on your food/drinks/etc. I genuinely enjoy the vibe inside this cafe also. There's always a lot of open seating with large window seats and you can study, work, or read a book here comfortably. It doesn't get too loud either. I recently tried a drink from their sandwich board which was a banana matcha latte. It was JUST okay to me. The banana flavor was almost too light for me to notice it and it kinda fought with the matcha flavor. A side note for anxious people like me who have to research how to get into places so you don't make a fool of yourself (maybe that's why you're here!); the coffee shop is inside the CLARA building which looks like an old school from the outside. This coffee shop is very cute and can be a little hard to find. It is inside of the Clara Performing Arts Center. You enter through the blue doors on N Street, then you take the first right and the shop is right there. Every time I've been it's been busy, it is really busy on Saturday Mornings, that is when Sac Ballet has a bunch of kids classes. They have a bunch of cute stuff for sale, and the staff are very nice. The coffee is good, I had a peanut butter cookie that wasn't that good. I thought the food was a little overpriced, I mainly go to Seasons for the coffee. It's a great spot to meetup or read/study. They also have comedy at the coffeeshop every once in a while. There is free street parking and there is also a parking lot you can enter on 25th Street. read more
