The service felt very rushed, and the quality of the work didn't match what I've received in the past. I got a full acrylic set, and the technician was extremely rough and aggressive during the process. The final result looks sloppy and not at all like what I asked for. For our pedicures, no callus work was done, which was actually the main reason we came in. I'm really hoping this was just an off day because I've had better service here before, but unfortunately this visit did not meet expectations.

Removed my old polish filed my nails and repolished. No massage no lotion 15 minutes and I was done, except there was one nail that had unpolished spot so she put another dot on it. Within two days, I had many chips in the very thick layer of polish. I went to K Nails in Maple Grove and got a polish change, which was much better and has lasted perfectly for a week since I had it done. Nuff said! The lady went and set up a manicure. Idk if she doesn't like doing pedicures, prefers manicures, was upset because I called in for 3 people and maybe she was called in.... She definitely didn't seem to want to be there giving me a pedicure. I was very polite and respectful. I bit my tongue because I really hate telling people how to do their jobs, but lesson learned maybe I need to speak up? The other two guys who were doing my friends pedicures did great ! Thanks boys (per my friends customers)!!!! Again. Definitely NOT worth the $100+ bucks may as well go elsewhere that they know that's what their job is and will focus on that task at hand.

This clearly damaged my nails and she only stopped when I questioned her. I opted not to get gel after experiencing this because I don't want to have someone ever peel gel off my toes again. Gave it a 2 because the remaining pedicure was rushed but fine. They also don't have a dryer for normal polish, be warned. Editing to add further information after the owner replied: They peeled every single piece of polish off, this seems quite intentional to me and not best practice. A simple google search tells you this shouldn't be done.
