I've been living in Turing apt for almost a year and half now and it's a great place to live in and totally worth it. One thing about Turing apt is, no need to leave the building for activities/good time. Lets start with the variety of amenities (Indoor /Outdoor Pingpong and Pool tables, 24 hr/3 floors gym which I use often specially on my lazy days ( no excuses!!!) followed by a dip in the rooftop heated swimming pool or Jacuzzi, convenient ! Rooftop' setup is impeccable makes enjoying the mountains/ cloudy sky views superior. Coffee room is my 1st destination before work, or at night, for a hot Mocha, expresso Shot, or you name it. conference room is my weekend office. All locations /equipment kept clean, organized and neat. Office personnels ( Lisa, Kimberly, Heather, ,Shyanne and Jashene) are always eager to help/assist with a genuine smile, great hospitality and professionalism. Every matter, to them, is serious and dealt with sense of urgency. A follow up afterward to ensure the matter has been take care of and service expections are met. They never disappoint. The location man, I got Trader Joe down stairs, Great Mall across the street, Costco within approx. 2 miles, and two other shopping centers with all my needs ( banks, restaurants, house accessories, etc ) Honestly, living in Turing apt feels like living in a resort, makes my work days and the stress that comes with it so bearable. read more

Luxurious apartments with great amenities. Leasing staff is nice but needs more accountability. There's been a ton of break ins with cars and even the apartments themselves. It's a gated garage but they dont monitor it how they claim. They have polished all floors in the hallways and are now building a beer garden rather than implementing money for security guards. I've seen a couple guards but not often. Management says their "looking into adding another guard." I pay $3,200 which I feel is steep for this area considering the crime rate. I've asked numerous times when the gate registry will be operable and they always give a generic "we identified a problem with it. We have someone coming to look at it" answer. Every time. Management lacks transparency (screenshots of residents voicing concerns). This is not how you earn and build trust with your residents! read more

To respond to Lyon Living (no real name?)'s response, I was told construction would take place on Saturdays as well, and weekdays 9-6. In fact there was construction going on at 3:30pm during our tour. Besides, we both work from home on weekday mornings so it still doesn't help us. And that still doesn't address not being able to be on your balcony or have windows open without the VTA screaming across the sky every 15 minutes. It's bad enough that most of the interiors were dark, dark, dark (light-wise, not color)! I also forgot to mention that it was very strange that the backsplash in the kitchens are all only a small partially-tiled vertical stripe directly over the sink - how chintzy is that? Everywhere else we looked at either had no backsplash ("lower" priced rent in the 3s) or full backsplash over the entire kitchen counter (higher-end, 4+). This was a weird, middle-of-the-road compromise for NOT middle-of-the-road prices. For $4700+/mo I want the whole wall of tile, thank you. I'm the chef in the family and do not want to be staring at a half-assed vertical-stripe-of-partial-tile job that looks like Playboy in the 90s (and you can thank my wife for that analogy - isn't she classy, ladies and gentlemen?) for several hours every freaking night. Not to mention that after the hotel is built any creep on a high enough floor can watch your wife, kids, sister, mom on the Turing's rooftop pool (the Turing is the tallest building nearby *for now*, but...). We are very happy so far with the place we decided to go with (message me if you wanna know which one). The value for the price is much higher there. The rest of my review still stands: Windows of most units are small, they did upgraded kitchens but tiny, old style top-loading washing machines? What the shit is that! Also, there is going to be construction 5-6 days a week in the building and surrounding lots for at least 2 or more years. Plus the VTA goes by in the sky in this area, so forget having quiet time on your balcony. All this for the pleasure of paying $5000 a month for tiny prison-like bedrooms? Sorry, but no thanks. Also, Emma was sweet but that hard sell they make her do left a bad taste in our mouths. Stop by for a fun tour and get a free fisheye lens for your phone, but don't bother renting here. There are better deals in the south bay for the money. read more

I don't usually write reviews, but I really want to write for this apartment complex. One of the best luxurious apartments we have lived in the bay area. Everything there is great including amenities, quick and friendly maintenance service, and spacious apartments. The roof top pool, card room, and badminton court were among our favorites to spend time with friends. Leasing office professionals are also very friendly and nice people who really listen and understand your concerns if any. I and my husband had a great time living there. We had to leave the place to be closer to work, but it was one of the toughest decision we recently made. read more

It has been such a pleasure to be a resident at Turing. Though they are known for the incredible amenities (pool with a HUGE screen and individual cabanas with curtains and individual screens, billiards room that is always available and clean, Cafe with many drink options: hot chocolate, vanilla latte, Philz long black to name a few) my favorite part is the Leasing Office and their incredible staffs. Yes, their landline is hard to get through (they are incredibly busy with this very popular complex). However, simply stopping by the office will guarantee a warm greeting from anyone working hard there! They will make any problem a priority. Plus they have great snacks. Jashene has helped make my day-to-day living a BREEZE. Heather has found my lost package right away. and much much more. I came for the amenities, but I stayed for the team. They are so welcoming, compassionate, and accommodating. These qualities are not easy to come by and it really shows amazing leadership in the Lyon Living team. The property manager Heather and the leasing associate Leo have always tended to the residents' accommodations, comfort and satisfaction. The maintenance team is very responsive toward any issues. I am living Turing APT more than 1 year and I am so satisfied staying here. it is luxury APT and every employees are very kind. if you like Trader Joe, don't worry it is in first floor of the Turing APT. you can go there with your sleeper. Overall society is good but we have been frustrated with the management specially since last 6-8 months. Pros 1) Great Amenities 2) Accessibility to Trader Joe Cons 1) Pathetic Management, not at all professional. Management services have gone down specially since last 5-6 months after certain changes in the leadership. 2) Regular Car break in's have been in the apartment and management has not been taking action on improving security in the society. 3) Trash room is always filled with trash pile. Inspite of several complaints no action is taken by management. 4) Mailroom is not well managed. Finding your package will get you very frustrated as you will have to spend an hour to find your package, if you are lucky to find the correct one. Another issue is room is very small which further put you in a risk during COVID times as the room is also closed. 5) Most of the apartment won't get sunshine due to next door society. 6) Most of the time you will have to hear construction noise that will make it impossible to sleep. Sometime these construction activities starts at 6 AM in the morning. 7) Inaccurate utility charges are added to monthly bills, we have seen trash\water charges goes up by 2\3 times without any reasons. If a justification is asked then Management is not giving any valid reasons. read more

Very unique apartment building. One of a kind parking to unit design that I have never seen before, I love everything about this place. From the unit to the quiet and peaceful living environment to the amenities and staff, Hernon and Rebecca are very hands on with everything I ask for from them and I appreciate their excellent service practices. Lastly, the pool: when you go to the pool it feels like you are on Vacation. Spread on top of the entire roof with pretty nice views of the hills. I have been living here since august and it's very nice living here because trader's joe is just first floor. They also have lot of amenities like gym cafe, card game and ping pong room. Also mostly they have friendly staff and I especially want to give a shout-out to Lisa sung who has done above and beyond when I was looking to apply here . Awesome place. The pool upstairs is epic. Design is super modern. There was a guy there that was a bit too focused on his abs, if you know what I mean. Totally DB. I wanted to leave an in-depth review of my experiences at Turing over the past two years (now going on three,) so I apologize for the length. I've lived at Turing since it's initial opening two years ago, and have seen the community grow in both size and amenities. Long story short: Turing has been an amazing place to live for me and my family. The apartments themselves are extremely modern. Some of the apartments also have a great view of the mountains, and I would definitely try to get one of these if possible! There are multiple amenities such as a rooftop pool, card room, billiards room, pet spa, café, conference room, etc. Any maintenance concerns that I've had have been quickly rectified by the great maintenance team, and I would like to give a special shout out to Octavio, who has been willing to help with any maintenance questions that I've had no matter how ridiculous and even if he's already occupied. Furthermore, Turing's current leasing office has an amazing leasing team, who I've personally experienced go above and beyond to assist with any questions or concerns I've had. All of them have been wonderful to work with. We initially moved into a 2BD,2BA home, and recently moved to a 3BD, 3BA home for more space. Betina, the Assistant Property manager, went above and beyond in making the transition as smooth as possible. She was eager to answer any questions that I had(and trust me, I had a ton,) and her positive attitude really let me know that we made the right decision by deciding to stay at Turing for years to come. Our stay at Turing has been amazing and there are many reasons why, but I'd like to mention two people who had greatly contributed to our living experience here. First, Lenore is the one who had helped us tour and signed our lease. Throughout the lease, she had been very understanding and patient with us. It was a big move for my boyfriend and I; therefore, we had many questions but Lenore reassured us and made us feel comfortable when making such a decision. Next, I'd like to mention Octavio. Octavio is the gentleman who is very prompt in responding to our service requests for the apartment. Not only is he very responsive and timely, he's great at taking time to answer our questions and help us with any of our concerns even if we were just passing each other in the hall. I had put in an emergency service request because my door would not lock. Octavio showed up within 5 minutes and fixed the problem. He made me feel very confident in that Turing will be able to take care of any issues of mine quickly. I don't know where to start... I am extremely disappointed with the safety here at (Turing). The other night my wife's bike was stolen from our patio. I just made a incident report with the leasing staff this morning and also filled a police report. Another issue the apartment complex has is a homeless problem. You would think with the 3+thousand we pay monthly this issue would never happen. There are supposedly cameras all over the property and I have yet to hear of a suspect of the incident that took place. There has been numerous times where I have interacted with the police in many occasions with the police stating that since the apartments are not secured the homeless population have an easy access onto the grounds which are not gated at Turing. The police has also stated they have had numerous reports of homeless individuals sleeping, wondering, and stealing from Turing apartments patios. I have also witnessed on numerous occasions the police arresting homeless folks on the property. This apartment complex needs to be gated with a key code to protect its residents from any illegal activities or in my instance theft. May I also suggest opening the bike room to secure all the resident bikes, and put a camera in the garage to identify suspects. Lastly, make sure the day/night security are constantly walking around the property, paying attention to the supposed cameras and doing there jobs! When it comes to a place to call home, people please make sure it's a safe atmosphere for you and your loved ones! read more

I called into Turing so I can get a tour of the property and I spoke to Rea. Rea had a really warm and welcoming approach, she was patient and extremely knowledgeable about this property. She took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. When I showed up for the tour I was pleasantly surprised that the facility was so clean. I appreciated the modern art on display and the spacious environment. I think the whole team was inviting and made me feel welcome. Hidden charges during move out; cockroaches, ants, constantly clogging toilet and really bad smell from Milpitas waste incineration plant! If it's not enough - constantly disappearing Internet, theft on the parking lot, the lack of an effective security guard. Do not sign the lease, if you're not ready for the further "surprises"! We spent only 4 months in Turing when we had to leave (ahead of the lease ended). Among charges for the cleaning (~$160) and carpet cleaning (~$80), we got a (~$260) bill for walls painting. On our request to provide a detailed list of completed work on painting with photo, property management failed to send, arguing that their contractor issued this particular invoice. And that they charge all residents for painting, regardless of whether there is damage or not. We had to complete move out dispute form. Result - lowered paint charges, still with no proof of work done. read more
