    Lobster Roll. $37.50.
    Brian F.

Food was great! I had the infamous lobster roll, $37.50! I only did so because Delta gave me some meal vouchers for $24 for being 5 hours delayed. The lobster was tender and flavorful, the roll was buttery and a good balance of toasty and soft. I dinged the 3 stars because the bartender was a rude and had the personality of a doorknob. The asked if it was "for here or to go", and when I said "to go" he rolled his eyes. I came to realize that he was the only person on staff that knew how to redeem vouchers, so he was pressed to step away from the bar and run the food register. After that, the numbskull who didn't know how to use the register packed my order and seeing me sitting a mere 10 feet away, stayed still after calling my order and acted too annoyed or tired to hand it to me. I'm not lazy, but I was also trying to pull my luggage and get my backpack on before heading over. With all this, and the airport prices, I wouldn't come back.

The Hampton Social has a pleasant atmosphere overall. The bar area was large and spacious. I ordered the salmon which had a honey sauce that was too sweet for my taste. (To be clear it was a honey sauce so I should have expected a sweetness). Service was quick and pleasant. I was surprised to find a 18% service charge added to the bill. I would prefer the restaurant just include the price in the food price and be more transparent. But if you prefer to have the tip included this may work well for you.

Usually airport food is way overpriced and low quality. I was very surprised by my meal here as the price was reasonable (by airport standards, not normal restaurant standards haha). The service was soo friendly and attentive. The burger itself was a little greasy but it was very very good, much better than what I was expecting. The fries were also very crispy and they gave a LOT. I ended up not even being able to completely finish my food!

This restaurant/bar bucks the trend of bad airport food. Easy top choice if I'm ever transiting in ORD terminal 5. Great friendly service from the bartender. Both the chicken sandwich and the burger were comparable to good restaurants not inside an airport. Chicken was crispy and well fried, burger patty was simultaneously charred, juicy, and tender.

Breakfast sandwich. Bun is a croissant. Unbelievable. HUGE fruit cup included.

Amazing breakfast (brunch) spot near gates M6/7. Fast service, great food & drinks. (Coffee & Bailey's, Mimosas, etc...) HIGHLY recommended!!

Whenever I have enough time for a quick meal before a morning flight, I have enjoyed a breakfast sandwich from Hampton Social located in Terminal 5 (Delta Airlines). It is usually not busy in the morning, but have stopped by midday and as busy as it gets, the staff have maintain quick and effective service which is what everyone hopes for while at the airport. Looking forward to stopping by on my next travels

I'm SO GLAD to have actual sit down food options in terminal 5! The people here were so friendly, but I will say I was a little disappointed with the food. I got the smashburger and although it tasted good, it was extremely greasy and had a ton of sauce which made me feel kind of gross on the plane. It also came with disposable dishes and utensils which downgraded the experience of such a cool atmosphere and seemed unnecessarily wasteful to me. Overall though, this is one of the better options in the terminal!

Newly open in Terminal 5. Hampton Social brings American fare to the airport. Food aims to please everyone. This location has breakfast, coffee and dinner options. Liquor options including Frose and bubbles options. Overall my husband was impressed with his breakfast sandwich and served with fresh fruit. Double whiskey was made with Bulleit. Nice place to unwind before a flight.

My friends and I came here the day after the grand opening for my friend's birthday. I really enjoyed the Chicago riverside location, so I was really excited to come here. We had reservations and were immediately seated once we made it to the host stand. There was a pretty long line just to get to the host. Also, there is no restaurant parking. You either have to valet, find street parking or park in a nearby garage. We were immediately impressed by the ambiance and aesthetic. It definitely give Hampton, Coastal vibes. Our server, Ade was great! Super friendly, accommodating, personable and helpful. She helped us enjoy our first visit. We all ordered Hampton Frosés and enjoyed. The birthday girl also got the pink reverie, the cocktail with bubbles on top, but she didn't enjoy stating that it tasted like artificial sweeteners. I also got the i like it a yacht cocktail with rum in it and enjoyed it. We split the bang bang chicken and roasted Brussels sprouts for an appetizer, and we all enjoyed and would order again. The birthday girl ordered the creamy spicy vodka pasta. She said it was okay, but would probably just stick with the apps next time. My other friend ordered the honey glazed salmon and enjoyed it. I, on the other hand, did not enjoy my meal. I got the lobster roll, and it was very dry and bland. I had to request a side of melted garlic butter to jous it up. I had also requested fries instead of chips, but it was not disclosed to me that there was an up charge for my request. Because I was not impressed with my meal, and was overcharged for it, I have to take away a star. My recommendations are to visit during non peak hours, avoid the lobster roll and ask if there are up charges with your request. I'd be willing to come back for the apps, vibes and cocktails.

They offer a wide selection of hummus and spreads -- my favorites are the Carrot & Short Rib (served with pita) and the Whipped Feta with sourdough. The calamari is a MUST try, and their sushi selection is just as impressive. There truly is something for everyone. The ambiance is beautiful and beachy -- it honestly feels like you're stepping into a vacation destination. The music ties everything together perfectly and adds to the overall vibe. The service is excellent, with a team that is attentive, knowledgeable, and great at making recommendations based on your preferences. The drink menu features picture-worthy cocktails that are just as delicious as they look -- thoughtfully crafted and perfect for a night out. Located in Rosemont, near O'hare Airport it's a perfect spot for a night out, whether you're heading to a show, visiting the area, or just looking for a fun, elevated dining experience. After giving it a few more chances, I realized I was wrong -- so I took it down and I fully retract those statements. Today, I can confidently say this is one of the better restaurants in the Rosemont entertainment area. It's a great spot for date night or a night out with friends. Last night, my wife and I stopped in after a movie and were pleasantly surprised. Even without a reservation, we were greeted quickly by the hostesses and seated without issue. Our waitress delivered amazing service from start to finish. The drinks were excellent -- I had a Dirty Martini with blue cheese olives and Grey Goose vodka. Knocked it out of the park. We ordered the Kiss on Fire Maki Roll with seared salmon, tuna, and yellowtail -- fresh and delicious. The Spanish Octopus with corn purée, cherry peppers, sausage, and chimichurri was a standout -- a pleasant surprise and perfectly prepared. On a whim, I asked our waitress what appetizer she would recommend for us to share. She confidently suggested the Salmon Tartare. I was feeling adventurous and trusted her instinct -- and I'm glad I did. It ended up being my favorite dish of the night. The funny part? Afterward, she admitted she had never actually tried it herself -- she had just heard great feedback from other guests. After seeing how much I enjoyed it, she said she might finally give it a shot. I liked that. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I left happy -- and that's what I'm looking for when I go out. Good service. Good food. Served with a smile. Highly recommend.

While it is technically a chain, it never felt like one. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with beautiful natural light that made the space feel elevated yet comfortable. Our waiter, Romi, who is French, was incredibly attentive and genuinely sweet--service throughout the evening was excellent and added to the overall experience. The NY strip steak was outstanding, with a perfect crust and cooked exactly right. The Caesar salad was another standout--simple, classic, and very well executed. The crab claws were fresh and delicious, though they do come at a premium price. The calamari was also excellent and generously portioned; it could easily be shared among four people. The bread rolls were the one miss for us. They arrived cold, and the butter lacked richness, tasting more like margarine--we wouldn't order these again. The potatoes au gratin, while tasty, weren't really au gratin in the traditional sense and felt more like a deconstructed baked potato. On the other hand, the asparagus was perfectly cooked and very enjoyable. For dessert, we were treated to a complimentary baked Alaska. While it's not personally my favorite dessert, the tableside fire presentation is fun--if you enjoy a little theatrical flair, it's worth trying at least once. Overall, Truluck's delivered a refined dining experience that stood out in an area dominated by chains, with excellent service, strong entrees, and a welcoming ambiance that made the evening feel special.

When I first walked in I thought it was a very small restaurant, but it's actually way bigger than it looks and they walked us thru a few different rooms before getting to our table in the back private room. We had the room to ourselves for the first 30 min of our meal, which was lovely. The service was beyond incredible. Fernando was our server who went above and beyond the entire meal. And Jason (i believe the manager) stopped by to chat and shared fun tidbits about the concert...as well as gave us detailed directions of how to find the venue within the casino. The food did not disappoint either. We started off with some oysters and the chilled vinegar sauce served with it was amazing. I got shrimp cocktail as my main meal, which may have been the best shrimp cocktail I've had in awhile. I often eat shrimp cocktail from Costco at home as a good protein snack, but it's going to be tough to eat their shrimp after a taste of Hugo's. My husband was very happy with his steak, but was nice enough to share some bites with me and I can see why he was thrilled. Seasoned and cooked to perfection. They said dessert was on the house in honor of my husband's bday. He's a huge carrot cake fan and they brought out a slice of carrot cake that could feed 15 people. We had a bit and they even stored the leftovers for us until after the concert so we could take it home to our cake loving children. Both my husband and I agreed this was one of the better meals we've had in a long time and wondered why we've stayed away from Hugo's for so long!
