Garlic parm wings.

Asked around for a good place to watch the Patriots games, everyone directed me to Turtle Tavern. I am glad they did, it is just down the road from me. Food was as expected, bar food. The wings I ordered were little dry, as I sat at the bar the cook carried out a garlic-parm wings that looked amazing. The bang bang shrimp was good, they call it a "basket" to me that insinuates fries, but no fries. I will try other food. Update 9/21 came for the game, again, got the chicken parm wings and steak cheese sandwich, both were awesome. The service was amazing, quick and attentive service but not pushy, the bartenders I have met have been top notch. The cost of drinks were really great. The ambience includes all major games playing, so it was a very busy and had mixed fans, most of the time there was some type of reaction to a play to a game. Always something to cheer or boo at. I am sure I'll be back for games and drinks.

Fun neighborhood bar where the people are friendly & the bartender can make a great Mai Tai!! I seen some awards on the wall so they're definitely doing it right!! We really had a fun time & didn't want to leave at closing time for a Thursday is 11PM!

A local sports bar with pool tables. They obviously have a local following since all the people sitting at the bar the bartenders and the other patrons. Small limited menu, appropriately bar food. I ordered the fried mozzarella with marinara, tasted like Rich's frozen from the supermarket. Also the Cuban sandwich which I like and haven't had in a long time. They were out of it, so I tried the Sloppy Joe, good but the bun fell apart.

Service Came in and it was empty. Maybe ten people in there. Sat at the bar to watch the game, right beside the waitress station. She proceeded to three times come up as close as she could to me making annoyed clicks and hugging. Each time mumbling under her breath. Last time she said this isn't going to work she has to move that chair. 1. It was there when arrived 2. She vpuld have simply asked insgead of tryimg to passive agressively get me to move. She could have asked me to move. Right out the door to a different place to spend our money. I will say this may be a one-off. The bartenders here are incredible and last time was great.

The drinks were on point, the food was solid, and everything felt really well put together. But the highlight of the night was hands down Gigi. She's one of those bartenders who just gets it, super attentive, quick, and genuinely friendly without it feeling forced. She made amazing drinks and kept the energy up the entire time. You can tell she really cares about her customers and the experience she's giving them. If you're going to Bungalow, definitely sit at the bar and ask for Gigi !! you won't regret it.

Dj Mike played music for the kids for about an hour then the vibes began. Bartenders were both sweethearts. I started with a strawberry margarita and chilled until happy hour which was amazing. Wings portions are smaller so I split an order of coconut shrimp with fries, garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper wings with someone. Food was absolutely delicious and seasoned well. They didn't have egg white for clover club cocktail so I tried to just order Gin and raspberry on happy hour but got charged regular price. Didn't make a big deal as one of the gals was new and super nice. About 6ish Dj mike ramped up the dancehall and reggae vibes along with the line dances. It was a blast and definitely much better than NYE which had a live band that played music for a more mature crowd. I plan on returning for another Sunday funday as the patrons and staff are fantastic.

I ordered the teriyaki bowl with chicken and it had no teriyaki flavor or sauce anywhere. The chicken was probably slightly marinated but I wish it tasted more like teriyaki. The grilled salmon was tasty but the poached egg that came with the Brussels sprout Cesar was full of water and undercooked so I literally didn't even eat it. The strawberry lemonade was 80% water, stick with the hangover cure. The hangover cure was very refreshing. The servers split the tips so they were all pretty helpful and attentive. Probably a good spot for cocktails but I went with my grandma so virgin drinks were the way to go. All in all I'd be back for a cocktail and the fries. The food is also pretty pricey. $11 French fries, $9 for a non-alcoholic beverage. Also when I went, the menu was limited. They weren't serving any of the 'Shareables'. I went at 3pm on a Sunday so you'd think this is prime time to have a full menu available. Service 9/10 Food 6/10 Location & ambiance 8/10 Would I go back? Yes. Vibes would bring me back and I wanna try the cocktails next time (:

The vegetables were delicious - we had sides of sautéed spinach ($9) and charred Brussels sprouts (listed as an app at $14). A meatballs starter ($16) was also enjoyed - with a dollop of whipped ricotta in the center. Two of us had pasta entrees. The spaghetti could best be described as "industrial" or "so so" (as one dining companion said). The chicken in the chicken Marsala was "very good". The butterflied shrimp in the parmigiana was so thickly encrusted with fried breading, that the shrimp was completely overwhelmed by mouthfuls of crusty batter that adhered to the shrimp. It was hard to appreciate the shrimp at all in there. They were huge (in fact, they looked like small breaded chicken filets). But the excess of breading and batter overwhelmed the shrimp. Also, stomach not feeling so great later. I write this from the throne. The server had the manager come over to speak to us, and he insisted that's just how it's made and that was that. (He offered to have a few more shrimp cooked up but the meal was done at that point). $32 was a lot to pay for mediocre pasta and breading with shrimp. On the fair side, when asked about the shrimp parmigiana vs another dish, the server said that she would recommend the shrimp because there would be more to take home after - which was not our goal for dinner. For my meal I would give it no more than 2 stars but my companions enjoyed theirs more (despite the "so so" spaghetti), so I upped to 3. Will not be eating here again.

The craft cocktails and food were excellent. We tried the Cowboy Cream which was a perfect Christmas season drink with egg nog and anejo tequila, a combination that worked great, and the big cube. The Space Cowboy with mezcal and passion fruit was also excellent. The food is definitely top level. We tried the crab toast which was lumb crab on french toast. For mains, we tried the house pasta with black truffle and wild mushroom; it was good paired with the grilled bread. The prime hangar steak came with a delicious hauncaina white sauce and fingerling potatoes with chimichurri. I really enjoyed the luncheonette burger with cheddar cheese and tallow fries. It was amazing and the fries were perfectly crisp. The egg nog ice cream was very creamy and had an amazing texture, much more gooey and thick than typical ice cream. I loved the disco ball, the comfy looking seating and chimenea, and the bar counter top is very unique. Definitely want to go back.
