Great food, great drinks and amazing staff that was very friendly and attentive. I love the vibe they have and the whole place felt very welcoming . We had a kid friendly gathering there Christmas and they were very accommodating to what we requested, highly recommend.

Weeknight dinner with friends. The restaurant was not busy but it did take a while for service and for food to come out. It was trivia night so we were prepared for a night of fun, friends and food. We ordered a couple of appetizers, The fried pickles and the deviled eggs. The fried pickles were a bit salty but had good flavor. The deviled eggs were good. I ordered the steak and frites, the steak was good but the fries were a bit overcooked. Overall, The service ended up being friendly and we enjoyed our visit. We also enjoyed the trivia night experience. That was fun! We will be back to try other things on the menu.

Came here with coworkers for a happy hour and we all had a great time. The bartender was super accommodating, we tried pretty much all the food from the happy hour menu and it was all so good. The ribs, the wings, thd cheese sticks, the fried pickles, the meatballs. Very nice choices. The place is super different and I love the decor. The monkeys accents are so different and very clever for decoration choices. The place is very nice inside, the atmosphere is great, it has such a classy, yet laid back vibe. We're planning on coming back for another outting. My first time here was successful for sure!

Odds has charming decor with elegant features but casual enough to enjoy a relaxing drink with friends. So we had to come back for a proper brunch. We love their cocktails so we had to try the mimosas. They were milder on the juice but potent as expected. The breakfast plate Full Monte came with toast, baked beans, banger sausage, diced potatoes, mushrooms, tomatoes, eggs, and bacon. The meal was great, the atmosphere lovely, another service excellent, of course. If there is anything said to be wrong, it is the parking lot seems very full.

Decided to make another visit because I loved the Yelp event here! Some of the items I got at the Yelp events weren't on the menu and I was a little sad about that. The Cuban sliders, tropical shrimp, ceviche tostado, or the salmon canape wasn't on the menu. However, I'm always open to trying new things Appetizer -Truffle fries- tasty and you can taste the truffle Main/Entree - Salmon- I got my salmon with the cream sauce that typically is for the chicken. It was so good and I highly recommend adding it as an option. It was a very comforting way to eat salmon. -Brocollni- Just typical brocollini, nothing over the top. It was solid and a good side item -Brussel sprouts - These were a hit at the yelp event. I wish they were prepared the same way. The sauce on top is better than on the side. I think they should let customers choose if they want it on the side or over the top. I didn't enjoy this dish Dessert churro with churro gelato- YUMMMMMM add it to th menu OFFICIALLY I will be back for brunch to decide if Odds will be a regular spot for me

An unassuming, "odd-but-in-a-good-way" spot for dinner, happy hour, and a date night! I first learned about this spot after such a positive experience at the recent Yelp Elite event and told my husband we should give it a try for a date night. We went on a Wednesday night and made sure to take advantage of their weekday happy hour that occurs 3-6:30pm. From the happy hour menu, I got a New York sour ($10 classic cocktail) and he got a $5 draft, and we shared the truffle fries and salt and pepper wings (each $8). We were still feeling like eating more food so we ended up also ordering and sharing their classic burger. Neither of us expected much from their food since it looked more focused on their bar area, but all the food was surprisingly delicious! Their truffle fries were lovely with a light crisp, pillowy inside and savory aioli. Their wings were extremely crispy with plenty of meat on them, and were so well-seasoned that you didn't really need to dunk them in the provided sauces (buffalo and bbq) - my mouth is watering just remembering how good these were. Then, there was the wonderful burger which maybe couldn't beat but would definitely rival some of the best we've had in town! The patty was a decent sized hunk of well cooked meat with paper thin crispy onions, non-soggy tomatoes and lettuce, and a hearty bun. I wished I had a second stomach to finish it all, but I was so full after all the wings and fries. We plan to come back to this spot for the burger alone. Our server was extremely friendly and very on top of taking care of us the minute we sat down. She was there every step of the way, and had given us the heads up recommendations for the wings and burger. A+ service! Parking is plentiful as it is located in a large shopping plaza.

People! You've got to try Odds for weekend brunch. Caprese salad was sooooo good! Definitely coming back for a repeat. Easy access, great location, and super cool retro atmosphere.

Horrible parking, food just ok. Jasmine our server was also the bartender. Nice but had to go looking for her. No hostess at 215pm Friday Weird seating with 2 tops along the wall. Creamy chicken pasta had very little chicken. Odds bread pudding was delicious.

Sad strip of cheesecake. Supposed to be Basque... is barely Blonde.

So Odds was started because of the poker club next door. That club had gone from providing dinner for players (BBQ, pizza, etc.) to having vendors come in to sell food to selling pre-packaged food (sandwiches, etc.) but apparently didn't want to be in that business. So, they open Odds as a separate restaurant with a mission to be a good place to eat, even when you're not at a poker table. Odds is good. The food is good quality, the flavors pop - nothing wrong with that at all. The problem lies in pricing and price-to-value ratio. They're clearly pricing to a captive audience (as soon as Odds open, the poker room disallowed ANY outside food, including UberEats or other restaurants in the shopping center). $17 for a chicken sandwich and fries - even a good one - is ridiculous. $23 for a korean BBQ and rice bowl? And the cheesecake... see my picture of the three spoonfuls of cheesecake they call a serving. Also: advertised as a Basque cheesecake... was barely blonde. Cut the prices by 25-30% and you've got good value. But they won't - they have a captive audience. That suggests that the quality is likely to decrease over time, too, as they look to eek out even more profit margins. Bottom line - would I go to Odds as a standalone restaurant? Absolutely not - there are too many just-as-good restaurants very, very nearby to justify the price difference.

This was my first time here. I love the decor and vibe of this place, and it wasn't too busy for a Friday night. My friend and I chose to sit at the bar so we could watch the mixology magic happen. The drinks were top notch, and I enjoyed the Smoke Sho and the Odds Cure All. I ordered the ahi tuna poke bowl without the cucumbers and wonton strips. It was delicious! My friend's veggie power bowl was a little bland, so I shared my poke sauce to perk it up. I definitely enjoyed myself enough to come again.

The Wednesday lunch bunch tried the new bar and bistro in Round Rock today. Odds Bar and Bistro is very upscale with a nice bar and the requisite tvs scattered around the bistro. No host greeted us when we entered until the bartender hurried over and told us we could sit anywhere. It appeared that there was no waitstaff on duty and we were the only customers in the restaurant. He promptly brought us menus and water and returned shortly to take our orders. Three of us ordered the odds burger with fries. The lettuce, tomato, onion, etc were supposed to be on the side but everything was stacked up on the burger. After deconstructing to our preferences, we dug in. The 1/2 burger was well cooked but no apparent seasonings and lacking flavor. Overall, we wanted to like Odds Bar and Bistro but the experience was average at best. We all rated it a 5 or 6 out of 10. We hope to see some improvement next time we visit.

Such a cute and sleek place! Not sure if it's always as quiet, but there wasn't really anyone there. However the bartender Nick was awesome! They have a very great late night happy hour that's from 9pm-11pm with great options on it. I had the Chinese BBQ ribs and wasn't really a fan, they for sure tasted like they were on a Chinese buffet line. However I also had the meatballs, and they were pretty good. Overall my margaritas was really great and I'll be back again!

Smash burger with home fries and to the right the burrata salad with arugula and a balsamic drizzle!

I order the yard bird. it was an oven baked chicken with veggies. good, but not worth $22. I could've made it at home. everyone else at the table basically ordered pancakes with eggs or French toast because the menu was literally that limited, there was no "oo I want to try that!" moment. The service was great as we were a big party. The staff kept coming to our table to apologize on the long wait times; which was confusing because there was barely anyone in the restaurant... but the parking lot was full? where were all of those people? I don't know. the experience wasn't bad but, it didn't hold up to the standard of whiskey cake that I'm used to. especially for $66. the Katy location was so good, it even smelled like whiskey cake. and I remembered this restaurant brand having more culinary forward items like their blue cheese chips during happy hour. (which i lovedddd) If I'm ever out in Round Rock again, I may give it another try, but it won't be for brunch.

Stopped by to catch a game and enjoyed it very much! Our server was great! Very attentive and…read morefriendly! We ordered food as well but forgot to snap a pic. We ordered the turkey club sandwich with waffle fries for the side. The sandwich was pretty yummy but the fries were a bit over cooked but still ate them. The place was a bit rowdy but it IS a sports bar so that's normal! Overall great! Will be going back to catch more games!

Great fun outdoor and indoor bar restaurant that is in downtown round rock. It's a cool environment…read moreand kid friendly. Plenty of outdoor tvs and you can hear the sports on the tv so much appreciated to get a good drink and watch sports. The venue is clean, large open spaces, big drink menu so any beer and cocktail they got it. For me the location, how clean the inside and outside was, the fun factor is a solid 10/10. Great overall atmosphere. I will say the let down is some of the food items, it needs help. I only took pictures of the fish n chips meal but I ordered fried pickles, had a few wings, chips and dip, and egg rolls. The egg rolls are nice and crunchy, it had a corn and bean interior, nice warm with the extra crispy exterior. Good ranch dipping sauce. The wings are also good, crispy exterior nice fluffy chicken interior, it's not the best wings I've had but also not the worst. The flavor menu is a little short so you're not going to get a ton to choose from. The chips and salsa, the queso is amazing. Nice creamy, thick, cheese flavor, the salsa is nice and semi chunky. Both hold on to chips but the chips we got were ultra stale. I mean rock hard. We asked for new chips and luckily the new chips were fresh. The let down had to be the fish and chips. The batter was too thick, the batter also was still raw. The cod is nice and semi thick, still cooked all the way but since the batter was soo thick, it didn't have that crisp factor the crunchy flavor was gone, it didn't have the crispy exterior. In the pictures you'll see how thick it was. The waffle fries were ok, not the best not the worst just in the middle, still crispy but it was semi cold when we got them.
