When it comes to airport restaurants, you have to be opened minded to the quality and options depending on your airline terminal. In the United Airlines terminal, I wanted to sit down and eat with my boss so we opted for this place. Service was decent considering it was 1 lady holding down the whole restaurant. You do order from a QR code which makes it convenient but splitting checks is tough. For how busy the place was, they make sure table tops were clean which was nice. My boss and I shared everything and it's definitely not mind blowing but portions were big and value was there. read more

Don't walk very far for this one. Service was practically non-existent. You order with your phone. No one stopped by during our meal to see if we needed anything. We ordered a pizza and the short rib ravioli. The bill was $65 and they asked for a $12 tip. PIzza was ok - if you need something to eat, I would go that route. read more

Drinks were made incorrectly. 25 $ whisky sour served in wrong glass. I believe not made correctly. 7$ strawberry mocktail no soda. Had to complain about both. Pasta was hot. Vodka pasta with shrimp, 35$. Not offered Parmesan. Sauce was watery. Will not be back. read more

Very disappointed in the Ohare location. Over $50 for a small bowl of penne (no meat) and a 6 oz glass of the least expensive Pinot. No bread or salad came with dinner. Walked away hungry for a premium price. read more

They have transformed to more of a self-service but in the busy airport it was nice to sit down in peace at a table with a nice table cloth. I ordered the salmon which was a great portion. Stood for 5+ min waiting for someone to stop looking at me then go about their business. Order by QR code wouldn't work day for another 5+ waiting on someone. Once I got the food ordered it was ok for an airport meal. Was going to have a drink, but $44 for a martini, nope! read more

We had about 4hrs layover in ORD. We decided to find a restaurant in our Terminal (B) so we can relax. Saw this restaurant and decided to go for it. It has always been my impression that airport food is bad and expensive. Well, price is average as any Italian restaurants outside but it was worth every penny. Both pasta dishes were sooo good, both quality and taste. I'm glad we had some good food here. Restaurant is spacious and quiet. Having a late lunch, we weren't rushed. We continued to sit and relax. Server was very nice. read more

The food, wine, and cocktails were nothing short of spectacular. Every dish was crafted with care, bursting with flavor, and made from fresh, high-quality ingredients. Whether you're a foodie or just looking for a memorable meal, the variety and richness of the flavors really stand out. The drinks, in particular, were a highlight--each cocktail was not only unique but expertly mixed and presented, adding a special touch to the experience. Despite having a large group, the restaurant handled our party seamlessly. The staff was organized and efficient, making sure that everything was delivered on time and everyone was taken care of, which can be a challenge with bigger parties. read more

Horrible breakfast. Burnt bacon, burnt coffee. Unfriendly service. Expensive inedible food.

You would think Airport Italian would just be meh...wrong! The food here was spectacular! I had spinach ravioli and it was delicious. Atmosphere: super quite and tucked back into a quite hall at a busy airport. Best was the service. My leader Constantine was absolutely amazing! What a treat! We stopped at this particular airport restaurant because it was right next to our gate. Because we were flying on an international flight where dinner would be served, we opted for a drink and light meal of shared plates. Our salad was large and well dressed with a nice variety of fresh vegetables, cici beans and cheese. The fried calamari was over done -- either the oil was too hot or the squid was in the fryer for longer than necessary. It was edible but not the best. I won't recommend avoiding Tuscany, but I also can't recommend it as the best option for your pre-flight snack or meal. read more

An airport restaurant shouldn't be this good! On a busy Sunday afternoon, it is an oasis of calm and quiet, with plenty of comfortable seating at real tables (not just shelves that you lean against). We were seated promptly and our order was taken by a real waiter (Constantine) who clearly cares about food and made excellent recommendations. Our dishes were served without delay, hot and beautifully presented. And delicious! A hidden gem in Concourse 1 read more

Food is good quality and tasty. The staff is fast. GLUTEN FREE, items listed on the menu. Today is an especially chaotic day, in ALL airports due to really bad spring tornadoes, & storms. Everybody is stressed everywhere. But Tuscany STILL delivers quality. It was well worth walking from the opposite side of the airport. read more

Actually not bad for airport food. Regina Pizza was delightful - the sausage was super tasty. Next time we will skip the bisque as it was mostly just broth. I stopped in here while on a layover in Terminal B in ORD for an early lunch. I was greeted and sat immediately, and the hostess was friendly. My order was taken quickly, and I ordered an iced tea and caesar salad. The salad came quickly and was very good, with the lettuce being fresh and not wilty at all. It was nice having a normal Italian restaurant feel that didn't feel like it was in the middle of an airport, especially nice if you have a long layover and want to relax and have a break from the airport atmosphere. The prices are airport prices though, as a caesar salad was a bit more expensive than you'd expect at a normal restaurant (more than $20). When ready to leave, it took a while to get my check and it seems that there was a bit of confusion in this. It took a while for the server to come by and ask if I wanted my check. I finally stopped someone to ask if I pay at the table or up front, and she said the other waitress would come by with my check. After a few minutes she talked to the other server, and brought my check after a little bit. The service was good before this, though it may be a problem if you are in a rush for a flight. This might be worse if the restaurant is busier too, as I was one of less than ten tables I believe. If in ORD on a long layover again I may stop, but I may sit at the bar for faster service or stop at the grab and go counter. read more

Starving and arriving in O'Hare for a connecting flight, I left my concourse specifically wanting pizza (which I never want) and walked up on an Italian restaurant. I took 1 look at the menu and landed on pizza, with sausage and asked for a table. Ambiance: tasteful and lowkey reminded me of a stand alone Italian restaurant. The ONLY way it didn't is.. you had to leave them and walk down the hall to the restroom to wash your hands. lol Other than that, it was great. They had music playing, white table cloths and wine options. LOL Food: my food was pretty good. I'm funny about crust, but I enjoyed this one. Service: my server was nice and professional. She checked on me a few times to make sure all my needs were met and glass was full. Love it. When I stop thru O'Hare, on my way home... I'll be stopping by. read more

Would I return to Tuscany? Yes, because you can't beat the slower pace and quick service at this restaurant at the end of concourse B, however, I'd order a different item. The guys enjoyed their ice cold craft beer and their average pizza hit the spot on their empty stomachs. My Tuscany salad greens were fresh but the blue cheese vinaigrette was disappointing bland and void of blue cheese. Would not order again. read more

This is a solid five star review for no other reason that this restaurant is located in terminal 1 at O'Hare International airport in Chicago. Given the limited options for dining in one of the world's busiest airports this place is always consistent. Be coming here since it opened always able to get a seat at the bar. Staff is friendly and the food is much better than anything in the airport. Located near gate 16. read more

I don't enjoy eating at an airport restaurant, but this is one I would come back to in desperate times. The dining area is spacious and elegant. The complimentary bread is surprisingly good and is served warm. They provided oil and Parmesan cheese for dipping in. The Penne Stracciaca $19 was okay, something that I feel like I could make at home. It wasn't great, but it wasn't terrible. ....| \ _ , , , - - , , _ , .../ , ` . - ' ` ' . _ \ - ; ; ; , _ ..| , a - ) ) _ . ; . ( ` - ` - ' - ' ' - - - ' ' ( _ / . _ ) - ' ( _ \ _ ) 2020 read more

We sat out in front of the restaurant, which is in the aisle of the airport. Needless to say, it's busy, so it's more of a people-watching atmosphere than a romantic one. My wife and I shared a mixed salad, a pizza, and a glass of wine. I like ALL pizza, so I thought is was good. Of course the prices are "airport prices" as well. Service was very good. Regardless, I would recommend this restaurant as a viable option at Chicago O'Hare. read more

Worst airport food I've ever had, and that's saying something. Had a breakfast on a Sunday morning. Espresso machine was broken, so drip coffee. Got a veggie omelet, and wow I can't believe they call it an omelet. It was basically a single crepe with some pre-chopped frozen bell peppers and mushrooms. You know the type of veggies that I mean. Because of that they were soggy and mushy and made the whole thing watery. When I say it was a crepe, it was so flat that the toast and potatoes were twice the thickness. The frozen veg basically drove past an egg on the highway. The potatoes must have been pre-cooked and reheated and then left under the heat lamps. They were dehydrated except for the soggy bottom from all of the water coming off the "omelet". Service was fine, ambiance was fake fancy with tablecloth on tables but paper covering them up so they don't get dirty and menu headers in Italian give off cheap and cheesy "Mama Mia!!'" vibes. Major disappointment. I should have gotten McDonalds. read more

I was seated promptly to a very quiet hostess. My seat was next to the entrance of their kitchen which lead to the porters standing over me while I waited or was eating. Made for a very uncomfortable experience. The lighting was bright and the seating was cramped but expected from an airport eatery. To my displeasure the pizza looked like it came from the freezer section from a local grocery store. It tasted as if it was hatched from a freezer and blasted in a poorly calibrated oven. I believe red baron pizza tastes about the same as this. The table nearby had a burger that looked pretty delicious. For an Italian type eatery you'd think the burgers wouldn't overshadow the pizza. read more

I hate "Italian" places, I never go to one, but I've been back to this one 3 times! Why? This food and service was awesome and the waiters here where so nice! It was awesome for airport food!

As I type I am sitting in this restaurant and have to say: 1) yes the Chicago airport is a challenge when it comes to food options in general 2) this restaurant however is something - the staff member who seated me not friendly, the staff member who took my order and brought the food not really helpful nor attentive, no attention to the empty glass for a refill, the Caesar salad for 20 dollars not only overpriced but also not good - the amount of chicken is not only little but also the chicken is super dry for my personal taste. The seating itself is ok. Will not return. read more

For $22 glass of bloody mary- i would at least expect not a diluted tomato juice plus ice. Their Soup and salat is not a single price, a waiter tricked me to get a separate salad and soup for $44. Service is rushed. Never check back on you. Well, it is an Airport- an only excuse in here. read more

Never thought I'd be giving an airport restaurant four stars but here I go. Located in Terminal 1, in an enclave at the very end of the concourse, beside a Hudson newsstand, there it awaits. A calm oasis amongst the crowds and chaos of the Chicago O'Hare airport. This restaurant is a little more spacious and a little more peaceful (while we were there anyway) than their competition whose conventional environments are tight, crowded and noisy. The tables were even covered in checkered tablecloths. Jeez! Can you believe I tasted some of the best pasta I've had anywhere? Sure did! It wasn't even a pasta dish but merely a side to their delicious, generously portioned chicken Parmesan which was unbelievably delicious. There were 2 portions of chicken on the plate. It could easily have been split between two people. The accompanying pasta which I am so enamored with, was fresh, unsauced, but buttered and sprinkled with herbs and man oh man, was it good! Never had anything like it. It was light and perfectly cooked. I couldn't get it into my mouth fast enough. They also serve you Ciabatta with a fresh mound of Parmesan cheese and every table has a large bottle of olive oil on it. Husband had the sausage and peppers, another winner! Our meals were 22 and 19. We also had a bottle of pellegrino and one glass of wine and with tip, it came to 71.00. Service was good, but not great. Our waitress never came to check on us or offer me another glass of wine but the food came out quickly which is a plus when you're catching a flight. Overall, best airport meal both of us have ever had. You should go! read more

Great waitress. She was really attentive and had quite a few tables to attend. That being said, everything was pretty slow, thank goodness I wasn't in a hurry. I got a glass of wine and chicken and zucchini which actually was pretty good for airport food. Chicken breast wasn't overly dry and they just cooked it, I can tell fresh chicken from reheated. Good flavors in the dish and you get bread and olive oil I only recommend this if you have a few hours to waste read more
