Went in before a trip a few days ago and the lady working on my nails couldn't have cared less. Rough with my hand positioning, completely missing the side edge on every nail AND got mad because the lamp wasn't curing the polish. She had to re do some nails and as I'm leaving says "It SHOULD be dry, but come back if not.". Why wouldn't you just do it right to begin with?? I'm now three days out and got the lovely surprise that my nails in fact didn't cure under the top layer of gel when they started to lift. I now have to find a random salon to just get this off my nails. There's some amazing staff here but it's becoming roulette if you book an appointment without picking someone specifically.

Lastly, I did go in for a final time to get a removal which I thought meant a soak off but no not here. They just plucked my nails off. Filed them more and left me with super sensitive, thin nail beds for $20. Moral of the story I DO NOT RECOMMEND this establishment if you are specific about how you like/ want your nails done. You WILL OVERPAY FOR CRAPPY WORK.

Then she was shaping my nails which were short to begin with and she just gave up on shaping. I had to ask her to please at least smooth them out. So unshaped nails and then came the polish... She did it so spotty and didn't even get it to the edges. Literally the worst polish job I've had yet. No cuticle work, so I looked at my nails when she finished and they already looked like they were a week old. At this point I had gel polish on my nails and there was nothing that could be done unless I got it fully redone. It took 2 hours from start to finish, so there was no way I could wait around any longer. They agreed that it didn't look great, but said there was nothing they could do and still charged me the extra amount for the gel polish and claimed my Groupon. The lady was nice (I believe her name was Tammy) but it seemed like it was hard for her to see super well and that's why the attention to detail was off. When I called to make my appointment, I was VERY specific about what I wanted: long, sharply pointed stiletto nails. I know this is a more difficult shape to do well, which is exactly why I asked BEFORE booking whether they had someone who could do them. I was told, "Yep, no problem." Based on that, I booked my appointment for 3:00. I actually arrived early hoping they might be able to get me in sooner. They couldn't, which was completely fine--I waited for my scheduled appointment. I also showed the technician a picture of exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, what I received looked absolutely nothing like the photo or the long, pointed stiletto shape I had specifically asked about when booking. There was essentially no shape to them. They looked like Chiclets sitting on my nails, not long, sharp stilettos. The application was also extremely rough. While filing, the technician caught my nail several times and hurt me badly enough that I physically pulled my hand away three separate times. One of my natural nails is now peeled back and damaged from how aggressively it was filed and caught. At that point I should have gotten up and walked out, but because this is a new salon, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and let her finish. As soon as I left, I tried calling the salon because I was so unhappy and wanted to discuss getting my money back. Nobody answered, so I left a voicemail. After being hurt multiple times during the service, I absolutely did not feel comfortable going back and having the same technician touch my hands again. Instead, I literally drove straight from this salon to another nail salon and had the entire brand-new set soaked off immediately. They were that bad. What is especially frustrating is that I specifically asked BEFORE making the appointment whether they could do this particular shape because I know not every nail technician can. If they had simply told me they weren't comfortable doing long, pointed stilettos, I would have completely understood and booked somewhere else. The entire experience gave me the impression that the priority was volume over quality. I paid for a set I couldn't even leave on my hands, immediately had to pay another salon to remove it, and was left with damage to my natural nail in the process. I tried to handle this directly with the business before posting a review, but I couldn't get anyone on the phone and left a voicemail. Unfortunately, based on the quality of the work, the painful service, and the fact that I specifically confirmed beforehand that they could provide what I was requesting, I cannot recommend this salon and I will not be returning.
