An absolutely amazing job! After loads of research, I finally made the decision to put in artificial turf. I interviewed six companies. All were very good at coming out and giving me bids in a very prompt and professional manner. The very last company, Turf Monsters AZ checked all the boxes. The sales person, Jeff, was very professional , courteous and understood what I was looking for in value. I decided on Everglade fescue pro, ani ncredible product by TigerTurf. His quote was prompt and quite competitive. He called me the next day to ask me if I had any questions or concerns. He was not pushy or aggressive but was in the only one to follow up the very next day following the bid, which I certainly appreciated. The entire front office at Turf Monsters, AZ, the sales person, and the owner, Mike , were engaged in this project. Mike's enthusiasm and his understanding of my project was quite evident. All of the phone calls were very prompt and pleasant. Approximately 10 days later, the installation team arrived at 6:15 AM. What an effort! There were six men here for two very full days. Such hard workers! The teamwork was incredible. The installation was efficient and above all, meticulous. The finished product far exceeded my expectations in improving my properties appearance. I would recommend without reservation, Turf Monsters AZ. Jeff was readily available throughout the bidding process and the installation. He made sure that I would be thrilled with the results. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Turf Monsters warrants one. From the beginning, their team appeared more focused on finishing quickly than on doing the job correctly. Part of their responsibility before installing the turf was to properly prepare the yard, which included the removal of plants, roots, and vegetation, to ensure a smooth, stable surface. This preparation alone cost an additional $1,500. Unfortunately, it's clear that this critical step was not completed with care. Less than six months after installation, a root from a supposedly "removed" plant began pushing up through the turf. This completely undermines the purpose of investing in artificial grass. I reached out to the company expecting a prompt and professional resolution to what was clearly a preparation issue. Instead, I was met with two months of unresponsiveness, followed by an unreasonable $900 quote to fix their mistake, along with several weak excuses, and no meaningful action. A reputable company would have acknowledged and corrected the issue without hesitation. Instead, I was left with damaged turf, a tripping hazard, and the frustration of dealing with a business that refuses to stand behind its work. If you value quality, accountability, and long-term satisfaction, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The turf may look fine at first, but poor preparation and a lack of customer service will end up costing you far more in time, money, and frustration. I wish I could give zero stars. read more

In the past, we've had a terrible and disappointing experience with several contractors we hired. We weren't really looking forward to going through another project, but wanted our yard refreshed. We wanted a few large plants removed, an old brick border replaced and new artificial turf to replace the natural grass. I wanted to transform my backyard with its 55 x 22 feet grassy area into a pitch and putt golf course. The slope of the lawn dropped 9" from back to front with a low point in the middle which turned into a lake when it rained. My solution was to design my course with the low area dug out deeper and partially filled with gravel to look like a dry creek bed. Placing a 4 hole putting green on one end of the yard with higher turf to separate it from a 5 hole green at the other end allowed a player to pitch and putt back and forth for a 9 hole game. Turf Monsters pulled off the plan perfectly. Seeing it completed, my wife said, "It looks like someone dropped a park into our backyard." Zach, Kevin and the rest of the crew are a dependable group of artistic perfectionists who finished my backyard + front yard + removal of an old leaky sprinkler system + putting in new water lines to our trees and shrubs + removal of 10 old ratty looking shrubs + installing new yard lighting all in FOUR DAYS! We are enjoying our newly renovated back yard golf greens via Turf Monsters and wanted to send our heartfelt compliments for a job well done. We were so happy to get an immediate quote at the time of initial consult. We did shop other contractors and Turf Monsters had an A+ BBB rating, great reviews, a ROC license, and quoted a reasonable price. Their turf product is "Made in USA", of non- toxic, lead free, nylon yarn (that reduces heat retention). So we feel like we received a good product at a good price, and installed by an awesome crew of 5. The entire crew worked incredibly hard removing existing Bermuda grass, and hauling in many, many tons of underlay material, tamping and shaping the course exactly to our desires. It was obvious the crew was a seasoned group, all knowing the many steps to laying turf correctly, especially important for a golf green! I selected Turf Monsters based on several Yelp reviews. When i called the Office for a quote they sent somebody quickly, and provided a quote that i felt was a great value. Due to their schedule, i was not able to get the job done immediately, but Turf Monsters completed the job today and it has completely transformed my yard. It was larger back yard with all rock. The company came in providing color to the yard. The company worked well with my budget, and was able to meet all of my backyard needs. It now has become a place where kids are going to want to hang out, play soccer or toss the football, and can even turn it into movie night sometime. Certainly something that i could not do with the rocks that were in place when i bought the house originally. I had one very minor complaint with the work, but Ryan has volunteered to come back on his own time to take care of that concern. Overall, we are very happy with the project. read more

They also created a paver patio in back of house adjacent to existing patio and installed a large turf area with a paver border. It all looks fantastic and I have received several compliments on how great it looks. The company was responsive and took in my ideas and created the look I wanted. Ryan my rep at Turf Monsters came out to my home and explained everything upfront that they would do for my backyard to make it inviting. My wife and I wanted a pergola for the side patio along with turf at the base so we can entertain friends on the weekend. The white Pergola came out gorgeous and the installers did a great job. The other crew laid all new turf throughout backyard for our Goldendoodles that love to run. They added nice limestone on the back patio and back yard lit up at night with the column ficus really stand out.
