No big deal at all, I get that items run low during busy late hours, but when I asked if they could just take it off and swap in something else (I wasn't feeling fries that night), Julia handled it like a pro. Unfortunately, my recent visit to this spot was overshadowed by incredibly poor service, despite the food being great. Our server, Grace, was absolutely rude and lazy throughout the entire experience. I had ordered 4 shots, and two of them had a bit of Tajín in the glass. One of my friends wasn't comfortable with the glass being dirty and asked for a new shot, while my other friend just accepted it due to the slow service. When we pointed this out, the server who brought the shots basically tried to push us to just take them as-is before eventually switching them out after some convincing. Later, I ordered a beer at 11:56, just before closing, and Grace asked if we needed anything else from the bar. I requested another round, and she said she'd talk to her manager. However, she came back quickly without ever speaking to the manager, telling us she wasn't going to serve us and making snide comments like, "Are you going to pay my bills?" and "I have bills to pay for." Honestly, it was uncalled for, and no one asked about her financial situation--it just felt unprofessional and rude. We tried to explain that the delay in service was why we needed another round, but she dismissed us and refused to accommodate. It was a disappointing end to an otherwise decent meal. Overall, the food was great, but the service was terrible. I'm sharing this as a heads-up about what you can expect from certain servers here. The chili was a little salty but still delicious. It wasn't spicy and came with onions and cheese. The steak salad was filling, and the meat was tender. 2 times in a row I have come to this place to watch the nba playoffs and twice I left before ordering a single beer. 1st time the bartenders were overwhelmed and didn't even acknowledge me after 10 mins sitting at the bar. 2nd time there was no wait and I wanted to sit at a table by the bar that was clean and empty, the hostess told me I couldn't because the waitress was on break. The beer was cold, the wings were steamy and the service was good and while Mr.Bagg would give this place 5 stars, I didn't enjoy the view as much (if you know what I mean).... Overall I can't complain, I got to take the Bagg home and enjoyed the rest of my night, whatever does the trick I guess ;) No food picture, yet again... technology is hard for old people. P.s. I was unsure being a female how the experience would be-- and I was pleasantly surprised... first impression the restaurant was clean and had super cool decor! Our server Heidi was so warm and inviting! She gave us great food and drink recommendations. We had a sampling of goodies like Italian flatbread, generous nachos and their grilled and smoked wings.. so good! To drink I had a peanut butter espresso martini.. Which is now my new favorite! At the end of our meal we met Vanessa, a manager and she was just as energetic.. greeted us with a smile and gifted us a complementary chips and queso card for our next visit.. woo hoo. They have a lot of specials during the weekdays, not too much during the weekend when we went though. All in all, not as trashy as I was expecting and it was an interesting experience. my wife and i have come to this location maybe 3 times, last night was our third time. and every time we have come here, the service is mediocre at the table, however the moment we walk in, the hosts just stare at us like "why are you even in here" but the moment a male walks in, they smile instantly, ready to greet them. our server was okay last night, we orders a few drinks and when we're brought to us by other servers, they just put them down with attitude and walked away. same thing happened when our food arrived. but there was a table full of males and the servers were extra chipper with them. we enjoy the food here, it has never been bad. but being two females, i feel like the hosts and server don't want to have anything to do with us because they think they won't get the tip? if anything, we would probably tip you more than the males.. but with how we get treated every time.. that's not the case. i am a manager myself at a restaurant and if my hosts or servers EVER made the guests feel unwelcomed, they would get promoted to customer really quick. also, while we were eating, i am assuming who was the busser was scrubbing the baseboards around us which was unnecessary. that should have been done before or after hours or while there's no one in the restaurant. i dont want to be eating my food while someone is scrubbing the floors right next to me. it made me lose my appetite. we enjoy the food and it's hard to say that we wouldn't be coming back, but we wouldn't be coming back to at least this location. read more

So I'm leaving a second review after coming here fairly regularly over a year or so period. Im also upgrading my review to 5 stars. This location provides consistently high quality from the food to the service, and now the environment has been upgraded! I really enjoy the new look. The restaurant is more open and some of the tables are cafeteria style which promotes a social atmosphere. There are still individual tables though. Hell I usually sit alone. I just like seeing people having a good time. There are some stunning as well as super nice servers here but it has pretty much always been that way since I've been coming here. They offer a variety of food on the menu including healthy choices and a veggie burger that is just fantastic. Best of all it won't break the bank...unless you go stupid on the tip. P10 is down the street haha. But the servers do seem to build rapport with repeat customers. Overall if you haven't been here in awhile, it's worth another visit. I suggest Friday during happy hour.
