Then we waited 16 mins just to be greeted and to place our order. The manger did drop off a free fruit salad and I added a star. But the pineapple and strawberries were rotten. Someone spent a lot of money on this place to look so nice and the service is awful. No idea how a franchise with so many jersey locations would have such a poorly ran resturant in a high volume town like Paramus. A great addition to the brunch options in Paramus. Perfect portions with no excess; very filling. Even though it was their first day open to the public, the wait for food wasn't long and the servers were very kind and helpful. The breakfast combo is definitely a go to that comes with 2 eggs your way, breakfast meat, pancakes or waffle, and your choice between citrus greens salad or potatoes. You can also request to change the regular pancakes to "power grain" (I suppose it's a healthier or protein packed version) at no additional charge and upgrade to any specialty pancake for $2. I personally recommend the cinnamon roll pancakes. I was afraid it would be too decadent but it was just the right amount of sweet. Pancakes had a great consistency in its texture with a nice crunchy exterior. I also appreciated that the uncommon breakfast meats (chicken sausage, beyond breakfast sausage) were not an additional charge to the combo. Ambiance reminded me of little shore side eateries.
