Worst dip manicure/nail salon experience ever. The older women went to take off my other dip polish. Barely buffed it off. Then soaked it with cotton and foil for 5 mins then proceeded to use the nail polish grinder again at high speed as if she was in a rush. This was my first time at this salon and I known every salon has there own ways about going about things but her approach was making me nervous. I told her my natural nails are below the polish ( they are long and healthy) as she was going very aggressive with the grinder and kept burning my nail causing it to burn. She grabbed a acrylic nail tip out of a container and tried to peel my nail polish off and ended up ripping my half of my natural nail off npw requiring mento getna fake nail put on and it causing extreme pain and I screamed and dropped my phone. I ended up getting transferred to a different lady. She insured me she would be gentle. She still ended up knicking my knuckle with the nail grinder.I told her I didn't want her to file my nails because I wanted to keep the shape of the point of my nail, she then continued to reshape a nail and changed the shape of my nail and leaving my nails looking less than appealing and not what I want. Upon check out I thought forsure given all the issues I had from start to end they would offer some for of discount. Nope full price. He tried to act as if he wasn't aware of my horrible experience. Even though there is only 4bstaff in the whol salon including himself. His suggestion. Don't request the old lady next time. I told him there will not be a next time. So disappointed. I paid $43 for a 'luxury' pedicure and I'm almost certain the woman who did my pedicure did not do all the things on the luxury pedicure list, no callus remover which I asked about and I think she said I'd have to come back for that? My aunts got the soothing pedicure at a lower price and got better treatment. And at the end she rubbed some old smelling oil on that took several washes to get off when I got home. 1000% do not recommend - SUPER disappointing experience. read more

I've gone there twice in the past 6 months and each time I went in for dipping powder. I left both times with polish all over my fingers! The tech took an hour and 5 minutes to do my nails recently and I still had to go home and get nail polish remover out to rub off the marks she left. I'm sorry but if I'm paying close to $40, please make sure it looks nice when I leave. Also noticed they used a used nail file on my nails. Gross. Can't say I'd recommend this place to anyone. I have had great experiences here. The staff and quality of work, in addition to the "little extras" this salon provides. The place can get very busy, like any salon. Keep that in mind if you go on a Thursday or Sunday. The staff was nice and sat us as quickly as possible without making anyone feel rushed or pressured. A friend and I went in for Gel nails, the process took about 30 minutes and they were very attentive, even making sure the glue like gel didn't get stuck under our nails. I ended up having to wait a little for my friend and never felt like an intrusion, they were fine with my in the waiting area and still asked if there was anything i needed. It was a great girls day until we got home and started screaming because her toes hurt. Hmm I looked and she has a huge infection on her toe. STAY AWAY THEY MUST NOT STERILIZE THERE THINGS. Some of my toe nails were cut rounded (no thanks) and others were straight across. She does a shit half ass job. Their coupons are misleading. The service wasn't bad. I was with a group. We all noticed & discussed that the staff seemed tired, even sleepy. Either way they did a fair job. I won't be back. Went in for an eyebrow wax because my normal salon was busy and needed them waxed today. They brought me back to a sketchy back room and the lady started waxing my brows. I told her i just want the hair removed thats out of place and that i like my high arch. She was taking a long time, waxing, plucking and even shaving?!?! When she was done i honestly couldn't believe what she did to my brows. She could see i was unhappy and literally started drawing brow liner on me telling me what i have to do to make it look good?! She waxed a part of the base of my brow off so the space between my brows is far apart and not even. I had super full brows before and now they're super thin and uneven. I cant even believe this happened, and would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for a brow wax. read more

I had been going to Turbo Nails for 5 years now, I loved it & I used to recommend all my friends to go there, I would go with my Mom, Aunts, Grandma & friends. I would usually get my nails done before a school dance or trip!! Normally when I get my nails done I get a gel manicure or a full set of acrylic with gel or a fill on my acrylics. But recently when I have gotten my acrylics done they will put it really far up so I have to get a fill faster, in my opinion I just don't think it looks good when it's up farther because then they look grown out. I have gone to other nail salons with my friends who live far away from me & when I get a full set of acrylics it will take 3-4 weeks until I have to get a fill, with my new set from turbo nails I just got them & 4 days after it already looks like I need a fill on some nails. It was really uneven as well, I got an accent nail & that one was done well & it's right by the cuticles & looks good, but the nails around it look all grown out... so they just don't go together. Also some of my acrylics got put on crooked. In conclusion I feel if you are paying your hard earned money on nails, something that you want to look good & feel confident about you should have them done right & good. I would rather pay more money for them to look good, than for turbo nails to $5 cheaper & look bad, but your technically saving money in the long run because then you won't have to go in & get a fill as fast. read more

I have been to this salon numerous times - normally go there when I don't want to drive the extra miles to my normal salon. This time I can say I am thoroughly unimpressed with my manicure. Had to go back 24 hours later because polish on one nail just peeled right off (had gel manicure). 2 1/2 days later I have 3 more nails that are bunching up and starting to peel. She never spent much time filing them once policy was applied and I had to point out to her issues - overall she was just not there to do a good job I guess. Lots of policy that is down in the sides of my fingers and had blotches of spillage that I had to peel off myself. Each time I go there for a manicure I get more and more disgruntled. Pedicures are ok. Probably will only go there if I have an emergency and no one else is open read more

$40 for a luxury pedicure with design. Not bad price. The nail tech I had was very sweet and did a great job. Three of us came in at the same time and were able to get started almost immediately. My friend said no to the luxury and the tech gave her one anyway and there was an argument about how much she had to pay. I was sitting next to her and she very clearly said "no" to the luxury treatment. The third person in our group had a coupon for a basic pedi and manicure. Her pedicure consisted of a single coat of nail polish, no top coat, and absolutely no calf massage. Her polish is nearly see through and very sloppily done. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! If I could give them a negative score I would! Don't waste you time or money!!! Called a week ahead for reservations for 4 to make sure they would be staffed. We were assured they would be. Well, after an hour only 2 of the 4 were even in chairs AND they were taking walk-in before the people in our group that were waiting!!! After sitting with my feet in water for over a half an hour with nobody even acknowledging I was still sitting there, I got up, dried off my now water pruned feet & told the rest of my party I would sit with them but I was getting my nails done somewhere else, the Manager suddenly had an opening (because they were going to lose a sale) After I told him I was going somewhere else, he continually followed me around the shop badgering me to let them do it. I seriously was so annoyed I had to leave because he would literally not leave me alone!!! So after 2 hours & 10 minutes the other 3 were finally finished. They were open on Labor Day but short staffed so the pedicure was a bit rushed. They also were not great at telling us how long the wait would be and with two people we were not able to get our pedicures done together, meaning one had to soak for 30mins and the other person has to wait 30mins after their pedicure for the other to finish. Also im not sure because she was in a rush or just bad at what she did but she cut my nails crocked and also i had a hang nail when i left!
