Before I came in for my appointment there were quite a few forms I had to fill out but it gave her a ton of great info to help recommend the best treatment for me and so she could understand my hopes, desires, and goals for the treatment. I had heard a lot of rave reviews about hydrafacials from friends and colleagues so wanted to try it and this was the best rated location closest to me. I was not disappointed! The experience was so much fun, so relaxing, and I loved that the bed/chair? Was heated! The extraction part was a bit painful but I think it's cause I've never had such a deep clean facial, super excited to come back again in 6 weeks again see the results in a few days! read more

I had a Halo Laser Treatment in early December 2025. Let me first say that everyone at the location were great. It is the treatment and recovery that were very disappointing and painful. I was warned of the post treatment burning sensation and of the possibility of inflammation. Those both happened to a degree which I don't feel I was warned about. On day 6, I developed what I thought was a rash/infection by my mouth. I contacted my doctor since it was a Sunday, and was advised to be seen in person. Turned out that I had gotten shingles (I have been vaccinated)! I was prescribed an Antiviral as well as some ointment. I had also sent an email to Belladerm. They did contact me on Monday and offered to call in a prescription for an Antiviral. I feel like some sort of partial refund for the issue would have been an appropriate gesture. I will say that my skin tone from the treatment is a little better, but not TWO THOUSAND dollars better (plus the cost of the doctors visit and prescriptions). It was not money well spent. I did learn my lesson. read more

Research your options before deciding on this site. I have been getting fillers for years. I moved here to obtain my DNP. Being a nurse, I should have done more research. She filled my lips and cheeks, and for the first time ever I did not see any change whatsoever. When I phoned to discuss this she blamed the manufacturer and she would get back to me. I never heard from her and knew i t was her poor technique and not the product. There goes a grand for nothing. Not to mention the front desk staff was very rude. There are many of these spas around the city, so do your research. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I used to strongly recommend Belladerm and now I obviously am actively trying to make sure people don't get botched and waste their time and money like I did. I started going to Belladerm in 2019 and this place has completely fallen off. The entire staff has become rude and incompetent. The girl I used to go to for laser and botox was phenomenal but left. They talk you into WAY more botox than you need. I've walked out TWICE with completely crooked eyebrows. When I asked for a retouch they couldn't have been more distasteful. I did laser hair removal and got to the maintenance phase when they switched their equipment to something that is totally useless so they can extract more time and money out of you. My hair started growing back fully when I was already hair free for an extended amount of time and just needed a maintenance session every once and awhile. In the 4 years I was a client they were never on time for an appointment (they used to be worth the wait). AGAIN, DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Buyer beware. This place will tell you you need way more units of Botox than you actually need and then it will wear off in 6-8 weeks. We just moved here from out of state and I had a baby and was breastfeeding so took 2+ years off from treatments so I was willing to accept I needed more than before. I used to be able to go a full 3 months, sometimes 4, between treatments so when it wore off so quickly I had my doubts. Just went elsewhere locally and they prescribed a # of units way closer to what I used to get. read more

Belladerm Medspa has been my choice since just after they opened in 2005. Always friendly, professional and with great services and products. Robin and her team stay on top of all the newest products in spa services. Prices are competitive. The spa is gorgeous. The annual Customer Appreciation Event is always a winner and this year, even though it had to be virtual was no exception. Best medspa ever! I don't get my treatments done anywhere else. Definitely recommend!

The employee I met with put a chemical on a gauze pad (to remove make up she said), and proceeded to wipe it through my eye. My eye was immediately burning, red, and I couldn't open it. The employee said "It looks like you have a broken blood vessel". I asked for drops or something to clean it out. She gave me a tiny syringe with a few drops in it. It was not improving, so I decided to go to urgent care. There they were appalled that the spa didn't flush my eye out. The doctor said I should have gone to the ER. The doctor had to remove pieces of gauze out of my eye. The employee lied in the incident report, which was further disappointing. I would rate this worse if I could. Do not go here. read more
