ATTENTION TO DETAIL! These guys came to our home and were relentless at the details. Our carpet has really started to show tracking and wear. We suspected an odor coming from the carpet. Our tile floors are outdated. They are very clean now and and the odor is gone. Nick and Paul pointed out were the edge of the carpet was no longer tucked in next to the tile and one transition point was almost thread less and worn down to the tack strip. They came back and tightened up the loose ends, refastened the weak points and magically repaired our all to easy to see worn down to the tack strip spot. You cannot tell there was ever a problem. These guys are courteous, reasonably priced and on time. I recommend very much Turn Pros! I believe they got us another 4 -5 years out of our carpet. read more

These guys are PROS and know their stuff! I have been very impressed with them since day one. We used them for the very first time moving out of a rental home and having 3 dogs who love to mark indoors was no easy task when it came to take out the urine odor. The team did such a great job, all spots were out after the deep clean and odor gone. After moving into our newly purchased home I bought a large rug at a model home furnishing sale. After coming home and rolling it out I noticed there were 3 large, dark, spotty areas where all 'shoe' traffic had taken place. I tried to take them out with my own spot cleaner without greater success! Spent about 3 hours on it, before giving up and texting the team again. They came out the following day and started with steam cleaning, which took out majority of the dirt, yet but there was this one little stubborn corner area that would not go away. They recommended to come back the following day with another machine/technique that would take it out guaranteed. And, so they did. Returned and the machine did its job! The spot was gone! Now I have a fabulous rug that I love. I could not be any happier with their job. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy. They also have a very consultative approach, not the typical "up-charging" for everything, which I like. It means a lot to me. They tell you what is needed and necessary without tricking you into 'extra services'. (I have gone through a few companies like that in the past and am always vary).
