I feel like I could be good friends with both women. They both have great bedside manners and the clinic has a spa-like atmosphere. I hate leaving after each treatment. My only frustration was at the end of the appointment when I had to pay. I go through Cherry for payment options and the system was down. I only have a debit card and no other credit card so had to go to the bank to get cash to pay. They did put a note on my chart about checking the day of my appointments to make sure Cherry is up and running so hopefully that snag will not happen again.

In this day and age all options should be available. In addition they automatically charge you $100 to reschedule. I've driven over 100 miles to go to them because of the services they used to provide. Unfortunately there was not even a save attempt keep me as a customer. The loss will be some other businesses gain. I've spent a great deal of money with them and thought we had a good partnership but at the end of the day it comes down to the dollar that will break the business in the long run.

I bought a package over the phone; I never signed any paperwork stating I couldn't get a refund on unused package services. I was going to do laser hair removal and I couldn't handle the pain, so I asked for a refund and I was told several times I couldn't get one because apparently "all sales are final." Wow that would have been nice to know but again, I bought the package over the phone to take advantage of a deal they were offering before it ended. When I came in to attempt my first laser service, I again did not sign any paperwork stating no refunds. InnerBeauty said my only option was to switch it to an "in-store credit" but my Esthetician left and that's the only reason why I was going to this place. My options were to see another Esthetician or buy product. So finally after multiple times of trying to just get my money back, I settled with buying product so I could just be done with this place!!! I came in to buy my product yesterday and I've never felt so disrespected in my life. It was very obvious the front desk and another employee knew exactly who I was because I stated my first name and the front desk girl already knew my last name (I had only been there twice to specifically see my Esthetician) and all they did was stare, judge and laugh while I was trying to figure out what product to get. This place is called "InnerBeauty Med Spa" but there is nothing beautiful about making people feel uncomfortable when walking-in there and only wanting their money. My family, friends and I will be going elsewhere to get a better experience.

GO HERE FOR JUVEDERM!…read more I saw Kristie on Monday for the first time to touch up my lips. I was previously a client at a different medical spa and had mixed results with my Juvederm lip injections, so I decided to try Wayzata Plastic Surgery since Kristie has a lot more experience with fillers. WOW I made the right choice! She leaves the numbing cream on for about 20 minutes and because of this I didn't feel a thing! The first poke I couldn't even tell if she'd started yet! Huge difference from the last place I went to where they only left it on for a minute or two... Ouch! But the real surprise was her technique; the woman gets it! I don't have lumps and bumps like I used to, and she didn't place it too close to the surface of my lip, so I didn't have any discoloration this time. She is so careful and has a great eye for detail, for example she noticed one side of my lip was slightly more round than the other so she added another tiny drop to even them out. The results are flawless; plump but subtle and not fake looking, which is exactly what I asked for. I'm officially a loyal client!
