No one has ever been so mindful of this fact. They did the treatment and provided TONS of follow up support and provided me with sunscreen or whatever I needed to heal properly. Gaslighting, Sexist, and Medically Contradictory. Do NOT come here…read more I came to Twin Cities Dermatology as a patient with a severe, documented skin condition (Prurigo Nodularis). What I found was a clinic that actively gaslit me, dismissed my documented symptoms, and attempted to rewrite my medical history to avoid taking responsibility. The Gaslighting: I presented with clear, hard nodules on my forehead and body. They initially documented my diagnosis correctly as "Prurigo Nodularis" and started me on a heavy-duty biologic (Dupixent) along with intralesional injections. However, after I raised concerns about my disability paperwork and asked for accommodations, they suddenly changed their tune. They began calling my condition "just eczema." You don't prescribe a powerful biologic like Dupixent for "just eczema." That is a contradiction. They are trying to downplay the severity of my condition to avoid liability. The Sexism: The clinic appears to be exclusively staffed by women, with only one male provider (who is gay). This is not a coincidence. They systematically dismiss straight, Black men as "difficult" or "argumentative" patients. They ignored my explicit request to exclude a specific provider from my sessions. I was not treated with respect or dignity; I was treated like an inconvenience. Refusal to Accommodate: Despite having documented medical records showing I have not been able to work due to the severity of my condition (sleep disruption, concentration issues, mood impacts), they refused to sign my (Disability) form. They claimed they couldn't assess my limitations, despite their own notes stating that my condition impacts my daily activities. Bottom Line: This clinic is not a place for healing. It is a place to be dismissed, gaslit, and under-treated. The doctor and staff will lie to protect themselves rather than help their patients. Do your research, bring your own documentation, and be prepared to fight for basic respect. I will never be returning here, and I hope you won't either.

Online through my account they allowed me to book with an MD I hadn't seen before but figured it meant that was okay since it would filter with who popped up based on my specifications. Received an email confirmation for my appointment. I guess same day they had called from a random number and let me know they cancelled my appointment. Issue is, I don't check my voicemail from random numbers. I showed up and they didn't seem to care that I didn't receive the notification that they cancelled due to the provider I booked with online not taking new patients. Why allow someone to book with a provider that isn't taking new patients?? No email or text or anything... very disappointing. Again, this is more of a "my fault" situation, but the customer service aspect of the situation was very underwhelming. Probably won't be back and will be going elsewhere.

I took my dog, Decker, back to the clinic after a month to have his allergy testing done. Every one…read moreof the employees are so welcoming and caring for Decker. His allergy testing took about a half an hour to complete and I waited in my car in the parking lot while he was getting tested. After the testing, they took the time to go over the results with me in depth and concocted his own personalized micro dose of drops for us to give him twice daily to help fight those allergens. He was a little stoned when he came out of the testing, and they offered to help get him in the car for me since he's a big boy! Decker ended up not needing any help and is happily resting at home. We are looking forward to our follow-up appointment in 3-4 months from now!
