Great service, very clean. They did a beautiful job, I will be back again. It was a busy place but they were able to get me in same day. read more

Terrible experience for anyone who is black. Took my mom for a pedicure and they barely spoke to us, seemed to be making fun of us (like clearly would look at us look at one another and make comments in vitnamese). Very aggressive, rude, and extremely quick with our service. Wouldn't even rinse our legs off after soaking , just went straight into massaging then wiping off any excess soap/scrub. Will never recommend or return. read more

I've been going here for years strictly for convenience of location. I've been a religious customer for the past 4 years because it's close to my kids school. I will say the last 6 appointments I have made I've had to wait 25 minutes. They never say no to any walk ins. No apologies with the delays and it's such a repetitive pattern that I have no interest going back anymore. I've been called 5 minutes before my appointment and told "you need to come a different day, we are too busy" despite making an appointment 3 weeks prior to my appointment day. I always tip a generous 20-25% as well. I always get push back when I try a schedule on a Friday or weekend despite scheduling 3 weeks in advance "we are busy those days, you need to do a different day". The appointment book is in front of me during this time and I see no appointments. I always scheduled on convenient times that works for them, for example a Tuesday at 2pm. Even with these appointments I'm waiting 25 min or so. Frustrating.... Wouldn't recommend, read more

The guy (no one shared their names) who did my pedicure did a great job. Unfortunately, I was transitioned to another guy with scraggly facial hair who gave the poorest manicure I ever have had. Instead of pushing back my cuticles he used some electrical cuticle round bit and literally indented my nails and ruined my nail beds. He asked me to wash my hands and when he had not even cleaned under my nails. I had to request he scrape out under my nails. He also gooped on the nail polish so thick I had to wait almost a half hour to leave. My nails began peeling off by the second day. It was a waste of money as every nail was chipping off by day 3 and now, I can see my nails and cuticle area are really messed up. I rarely post but feel I must provide a fair warning to others. read more

Everyone was very nice but I got a gel manicure and they peeled in the first week. Very expensive and the quality did not last.

This was my second time for Diamond Nails. The first time I asked for a design with my pedicure the guy put three tiny red jewels in the corner with a bigger white one in the center of my toe. First of all I asked for a design not jewels and not red jewels on my lavender polish. But I figured this one was my bad as I didn't specify I would want a design when I made the appointement. I made another appointment today and specifally said I wanted someone who could do a nice design. What I received was four pink blobs with a white dot in the center. They look like polka dots. A child could have done a better design. I guess when you call to book and don't request a specific person they put you with someone very inexperienced. I would think you would want new customers to see your best so they want to come back. read more

I don't know if I would agree with the previous Yelpers claims at cleanliness. I am looking for a new nail salon home in the Maple Grove/Plymouth area, but am very picky on places being super clean. The nail technicians were wonderful, however. They did a great gel pedicure, didn't cause any pain and the job itself was well done. It will last, which is of course the preference when you get your nails done. I think I will keep exploring for some place that I will call my nail home. read more

I LOVE DIAMOND NAILS! They really took their time making sure that I received exactly what I wanted as far as perfection. Their customer service was outstanding, super reasonable pricing for the difficult work I asked and on top of it made sure to ask for your name while also introducing themselves. No one does that anymore! I will be back, and will keep going back! This is the ONLY nail salon in MN that is over the top from my request. I mean, 5+ I think you get it now! read more

my friend called them before we went there and they said that it would be $61 and that was fine so then we got there and they raised the price by $14 them when we checked out for one person it was $80 so in total they raised the price by $19 read more

I have always had great service at Diamond Nails. Danni does an excellent job. I will continue to go back They can get very busy.

They do not keep appointment times- waited 45 minutes past the appointment and their pricing on their web page is very decieving. There is a charge for every single step in the process and "kids" nails ended up being $69 a piece. No one tells you this when you book! We won't be back. I waited in the salon for my two kids and saw everyone check out. They beg everyone to give cash fir their tip. That is kind of sketchy. read more

Found this place through yelp because the previous place I was going to had a bunch of quality people leave. Yelp does not disappoint. Hannah and her staff are incredibly skilled and super kind to every customer that walked through the door. I expressed to Hannah I'd like to fix the shape of my dip and she took the extra time to make them perfect. I will be going back for sure and telling everyone about them. read more

Hannah and her staff are great!! I have been going for years and it's always great! They all do such a nice job on my toes and nails and get so many compliments on my nails. Highly recommend this salon! read more

Van is the best ever!! I have been going to Van for years at another place and would follow her anywhere! Diamond Nails is a little far from my house but Van and the clean, bright and welcoming salon will keep me coming. Van does an amazing job on my nails and I am never disappointed when I leave. She is so friendly and always asks about my family, several of which have had the pleasure to visit Van and her sister Hannah! I totally recommend Van and the rest of the staff at Diamond Nails! read more

Hannah, Van and Vincent have done mine and my sister's nails. They've done such a wonderful job that I drive out of my way to go there!!!

I've recently moved to Minnesota and have been trying out new nail places. I went to Diamond nails and loved their work and the people that worked there were so friendly! The next time I got my nails done I decided to go to a place that was closer to my home. This was the worst choice that I could have made. I always get the nail dip powder and I chose a color and got my nails done. I was somewhat satisfied with how they looked and left. The time after that I decided to go to Diamond nails since it was close to my job and I thought that the last place might have done something wrong because my real nails were very weak. Johnny helped me and started the process of taking off my dip. After a few moments he came back to take it off and he realized that there was something wrong, the last place who did my nails put acrylic as the base because they didn't know how to properly apply powder dip. That was why my nails became weak. Johnny did an amazing job and took his time with my white dip nails. He even redid a few fingers just to make sure that they were perfectly white. This will be the only place that I will go to from now on out. read more

Nice spot with lots of options. Halo cat, polarized, gel, dip. Everything is here! Great prices, fast and nice!

Had an appointment and after waiting for 20 minutes with no one checking on me I left. I saw others come in after me and get service sooner than I did. Don't take walk ins if you can't honor your reservations. read more

Johnny is so funny and fun to talk to. The staff is all friendly too, easy to talk to and feel comfortable around. This is definitely my go to place now. Reasonably priced and they do an excellent job on the powder dip nails. My nails last for weeks now! read more

As a medical student, I'm not allowed to have pretty nails :( It's really too bad because I would love to get my nails done here. I went with my friend on a Saturday afternoon and her nails looked gorgeous. The owners were so friendly and welcoming having just come under new ownership from what I heard. They have the full works too from nails to eyebrows. Next time I would love to have my eyebrows done because they look horrendous and my study state does not leave me time to take care of them. The trust they created with their customers makes me trusting that they will do a good job with all their services. read more

I usually go to this nail salon and always end up super happy with my nails! The only thing I wish would go differently is when I get a Full Set, they aren't very careful with my actual nail. When they use the spinney thing (sorry idk what it's called) at least two of my nails end up bleeding and it definitely hurts. However, they also do a pretty thorough job on my nails and try their best to make them look good! Customer service has always been great too. read more

I love this nail salon! I have been back three times in a row now and have had fabulous experiences each time. I have called in on late notice to make an apt twice; both times they accommodated me with little to no wait. The nail job itself is some of the best I've had. Highly recommend! read more

They were very thorough and worked with me to find a good color. Did a good job with the services.

I was in town for vacation and stopped into this newly renovated nail salon. They were professional and made sure I was happy with their service. My mani and pedi turned out perfectly. I recommend that you give this cute place a try. read more

I finally found the nail place I've been looking for! The place is beautiful and everything is very comfortable. I had my nails done and I love having my hands massaged afterwards. Haven't had someone do that in the last 5 years. I will come back for sure! read more

Nice place! Great pedicure and manicure services! Owner was very professional and helpful.

I have been a very satisfied customer for 2 years-Lisa is great. However, in the past few months, I have had 3 appointments that were messed up: requiring me to use a nail tech other than the one I requested- with less than satisfactory results. The final straw: I called on Thursday and made an appointment for the next day with Lisa at 10. I arrived for my 10 appointment, only to be told that I didn't have an appointment. Lisa had a woman checking in for HER 10 appointment, so I just left. It is extremely frustrating that those answering the phone cannot properly schedule appointments. Update: the owner called me right away after seeing my Yelp review. He was apologetic, sincere and eager to resolve my dissatisfaction. He assured me it would be addressed and offered a generous consideration to make the situation right. I was pleased with the immediate and sincere response in an effort to keep a long time customer read more

I have had 3 great experiences with pedicures here! One of the best deals around in my opinion, and still honored a coupon I had from their website even though it was expired. They have a hot wax/gel in plastic bags that they put your feet in that will make your skin feel oh so soft! This comes with the basic pedicure. One of the most detail oriented places I have been to, and an extra perk- they have free wifi. Great customer service. read more

I have been coming here for several years and Love the salon and technicians at Diamond Nail. Great pedicure and gel and dip services. Very customer focused. Lots of color option and hours are accommodating for busy schedules. Hannah does very thorough and detailed work on my medi and pedi and takes great pride in making sure everything looks beautiful. Very friendly, kind nail technicians. Space is clean and the massage chairs are great! Best pedicure I've had since moving to the Minneapolis area last year! Wonderful $35 deluxe pedicure included sugar scrub leg massage, hot towels over a mint clay rub, and paraffin wax treatment. They use organic products and have many different pedicures to choose from. I highly recommend this location. I'll be back for sure! read more

I was a long time customer of another nail salon when I went in one day to discover my favorite technician had left so I decided to try Diamond Nails as it was much more convenient to my home. So glad I did!! There are 3 gals there that I think are fantastic at both gel manicures and pedicures AND they have a loyalty card program. I always feel like a queen when I walk in as they have all gotten to know me by name and always make time for me. Give them a try!! read more

I decided to try Diamond Nails from a recommendation I received. I made an appointment but the person that was supposed to do my fill ended up leaving before I arrived so another technician had to try and take care of me. The problem was she already had another appointment scheduled within 15 minutes of mine. So, she worked as fast as she could and finished within 30 minutes while her already scheduled appointment waited. Although she did a good job shaping my nails she didn't remove all the areas that were lifting before filling with new acrylic, so now it's only been 6 days and my nails are lifting again. In her rush she also rushed through painting them so I ended up leaving very disappointed. If I would have known the person I scheduled with wasn't going to be there I would have gladly rescheduled but unfortunately I was left paying for something I would have rather not had. read more

I've been a customer for 5 years and have no complaints about service. I am treated well, everyone knows me and I get a consistent service each and every time. Thanks! DB read more

Although all of the employees I encountered were nice, my experience was average at best. Upon arrival I felt very rushed to choose a polish to start my pedicure, even though the salon wasn't busy. My tech was nice and did a fine job with the pedicure until we got to painting the nails. He did not paint down to the nail bed so my pedi looked grown out, even though it was freshly done. He shaped my finger nails during the pedicure and once completed, the shape was very uneven. I asked for it to be corrected and he tried to, altho after a second attempt it wasn't much better. After asking for a third time they be reshaped, I gave up and did it myself at home. My manicure felt rushed and after the nails were painted, I was sat at the drying table for 25 minutes, with my tech never returning. Another tech came over to check on me and helped me put on my shoes, which I appreciated. It is now two days later and my fingernails look grown out, since once again the tech did not go all the way down to the cuticle, and a few are chipped. Overall, would not recommend to others or return. read more

I love the quality and service at Diamond Nails! I have tried several nail salons in Maple Grove and either felt like I was rushed through a lower quality process or that I was overpaying for the experience. I had driven past Diamond Nails several times and finally decided to stop in. My pedicure was relaxing, with lots of service options to choose from, and my feet looked and felt wonderful! I then had a manicure and realized the poor quality of the one I'd had two weeks prior at a different nail salon. I've been a client of Diamond Nails and Hannah (who does an amazing job and is a wonderful, kind, and hardworking woman) ever since! I strongly recommend Diamond Nails! read more

Disappointed in the outcome of my nails. The guy also kept complaining he had to do my nails. I want to get my nails and enjoy myself not feel bad someone has to do my nails. read more

Went to this place for the first time last night and got a gel manicure. My nails look fine but not great. I've been trying different places and this pace and this manicure didn't impress me at all. The tech I had didn't shape my nails well, they're all different and she filed them down quite a bit even though they weren't that long to begin with. You can see through the polish and my nails aren't hard like they usually are when I get gels. I'm afraid I'll break them before getting another manicure. They didn't seem to have much of a selection of polish and what they did have wasn't great brands. The gel manicure is $29 which is pretty standard. The location of their salon is unfortunate because it's connected to an Anytime Fitness so you can hear all the noise from the gym inside the salon. Won't be going back but I'm glad I tried it because it's close to my house. read more

I'm extremely picky when it comes to my nails, no salon has ever done them to my satisfaction... Until I found Diamond Nails. I've had my manicures and pedicures done by every nail tech there and they are ALL incredible. They recognized me and remembered my name after only two visits. They are priced about the same as other salons in the area for manicures. The pedicures are priced a little bit higher, but I assure you it's completely worth it. I won't go anywhere else, I love Diamond Nails. read more
