We usually stop by Twin Peaks when there is some type of sporting event. Drinks have always been great however, I ordered the chicken quesadilla for the first time and it was so hard to eat from how soggy it was. After a slice and a half, it just kept falling apart and felt inedible to me so I ended up leaving the rest. The flavor of it wasn't all that great either so I will definitely not be ordering that again.

Always a good experience at this location. Lucy was an awesome server today, but I've always had good service here! Great time watching baseball and eating good food. Wings and tacos hit perfectly. Best 4 peaks location!

While doing some holiday shopping, I realized I wasn't gonna make it home to catch the 4th quarter of a CFB game so I decided to come here as I knew they would have it showing. The only available seating was at the bar, which was fine, and the hostess was great about asking which game I wanted on the TV above me... that was best personal touch this visit. The bonus was a major Netflix boxing match about to start, so I ended up staying longer than expected & watching. As for the food, I ordered the Lobster Roll with fries along with a House Margarita (on special). The sandwich itself was "OK". The fries were lukewarm and the margarita tasted heavy on the syrup and light on the alcohol. I get the appeal for people coming here, but the food didn't really land for me. The bar staff for sure, deals with a lot of craziness, but the constant push to order more drinks felt forced. It didn't come across as genuine hospitality and instead felt more transactional than welcoming. Overall, a good place to come and watch the game, and the TV setup was on point for me, but between the food and bar service, I'ts not a spot I'd go out of my way to return to.

It's Okay, Probably never again. My son said Twin Peaks I thought he said Four Peaks and I said great let's go...any way! It's was loud and full. Our food was average for a chain sports bar restaurant. Nothing to rave about and no talking after we left about anything about this place. Service was average and prices were decent. If it was my choice again...nah.

This was my first visit here and I wasn't quite sure about it all. But I ended up pleasantly surprised. We don't know but came in on a night there was a big fight on pay per view so place was packed. But we quickly found a seat in the bar area. I had the chicken tortilla soup and it was really flavorful. Loved the fresh cilantro taste. Husband had the fish and chips which were the perfect combo of crisp and flavor! We also had the brownie sundae to round out our experience. Well done!! Service was excellent even though it was crowded. We will be back.

I wouldn't know about the food because no one actually asked me what I wanted to eat. Horrible service overall and good luck getting the underaged looking staff to give you quality service. Seriously looks like the age requirement to work here is "barely possible"! I'm being completely kind with this comment because it's a sad site to see, and I'm leaving because I'm sick to my stomach. I'm was not ever once asked what I wanted to eat on a professional service side. But I'm grateful I left because the staff are all extremely young females, and the clientele are mostly old looking men making weird comments. (rubbing their bellies, laughing..) it's like a bad Simpsons episode! I'm out I could not focus on the lighting, the music , or anything else because it's just a negative experience overall. Go some where else! Not an adult, professional, good place to be. Not at all

This place is always one of our favorite spots to stop for a nice bite. First off not too busy around 3pm so we got sat right away. Our server I didn't catch her name :( but I do know she was a trainer but that is beside the fact that she was all around amazing! On top of refills, checking in on us and was just super nice. Now to the food we got the queso and chips and it always hits the spot! I got the half rack of rib spicy style and was were good. The hint of sweet and spice was amazing. First time having the ribs, normally go for the grilled and smoked wings but wanted to try something different this time and I'm glad I did. Now we all know going to a twin peaks you know the restaurant is going to be lit well, clean and always have games on the TVs. Great place, great food, and still got me coming back!

I recently visited Twin Peaks for the first time after hearing that they serve the coldest and best beer. That part was absolutely true--my Michelada was ice-cold and pretty good! When it came to food, I wasn't sure what to order, so I asked the waitress for recommendations. Her response? "Everything!" Not exactly helpful, but I decided on the avocado cheeseburger with fries, while my group ordered wings with fries and fish and chips. Unfortunately, my burger was extremely dry and disappointing, and the fries weren't any better--also dry and lacking flavor. The fish strips were much smaller than expected and tasted bland. The only real highlight of the meal was the wings--they were definitely the best of the three dishes. On the positive side, the restaurant was clean, and our waitress was very sweet. However, based on my experience, I won't be returning.

Had never been here but since my friends and I were in the area we decided to give them a try. It was pretty busy when we arrived and we were told there was a 25 minute wait. The hostess was friendly and checked us in since we decided to wait. After just a few minutes of waiting, our table was surprisingly ready. We sat down and scanned the QR code that was on the table. We sat for a while until finally the server came over. She was friendly, introduced herself, and took our drink orders. Once our drinks were dropped off, she took our food orders. We ordered: One appetizer sampler - tenders, mozzarella bites, and fried pickles One burger with sweet potato fries One country fried steak with mashed potatoes and green beans One salmon entrée with mashed potatoes The sampler was enough for the three of us. The tenders were really good! The pickles were ok and the mozzarella bites were not my favorite as they were cold. I ordered the country fried streak and it not only looked unappetizing, it was not good at all. It tasted very reheated and had no flavor. The mashed potatoes were gross as they were flavorless and also cold. The salmon had no flavor and had a very strong weird smell. The burger was very greasy but the sweet potato fries were yummy. Service could've been better. My friends burger was served way after we got our food and we had to flag our server down to let her know my friend was still waiting. Not a good first time visit for us.

Say what you want, but this place has amazing food. I come here all the time because I crave the fish n chips. The chicken and salmon dishes are just as good. I have had different dishes and none of them disappoint. Service is usual pretty quick and wait times are usually shorter than what they say so it is definitely a place to stop by for a quick bite. Came here to see the differences between this location and my hometown in Texas. Atmosphere/Ambiance - 4/5 - This wasn't too far from my hotel stay, and located in a nice area actually. Typical twin peaks vibe. Staff - 4/5 - Sat at the bar, and it was really hard to get ahold of the bartender to get a drink. Food/Drink - When I finally did get their attention, I was able to order the following: Double Stacked Nachos - 4/5 - Nothing great or bad about them. Just good ole bar nachos. Fried Pickles - 4/5 - Again, just bar food that went well with the beers. Chicken Tenders - 3/5 - These were a little overcooked, but considered that can be normal at a bar restaurant, no big complaint over here. Overall, we have these locations in Texas, and I just wanted to check out the differences. Nothing against this spot, but I will probably eat/drink at other places the next time I am back here for work.

Cold wings and stale fries the sun is already down

I usually come here often and today had unfortunately been treated unfairly by the manager Jason and called and a**hole by my server as I had waited for an hour to get my food and so did my other friends I asked for a manager and this is how I was approached you can hear from my lawyer soon.

Naked wings are great. 12 Wings half Cajun rub half classic.

The food was delicious, took a while but worth the wait. Service was alright definitely felt like we had a new server as drinks were incorrect first time and had to remind a few extra times as well. Cheese bites and bacon apps highly recommended. i recommended this place as the best Twin Peaks a couple years ago. it's a shame the service has gone down tremendously. the servers know they are getting tips and there is zero interaction. not sure what happened other than the great people leaving and order takers came in. i actually use to call this location as a flagship of what the company wanted but now it's just average service, below average food and if football or nba playoffs are not on than below average ambiance. this is a shame because they had great people why did they leave. sad to see i visit as all the time but will visit here less read more

Best Twin Peaks in Arizona hands down! The place itself is so open and the atmosphere just feels so much better than the other locations. On top of the beer specials and happy hour/lunch specials, our usual bartender Kimmie is always so attentive and friendly even at times when she hasn't come on shift yet! The food is great and the beer is cold, definitely will continue to come back especially when the service is replicated by the likes of our usual bartender! read more

service was slow on wednesday night shouldnt be an excuse for poor service having tab open while sitting out in patio how indoor tab cant be combined with the outdoor tab is ridiculous ..(same bar restaurant) servers were great and helpful but being micromanaged by pos manager who was rude and cut us off is unacceptable for no reason ..having 1 server god bless her soul elyzza for a party of 40+ she did the best she could ..we wouldve spent more money if the service was great ..having to migrate over to bar louie was an inconvenience ..very poor managing .. read more

My wife and I tried this bar for the first time since its recent opening. Twin Peaks has a fairly small menu which I think is great. The burger I had was great and our chips with salsa was outstanding, best salsa I have ever had. Our waitress was friendly and gave us the perfect amount of attention. We saw several other items on the menu that looked good and we look foward to returning to try them as well. This may sound silly to some folks but, a place as nice as Twin Peaks does not need to have their staff dressed so scantily in order to draw folks in. I wish they could have a little classier attire. But that is just my opinion. read more

Been to this location several times and usually a good experience and can count on cold beers!! All the TVs are great and for the most part great service. Last few times have been hit or miss but the good usually outweighs the bad. For example, just came in and the hostess was eating hot Cheetos while asking us how many in our party but our server and beers were on point. I've been coming to twin peaks for a few times over the years in The North Scottsdale location. I decided to give the Tempe-marketplace location a try. I'll tell ya I thought I've had shitter service in Scottsdale (Well I was wrong). The girls weren't even aware that they're on Planet Earth . So I don't drink any alcohol at all and I ordered some wings and some soda's for a friend and I. The waitress completely didn't acknowledge our existence at all. Just because my friends and I don't drink alcohol doesn't mean that you can ignore us. It seems like when everyone else orders alcohol they get 100% top-notch attention. Nice venue- my chicken was smoked too long but other than that I would revisit. The wait twine was quite short considering it was a March Madness Event going on. My waitress or see from St Louis, Kay was also attentive for the most part. Please not, I wouldn't encourage parents to bring kids as this really is not a family environment. This was the first time visiting a TP for my female friend and I. Love the TVs, the "views" and overall atmosphere. I liked that it wasn't quite as loud as other similar places, and the uncluttered layout probably helps with that. Our positives would be the super cold beer (coldest Blue Moon I've ever had), the old pinups near the bathrooms, and the food was made very well - especially my friend's burger. Cons would be the 30 minute wait for our entrees (on a late Sunday night), my blackened chicken was super small (but great-tasting), Men's bathroom was a junior high dirty mess and we didn't really dig the dead animals as décor. Waitress was super smart (took our order by memory), very accommodating in our requests, but just had a weird vibe as in forcing herself to smile and be nice, but in a disingenuous way. Not a big deal, though. I would definitely go again, if only for the cold beer and wall-to-wall televisions. read more

We ordered drinks, wings and the steak bites which came with potato slices. The wings were great. Very crispy and flavorful. Unfortunately the steak bites and potatoes were almost inedible. So salty I couldn't really tolerate them. This is a great spot to watch sports as well as people watch. I may be back to give it another try.

I've been a frequent visitor since this location has opened, and I am very impressed with its exceptional service! I have had a few encounters and for the sake of time I'm just going to list them all off so bare with me. I had the sirlo steak with potatoes and broccoli...medium rare. Kudos to those that prepared the food as it was delicious!! Paired it with an IPA Lagunitas. Well, a couple lol. During my visit I had the pleasure of having Lima from Peru as my bartender (beautiful smile by the way). She has the best hair!!! As promised I am giving my praises for the rest of the All Star Team I encountered. Not just for their absolute beauty, but for the Genuine conversation that I have had with each of them. So- my buddy and me generally come here for sports. The service is never unbelievable, but today on a slow Sunday our server was plain rude and dense. When I say dense- I mean as an example buddy orders kettle-soda. So she brings him a full glass of club soda, I'm talking soda cup size. We were willing to look past that cause, well you know- Yari- can make mistakes. Then let's fast forward to where my buddies drink never shows up. Then my beer never shows up, our server Yari was too busy touching some nasty ass dog, which why would anyone bring their dirty dog and sit it at the table- get real. To top all this off literally every server here goes and touches this dog, then touches people's food and drinks, yes I witnessed this, no they didn't wash their hands. Absolutely disgusting. Overall, this place was humid and outright lazy. We tip well. When we get good service - this should be a zero star, but you can't. So Yari- do better. Do better. read more

We went in after a spring training game and was seated quickly by a nice hostess girl. Our server approached us quickly and got our drinks quickly. I was surprised with this place being so newly opened. Our server was amazing and answered all our questions about the drink specials and menu. I learned her name is Grace and I was shocked as a woman to find such a nice down to earth girl here. I really did not want to come try this place but my husband said they had good food. I was happy she heard all our specifications and our sandwiches came as we asked. Not a lot of places can even do that anymore. The Ambiance was fine. In 2023, I ordered fish from your restaurant. What I received was not gold brown but looked like blackened Cajun fish. Disgusting. In 2024 or yesterday, I was invited to a birthday party at your restaurant. I thought well let's give this a second. I'll order the fish and see if they can get it right this time. Once again the fish was overcooked and dry and one piece out of three was so burnt it was inedible. I ate what I could. Shame on you for caring about profits and not the customer. Well, our most recent trip to the Tempe location we did come across this beautiful young lady by the name of Bridget and she is LEGIT! So first of all.... I flew in for the weekend after DJ-ing a show here in town. Someone told me about this place and I had to check it out. Atmosphere was so so. It's an elevated Hooters! The restaurant seems to have their ducks in a row for bar food it's not bad. I was expecting everything (sauces, dressings etc.) out of a plastic container. I was pleasantly surprised there's some actual kitchen work going on back there! A PINT of beer is ubiquitous around the world!!!! For hundreds of years a PINT has been the measure for beer! I've been coming to this place for over a year and have found it to be the best place in Tempe to enjoy a drink (29 degree beer) and watch sports and all the major paper view events (no cover charge) and a ton of TV's, the staff from the managers down are all very pleasant and accommodating and punctual particularly Jasmine, Lexi, Kimbita, Kimi and Jordan! I come here often. From a purely practical perspective, Twin Peaks has the coldest beer of any place in the valley that I have ever been to. They also have at least fifty tvs to watch whatever your sporting event of choice is. I have visited several of these and have found that the Glendale Twin Peaks is the best! One of the bartenders totally ignored that our glasses were completely empty. She moved very slow and looked like she did not want to be there at all! I am in the customer service business and this would be a great training on how not to treat your customers! Service was horrible. Was sat down in the back when there was a perfectly good table inside that ended up being given to the people that came in after us. Was ignored for 20 minutes so we got up & had to sit at the bar just to be served.
