Fun neighborhood bar where the people are friendly & the bartender can make a great Mai Tai!! I seen some awards on the wall so they're definitely doing it right!! We really had a fun time & didn't want to leave at closing time for a Thursday is 11PM!

A local sports bar with pool tables. They obviously have a local following since all the people sitting at the bar the bartenders and the other patrons. Small limited menu, appropriately bar food. I ordered the fried mozzarella with marinara, tasted like Rich's frozen from the supermarket. Also the Cuban sandwich which I like and haven't had in a long time. They were out of it, so I tried the Sloppy Joe, good but the bun fell apart.

Service Came in and it was empty. Maybe ten people in there. Sat at the bar to watch the game, right beside the waitress station. She proceeded to three times come up as close as she could to me making annoyed clicks and hugging. Each time mumbling under her breath. Last time she said this isn't going to work she has to move that chair. 1. It was there when arrived 2. She vpuld have simply asked insgead of tryimg to passive agressively get me to move. She could have asked me to move. Right out the door to a different place to spend our money. I will say this may be a one-off. The bartenders here are incredible and last time was great.

We shared the mussels and chopped Italian salad to start, and both were very good. For my entrée, I split the eggplant parmesan with my girlfriend, and we both enjoyed it. The reason I don't come here often is because it's just too loud for me. On top of that, the chairs aren't very comfortable, so between the noise and the seating, it's hard for me to relax and enjoy a meal. My friends picked this place mainly because it's convenient for me, and I appreciate that. The food and service are good, but the loud atmosphere and seating keep it from being a place I visit regularly.

The vegetables were delicious - we had sides of sautéed spinach ($9) and charred Brussels sprouts (listed as an app at $14). A meatballs starter ($16) was also enjoyed - with a dollop of whipped ricotta in the center. Two of us had pasta entrees. The spaghetti could best be described as "industrial" or "so so" (as one dining companion said). The chicken in the chicken Marsala was "very good". The butterflied shrimp in the parmigiana was so thickly encrusted with fried breading, that the shrimp was completely overwhelmed by mouthfuls of crusty batter that adhered to the shrimp. It was hard to appreciate the shrimp at all in there. They were huge (in fact, they looked like small breaded chicken filets). But the excess of breading and batter overwhelmed the shrimp. Also, stomach not feeling so great later. I write this from the throne. The server had the manager come over to speak to us, and he insisted that's just how it's made and that was that. (He offered to have a few more shrimp cooked up but the meal was done at that point). $32 was a lot to pay for mediocre pasta and breading with shrimp. On the fair side, when asked about the shrimp parmigiana vs another dish, the server said that she would recommend the shrimp because there would be more to take home after - which was not our goal for dinner. For my meal I would give it no more than 2 stars but my companions enjoyed theirs more (despite the "so so" spaghetti), so I upped to 3. Will not be eating here again.

We reserved two cabanas, and from start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The staff was incredibly accommodating and attentive throughout the day, making sure our group had everything we needed. Despite the size of our party, service remained friendly and efficient. A special shout-out to the first DJ of the day, who absolutely set the tone for the event. The music selection was excellent, with a great mix that appealed to both the younger crowd and the adults. He kept the energy up without it being overwhelming and created a fun, upbeat atmosphere that everyone enjoyed. The venue offered a great balance of entertainment, food, drinks, and social space, making it a perfect location for a celebration with guests of all ages. Don't sleep on Boynton Beach - cocktail bar vibe, hiding in plain site in a strip mall... this gem is chef inspired and simply amazing. We tried the wood fired asparagus served on toast with a gooey egg and then the pork belly grilled baby bok choy and both had me in the happy chair dance. Although steak definitely makes sense with a wood fire concept, instead we tried the lamb rack served with a mint sauce combo that has you cleaning the plate and local pompano served curry lite with wild mushroom (delish)! If you are a foodie make your way here. This was a spot where one (or is it just me) considers maybe we order everything to try? And we left the fun for another time. I have my eye on their spiced lamb bolognese and another amazing cocktail. The cocktails are mostly milk fat clarified which adds yet another fun twist to a new fav spot! Make a reservation and if you are in the area during the day it is a solid cafe. This is how I found it to begin with! Nom nom nom - enjoy

It's like sitting next to a warming fire. This time we tried the grilled asparagus, the grilled baby bok choy with pork belly and gorgonzola (our favorite), the luncheonette burger with crispy fries, the double cut pork chop with grilled cabbage and pickled mustard seed, and the waygu lamb (I know, a lot of food!). Everything was fantastic but the burger initially came out a bit undercooked (we ordered it medium) so they cooked it a bit more and quickly brought it back. I thought the lamb wagyu was a bit light on the meat, the pork chop was amble and laid out nicely on the plate. We also tried the watermelon tequila drink (very refreshing and not too sweet), an old fashioned, and they have a good list of wines. We love the big cube in cocktails. I don't know how they got them to be so clear. The bar tender was great and the cooks were working very hard. The owner always comes by to say hello and chat. Second Rodeo varies the menu.
