I love coming to this bar, the ambiance and the service is the vibe! I would recommend a frozen coffee here, it's amazing! I've never had a frozen coffee alcoholic drink taste as good! I would recommend Elliot as the bartender, he does an amazing job!

Full bar area with plenty of options. And they kept the tv off.

Great place to have a drink listen to some music and make new friends. Great atmosphere wasn't overcrowded for a Friday night had a immaculate vibe and they even had gender neutral bathrooms. Bartenders were helpful and attentive and super friendly.

Get the frozen Irish coffee! It was the best drink I've had in awhile. The crunchy coffee grounds on top make it. The service from Lora was great!

Frozen Irish Coffee; worth a visit to drink this!!

Hole-in-the wall dive bar in Hipster-Central Depo Ellum! Nothing fancy in ghe Twilight Lounge; just an old fashioned pub. Limit your mixed drinks to 2 ingredients to avoid overwhelming the bartender. But the bar is well-stocked, and the casual vibe is a welcome relief from the frenzied prep-school polish of many Deep Ellum bars! Def stop here for an Irish Coffe; frozen from a machine - it is perfect. PERFECT. If you want more Irish Whiskey in yours to make it kick harder - Jameson awaits behind the bar! Sadly; the frozen Jack & Coke is no longer available. Or at least it wasn't last night. That concoction would've really brought out the trailer-trash element! Hah!

This is my type of bar! Very cool design and decor. Great music and great seating. Also the bar tender was really cool and helped with cocktail selection

Our bartender was so so nice. She was working on a Sunday afternoon. We came in for drinks and wedding planning. The wells were only $3 each. The seating was really cute, they had booths inside and out back they had a patio area with chairs. At night its lit really nicely. On this afternoon there were only about 2 other groups of people there, and the vibe was so chill. I will definitely come back , i felt extremely welcomed. & thats important to me. Thanks, Twilite. First time at this place, lured in by the jazz/reggae band. Upon entering the acoustics were a bit off so unfortunately the band sound a lot like noise but you could tell they were really good. We decided to sit outside because the bar wait was too long. We ended up waiting a bit outside anyway but after that the service was great. It was a little hot but for the most part it was a good spot to be in the middle of all the action but still be able to carry on a conversation. We will be back! Had a good time :)

Deep Ellum gets another new bar, and I'm thrilled. Finally checked it out last night and I liked it. It has a nice bar area with comfy seats. Plenty and plenty of booze. There are booths on the back wall that looked cozy. They have a patio too that I didn't get to check out, but will soon. I like that this place is not super loud, they have a cool juke box, and the Rangers were on the TV last night. Welcome to the 'hood. Can't wait to get to know you better.

There is no respect for the line whatsoever, and large groups of people are just consistently let in before those standing in line. Given the fact that this is more of a cocktail bar than a club, this is highly abnormal. That being said, it's easily one of the most pretentious places for nightlife in Dallas. One person in our party asked the waitress for a drink recommendation only to be brought out a totally different drink that did not live up to the hype. We ordered several appetizers and a few sushi rolls. We contemplated dessert at one point but were convinced otherwise when one roll never made it to our table & it took several minutes after we were done with our meal for our waitress to check in with us again. We ultimately decided to just ask for our check and to our surprise, some of the things we ordered were never noted on the bill-- great, but what a bummer of an experience for our first time. Whatever food made it out to our table was good and it came out in a timely fashion. Ambiance seemed to have more of a "clubish" feel with a DJ set up in a corner and the scene becoming more lively as the night went on. I've read a lot of other reviews for this business that have confirmed my doubts. It seems like Lounge 31 has potential to return to what it once was. Perhaps giving it another chance in the future may bring promising new perspective.

The hotel property is like four legs under the table - a great location, a great hotel experience, a great restaurant experience, and a entertainment experience (The Mansion Bar). At least one leg has been kicked out, one is suffering. The Mansion Bar used to have a great recipe for success - proven by how busy and regular the customers were and loyal (or was), and the top tier talent that was routine for 10+ years. Me and my friends have a relationship with the long time staff as customers as well as the excellent music talent. The cause? Not precisely sure but I think it's new ownership, at the very least a new Food & Bev manager. I also know the staff is very upset about these changes and the relationships with the repeat music talent is now a mess. I wouldn't be surprise if the staff start leaving. I'm hoping whomever is making these decisions can revert back to what was working. Dallas has a lot of great venues that will fill this void.

When we walked in, the hostesses greeted us and seated us at the table we had reserved in the Leopard Room. Initially, we were placed at a small half table along the wall. We asked if it was possible to move, and they happily accommodated us. That particular table felt a bit awkward for conversation since you can barely face the person across from you. It might work better for someone sitting alone and people watching rather than having a full conversation. Service throughout the night was great. The staff checked in regularly without being intrusive and made sure we always had what we needed. For drinks, I would say they were just okay. They were not bad, but they also were not particularly memorable. Given the speakeasy concept, I expected a bit more creativity in both flavor and presentation.
